"I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Kron. The location is excellent, with several supermarkets nearby, a restaurant on the ground floor. The hotel was very clean, quiet, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax. The staff were friendly and everything was well organized. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Novi Sad ."

"It is within walking distance to the pedestrian street and other attractions, which is very convenient. You can see the iconic church from the window of the room and from the breakfast room. The front desk service is friendly, the room is clean and spacious, and the breakfast is exquisite and delicious. It is worth recommending"

"Excellent hotel. A little not in the center, but 15 minutes walk does not make it worse. The room was clean, comfortable, cool (and on the street +35). Very pleasant and welcoming staff, any requests or questions were resolved immediately. Breakfasts on the first floor. There are all the main things: eggs, fruits, cheeses, vegetables, muscles, baking - to remain hungry is difficult. The minus is a strange shower cabin device from which the water flows into the bathroom, and a window in it that is impossible to cover, but these minus have not spoiled our stay. I have not regretted that I have booked it."

"After reading previous reviews, we were hesitant to stay here but had already booked in March. Upon arrival we were met with a friendly lady who gave us a map of the area, showed us our room no 210. We had requested for a big room so were given a family room. It was huge, with a sofa, an arm chair, small desk and chair, cupboard with shelves and hangers. Bathroom was good size too. Looked new. Window was big and high so couldn't open. We had no noise disturbing us so was quiet.But AC was great. We had breakfast in their cafe below and was good. Choice of a few items with orange juice and coffee. Location of Kombinat rooms was awesome. Just a minute into the church square in old town. ."

"I think this hotel is pretty good except for its slightly bad location. There's a decent burger joint behind it, and supermarkets all around. It's about 2 kilometers to the square. Overall, it's a nice place to stay, but walking to the attractions can be a bit tiring. Be very careful with the door lock; once you get it in, you can't open it. Foreigners don't really know how to solve this problem. I had to rely on my own strength and use the strap of my bathrobe to pull it open myself. 😖😖"

"It was not a hotel, but rooms by type of apartments, which caused a small confusion. You will not find a resepchen there , you will need to contact the WhatsApp manager to specify the code for the keys. For the same reason , I do not recommend coming before 11 o'clock , as the settlement is from 14 o'clock , and things can be left in the room only after 11 o'clock when the previous resident sits down. Location in the very centre of the New Garden , but it is necessary to take into account what is on a pedestrian street , so the taxi will not be able to get close. Minus for the lack of slippers in the room and bottled drinking water . In the shower everything is kept in a honest word ( cracked sink , twisting dosages for shampoo and soap)."

"My wife and I were traveling around Serbia and we had originally planned only one night at Hotel Pupin. We weren't able to find a ton of advance info on the hotel because it was new, but the location was good, price seemed good, and it was only one night so didn't seem like much of a risk. The hotel and Novi Sad were so charming that we extended our stay to three nights. Overall, we were extremely happy with out stay. The hotel is brand new and is very close to the old town center (<10 min walking). Hotel staff at the desk were very friendly and helpful. Everything in our room was new with modern-style decor, and the room was very clean. The styling of the room kind of reminded me of a Sofitel or something between a Westin and a W (Westin with darker lighting and more ”modern” finishes). The hotel is near a busy street, but we asked for a quiet room so they gave us one in back that was great. We booked our stay directly through the hotel's website where we were able to get a special weekend package that included free parking and breakfast (seemed like a great deal compared to room-only rates). The parking garage was new, very spacious, and a huge relief after my experiences with previous, tiny Serbian parking garages (as an American used to more space, driving and parking in Serbian cities was an adventure). Breakfast in the hotel's restaurant was amazing. So much delicious food and excellent service. Three months later, my wife and I still always talk about the breakfast anytime Novi Sad and Hotel Pupin come up in conversation. Serbian meze (charcuterie and cheeses), fresh fruit, eggs cooked to order, bacon, sausages, delicious breads and spreads, vegetable salads, espresso drinks, and fruit juices... delicious! The only things we thought could be improved at this hotel were the night light under the bed (it was a motion sensor or something and would sometimes turn on randomly while we were in bed; we fixed this by taking the room key/card out of the light switch at night), and the mini-bar which didn't seem to get cold (we experienced this at a couple other Serbian hotels as well). Neither was a big issue. Also, would note that the hotel is in a shared commercial building. To get to the check-in desk, you walk to the right of the Continental AG desk in the first floor lobby and then you take the stairs or the elevator to the second floor where you'll find the hotel desk. There was some construction going on in or near the building when we were there in July 2020, but we really didn't notice it other than seeing some workers walk by a couple times."

"The room is cold in winter, so the waiter can add electric heaters. Eating in the restaurant next to the hotel, the atmosphere is particularly good, and it is also especially suitable for girls to make a trip. "You know how satisfied I am with this hotel when I first arrived. The evaluation once surpassed the Moscow Hotel. Until the night there was a similar bug in the photo, and there was more than one. After eliminating three, I just wanted to fool around and deal with it for one night. It was troublesome to find the front desk to change rooms and I didn't want to move after I was tired for a day. The mentality collapsed when the fourth one appeared. Looking for the front desk to change rooms. The room we booked was originally very big, but the small room we changed later did not make up the difference. I was tired after playing for a day and didn't want to reason with them. Although the front desk gave us a bottle of red wine as compensation, I still have to give him a bad review. It really affects the mood of traveling too much.
