Ξενοδοχεία με breakfast σε Evora District, Portugal

"This hotel is located on a road outside the ancient city gate of the World Cultural Heritage. You can walk to the ancient city to visit the attractions. The hotel has standard suites and service facilities, as well as an outdoor swimming pool. We can enjoy the slow-paced tour freely and it is convenient to travel by car."

"- The rooms are spacious and beautiful, and the common areas are well-decorated. - The toiletries smell wonderful. - The pool is warm and comfortable. - The breakfast is marvelous, as is the option to have the fireplace lit. - Upon arrival, we received fruit, water, sweets, and a bottle of their own-produced wine. However, for a 5-star hotel with the prices they charge, there are some things that urgently need improvement: - **Cleanliness:** Very visible cobwebs in the corners of the rooms, behind the beds, on the stairs leading to the spa, on the pool ceiling, etc. - **Lack of Trash Cans:** We stayed in a 3-bedroom villa, and there was only one small trash can in each bathroom. There aren't many trash cans around the property either. - **Bathroom:** There's no place to hang towels. The bathtub has a handheld shower with a 1-meter hose, which isn't long enough to shower standing up; we had to use the overhead shower. We also couldn't take a bath because the drain stopper wouldn't close. - **Minibar:** The mini-fridge barely cooled anything and had a foul, very unpleasant smell that quickly spread throughout the room. Additionally, there are some hotel policies that, in my opinion, could be changed: - **Room Service Menu:** The room service menu is very limited in options, and the available choices are quite complex. There isn't, for example, a simple toasted sandwich or anything similar. - **Indoor Pool:** The indoor pool is restricted to children under 14, with the exception of the winter season from 9 AM to 11 AM and 7 PM to 9 PM. These hours seem designed to discourage children and their parents from using the pool. - **Lighting in Villas:** The lighting in the villa living areas is practically nonexistent (one lamp and one reading lamp, both with yellow light). The hotel's policy is to have low lighting, but it ends up being uncomfortable when you can't even read a book after dark."

"For what you promise (specially designed for sleep and rest) it does not meet. The air conditioning is too noisy and the fact that the bathroom fan is scheduled by the hotel and we cannot turn off, makes it uncomfortable to be in the room during the operating hours due to noise."

"It took us a while to navigate in the town to find the hotel as google map wasnt very accurate. Im so glad for free parking at the hotel's basement garage as the town's parking was mainly for locals. Room was big and comfortable, making me wish that i have a longer stay here. I love the room layout! I am very appreciative of the body gel, shampoo, hand wash and body lotion provided as the scent is amazing. I do wish there is conditioner and toothbrush though."

"We were put in the annexe part of the hotel, slightly depressing accommodation, dirty carpets, damp & bit smelly. Staff are nice but property needs total upgrade. I can't comment about the actual hotel only the annexe part"

"very beautiful hotel, very comfortable and welcoming room. friendly and helpful staff. varied and high quality breakfast."

"The hotel is very comfortable and clean , good service and a good welcome. Diversified and pleasant breakfast Parking nearby"

"Hotel is very close to city centre, comes with sauna, small gym and a rooftop pool/bar. Hotel also offers free parking. Room is very comfortable. Only bone I can pick is the shower cubicle being too small for comfort as it’s in a rectangular shape."

"Very pleasant location, very clean and organized rooms, some sweet outdoor pool water, the service of breakfast 5 stars, very reasonable breakfast."

"I love the wooden floorings of the hotels and the rooms as it gives off a cozy vibe. The room is very clean. The toilet and shower is also up to expectations. However, there are a few drawbacks. The room doesn’t come with a fridge or a hot water flask, so we had to get hot water directly from the tap, which wasn’t very convenient. Nonetheless, there is a water dispenser with cold water available near the lift landing area, which was helpful for quick refills. The Wi-Fi was also on the weaker side, I struggled to play my games in the evenings, and the connection dropped quite often. One thing I found a bit unsettling was the horse portraits hanging in the corridors. A few times, they startled me when I looked up from my phone – they have a slightly creepy vibe, especially at night. Also, the corridor leading to my room got noticeably darker the deeper I went in, which made me feel a bit anxious coming and going. That said, I really appreciated the reception team. They were helpful and friendly, and provided great information about the express buses in and out of town, which made our day trips much smoother. All in all, Moov is a clean and comfortable place to stay with some quirky elements. If you're not too dependent on strong Wi-Fi or extra in-room amenities, it’s still a decent option."
