"As an experienced traveler, I am shocked that this is rated as a 4-star hotel. While the breakfast was good, the housekeeping staff were lovely, and the male bellboy who helped with my luggage provided great service, the rest of the experience was very disappointing. The front desk staff were incredibly indifferent; at check-in, they just handed back my passport without saying a single word of welcome or thank you. Furthermore, the room was in poor condition with broken shelves, a faulty toilet, cold shower water, and the power tripped every single minute, making the overall service and maintenance unacceptable for a hotel of this class."

"This hotel in Istanbul left a very pleasant impression: the beautiful decor, comfort, and excellent service created an atmosphere of coziness and relaxation. The room was clean and comfortable. However, unfortunately, an unpleasant incident occurred. During room cleaning, the housekeeper threw away a bag containing souvenirs I had bought as gifts. Money was spent on these souvenirs, and their loss caused me distress. What was particularly upsetting is that none of the staff offered any compensation or assistance in resolving this issue. Overall, the hotel left a good impression, but this incident somewhat tarnished the experience. It would be great if, in the future, staff paid more attention to guests' belongings and offered support in similar situations."

"Let me break down my review: **Pros:** 1. The staff were excellent. They were proactive in their communication, and every time I returned, they'd actively stand up and greet me with a ”HOW ARE YOU.” 2. The front desk staff were also very helpful when I asked for directions. 3. The room was clean, the carpet showed no signs of dirt, and after cleaning, they would spray a fragrance, so there were no unpleasant odors. 4. We arrived an hour early, and they allowed us to check in after waiting just 20 minutes. **Cons:** 1. The toilet seat was broken. I was already very tired, and since we had checked in early, I didn't ask for a room change. However, it was really inconvenient because it moved around while I was using it. 2. The complimentary drinking water provided was just a small cup; other hotels usually offer bottled water. 3. The curtains were too narrow and couldn't close properly (you can see in the pictures). I even had to pull and stick them together myself, otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to sleep well (as I'm sensitive to light). 4. There's a house renovation project going on downstairs, and there was a lot of noise even at 10:30 PM. Closing the window helped a lot, but it was still loud. So, if you don't like noisy city areas, be aware ⚠️. 5. The breakfast was the simplest I've had in Turkey. As you can see in the pictures, the egg pancake was an extra charge, so I didn't order it. But it might have been really cheap, which explains it. Overall, while the price was affordable, when you're traveling, you truly realize how important comfort is once you've stayed somewhere. So, next time, I will choose a place with a better environment."

"Good hotel, great amneties for the budget. Excllent location. Clean rooms. Recommend Btw, the elevator door does not close automatically and I got shouted multiple times to close it. You should fix it as some low temper clients will give you bad reviews if you call them by phone to close the elevator door. Which happened to me."

"We stayed in Room 105 The shower was broken on arrival and repaired the next day. Curtains don't close fully letting early morning light in. There was black mold in shower ceiling all over. Paint peeling of the walls. Walls paper thin you can hear your neighbours fart. Furniture was stained and moldy. Window wouldn't close without fear of breaking it. Window shutters were broken. Hall carpets are disgusting. The only good thing about breakfast is fresh omelette. Noise with works during the daytime so no siestas. Neighbours kept us awake till 0230hrs then the tram kicks in at 0600 right near our window. The pictures on its website are not what you are going to get unfortunately. The dinning room picture for example has widows. The actual dining room was poorly light and in the celler. Good location and the men at reception were very helpful and polite. The only reason we didn't move hotels was our transfers and pickups were prebooked and paid for to this hotel. On leaving we did hear some one else complain about their room and the attitude of the receptionist changed alot to him. We initially booked a deluxe room and it was changed to a lesser room. They stated the deluxe rooms were under refurbishment. Would we stay at the hotel again. Definitely not in a million years."

"I felt as i am at home.. reception staff are so excellent. Mr. Mahmoud and Mr. Mohamed (all the other people too), also the girl (sorry forgot the name) are sooooo cooperative and amazing staff. I just have 2 remarks: 1. There should be a menue for the breakfast to select from as it will be much easier. 2. Hangers in cupboards are so high and there is a shelf under it so it was diffuiclt for my wife to hange cloths especially her long cloths (it wrinkles the cloths) 3. Next time i will go swiming in the swiming pool.. Again, it was very nice and comfortable to stay and difintely will come back and i will be a proud member. THANK YOU VERY MUCH."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and highly recommend it! A special thanks to Zahida for her kindness and hospitality. The staff at the reception were also incredibly friendly, polite, and always ready to help. They made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and has an amazing terrace with a beautiful atmosphere. The only thing I regret is that I didn’t book a room with a sea view. Next time I definitely will! Thank you for the great experience. I would happily stay here again!"

"The hotel’s location and cleanliness were very good. However, the housekeeping staff did not change the bed sheets during my stay, and the rooms could be cleaned more thoroughly. The sound insulation between rooms is not very good, and you can easily hear noise from neighboring rooms. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but there is definitely room for improvement in housekeeping and soundproofing."
