It was a good hotel.
Rooms was Clean. The quilts and pillows were old. Some of them were torn.
The quality of the breakfast was reasonable. The quality of the food was very good.
The water in the indoor pool was too hot for me. I did not like the lighting of the pool. It was very dark and depressing.
There are no alcoholic beverages in this hotel. What is strange for me is that there were no toothbrushes in the rooms and you had to buy them from the hotel.
Another admirable thing was that the roof of the hotel was covered with solar panels that supplied the hotel's electricity.

This was my second stay, and once again, the cleanliness was impeccable and the service excellent. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. The breakfast and other meals are delicious. The sauna, massage, and pool facilities are all top-notch. Truly great value for money!

The hotel's location is in the centre
Her architecture is very nice
2 swimming pools are available on the terrace and the other on the thermal floor
*** the meat was good at breakfast

Маленький отель в деревне на берегу моря. Для спокойного релакса есть почти все. Завтраки немного однообразные, но вкусные и сытные. С утра и до ночи работает бар, можно заказывать и напитки и еду готовят. Есть своя зона для загорания и купания с лежаками и зонтами.
Из минусов только то, что пока живешь, в номере нет уборки. Но, похоже, это связано с тем, что в отель приезжают местные и из Стамбула на 1-2 ночи отдохнуть на море.
Магазины рядом, кафешек полно в самом Чинарджике.

The reason why we chose it because it is a Hilton hotel is a hotel. However, the dustiness of the room disappointed us in terms of cleanliness. I think it's an isolated incident. It still didn't fit.

They need to explain the reservation like we are made the search not like what they have
Because of wrong reservation they forced us may we are pay for the next night or keep the reservation like they trip.com gift us we was eight adult with one baby the problem is when we are made the reservations through trip.com the search was for eight adults and one baby but the reservation was for adults with nobody else

Beautiful place with cozy room. Hamam and spa is also perfect. Love this place and inshaalla will be back again to Yalova. The staff was very friendly and kind, breakfast was very nice, they serve additional juice coffee and Turkish tea. Thank a lot to make my stay lovely and joyful. Appreciated

GGuest UserHaving stayed in a noisy Istanbul and close rooms, I wanted to move to a quieter place. Near Yalov there is a suburb of Hekchedere and this wonderful hotel with comfortable large rooms. The room was with a balcony, with a garden view, next to a beautiful mosque, shower water thermal :). On the first floor of the hotel a very beautiful photo zone, there is a washing and drying machine that is very convenient, at request always cook coffee and very delicious. I would also like to note that very quiet and different place, the dream was beautiful.
It should be noted that in the pedestrian accessibility there is a real Hamam for more than a hundred years, with a natural source and volcanic water, a place of fabulous.

Breakfast is satisfactory with no inconvenience, and the staff have excellent manners and are very friendly.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located halfway up the mountain. The hot spring is only open to women in the morning, and men and women can enjoy it together in the afternoon.
We arrived too late and missed it. It rained the next day and we didn't experience it. The locals said that the hot spring water here is drinkable and good for the stomach.
