"I really loved staying here! The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. 👍🏻 I forgot to request room decorations for our anniversary in advance, but fortunately, the staff were kind enough to accommodate my request. They surprised us with simple decorations and a complimentary cake, which made our special day even happier and more memorable. 🥰🎂 A special shout-out to Ms Ima, Ms Izza, Ms Aisha & Ms Betty for your great service. 👏🏼👏🏼 Your kindness truly means a lot to us. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. We also loved the view! We were lucky enough to enjoy views of the town, the sea, and the surrounding Klebang area. 🌊✨ Lastly, I really loved the breafast options & taste, it was variety and good quality of food 😍 I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to others. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay. ❤️"

"I've stayed at this hotel many times before, and my overall experience this time was still quite good. The location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around, and it offers good value for money. However, compared to previous stays, I noticed that the hotel facilities are a bit older now, and the air conditioning in the room wasn't cold enough. Overall, if location and price are your main priorities, this hotel is still worth considering."

Is a studio room and is big enough and have balcony too. Nearby have many restaurants, pub and convenience stores. There is also many facilities like gym, swimming pool and sauna. Close at 10pm I going to use the sauna but I saw a huge cockroach so the cleanliness is a bit… And sometimes during midnight you will still heard mat rempit sound

Well, first of all, they didn’t give the Jonker area a proper name. It’s not a walk or a street it’s a whole district. If you’re a visitor to Malacca, you definitely want to be spending most of your time here. And that’s why this hotel is perfectly located. But more importantly, it completely vibes the spirit of Malacca. Good breakfast as well with a good combination of local and standard continental breakfast. Their listing says no parking available because although they do have parking, they can’t promise a lot for everyone. But we had no trouble parking there with our rental vehicle.

The Majestic Malacca Hotel, Melaka - an SLH Hotel

This hotel exceeded my expectations in the best way possible! Being right on the Malacca River, Malacca quickly became my favorite stop on this Malaysia-Singapore trip, and my stay at The Majestic Malacca definitely played a huge part in that. You can see the hotel's facilities in the pictures, so I'll focus on the experience. As soon as we entered, a staff member took our luggage. While waiting for our room key, we were offered tea and adorable little cookies. The front desk staff even escorted us to the elevator, and our luggage was delivered directly to our room. The hotel breakfast is à la carte, freshly prepared, not a buffet, which made it feel like a five-star dining experience. The service was incredibly attentive; they always thoughtfully asked if we needed anything else and offered suggestions. One young man, in particular, was very sharp; he suggested I try mixing orange juice and guava juice half and half, and it was a truly unique and delicious flavor! It's a shame we didn't bring our phones to breakfast, so we couldn't take any pictures. Next time, I definitely want to try the hotel's dinner; I heard the chef is quite renowned. All in all, I absolutely loved Malacca, and I'll be staying at The Majestic again next time.

Here's a review of the hotel: **Pros:** 1. **Excellent Location:** Situated in the main city area of Malacca, directly above a large supermarket and a street filled with local eateries. Everything you need for food, drinks, and entertainment is easily accessible. It's also not far from major attractions like the Dutch Square (Red House) and Jonker Street. 2. **Cleanliness and Amenities:** Although the interior decor feels a bit dated, the hotel maintains good cleanliness and is tidy. Both the rooms and the entire hotel are very spacious with comprehensive facilities, easily meeting the standards of a domestic four-star hotel or higher. It's also very quiet, ensuring a peaceful and restful night's sleep. 3. **Extensive Breakfast & Large Pool:** The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, though it might not entirely cater to Chinese tastes. The swimming pool is also quite large. 4. **Good Service:** The hotel staff provides good service and is friendly towards Chinese guests. **Overall:** Considering the price point of 300-500 yuan, this hotel offers excellent value for money. The stay experience was very good, and I personally recommend it.

Our stay at Puteri Bay Melaka was great 👍🏼 The location was great because we are able to have a good view of the beach, and it was near food places. The hotel reception and staff were also kind and helpful. Food selection for breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable and had a good sleep 👍🏼👍🏼 The downside was that the toilet was not totally clean as there were strands of hairs sticking out from under the bed. Additionally, there were no toothbrushes provided in the room, and the prayer mat had an odour. Generally, the stay was good although maybe staff need to ensure the room cleanliness and smell abit more? I would still recommend the hotel for the comfortable beds and nice view and location beside the waterfront 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
