"Locarion is nearby to Luoyi Ancient Town. The room service was superb. The hostess upgrades us to bigger room when there's availability. All other staff will help us in making the stay comfortable, including helping us move our luggages to the other rooms when needed. The hostess recommended us places to eat and helped to call to confirm our Empress Wu feast seats. Absolutely a delight to stay there."

One of the highlights is definitely the building itself. The hotel is located in an impressive skyscraper, and the views, especially in the evening, are absolutely beautiful. Staying on the 52nd floor was a memorable experience. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well designed, with a proper work desk, which I appreciated. The staff were friendly and professional. I would especially like to thank the housekeeping team, who did an excellent job throughout my stay. The breakfast was another highlight. There was a great variety of food, and the quality was excellent. There were, however, a few things that could be improved. The biggest disappointment was the area immediately surrounding the hotel. If you arrive by car, everything seems perfectly fine. However, I enjoy exploring new cities on foot, and walking from the hotel was not a pleasant experience. The area around the entrance is filled with parked scooters, motorcycles, and cars, with concrete barriers everywhere. In almost every direction you walk, you first encounter parking areas, trash bins, and an untidy streetscape. It feels as though the pedestrian experience was not considered when the area was designed. It's a pity, because the hotel itself is excellent, but the surroundings don't match its quality. Another issue was a noticeable damp or musty smell in my room. I didn't see any mold, but there was a persistent humidity-related odor. One small observation: the elevators are incredibly fast because the hotel occupies such a tall building. If you're sensitive to changes in altitude or pressure, you may notice some discomfort while riding them. Finally, although the breakfast itself was excellent, the restaurant staff spoke very little English. Even asking for a spoon or fork was surprisingly difficult. Overall, I still enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel for its spacious rooms, excellent breakfast, beautiful views, and professional service. With a few improvements, especially regarding the surroundings and communication in the restaurant, it could be an even better experience."

The front desk service was incredibly warm, with friendly and professional staff who made me feel right at home. Check-in was efficient, and the concierge even proactively helped with my luggage. "The homestay is located on the pedestrian street right outside Luoyi Old City. It is easier to access through the parking lot at the back, though most taxi driver will refuse to reach there as the street is pretty narrow. Although the homestay follows old Chinese theme for all rooms and furniture, everything is new and clean. We even had water filter machine. There’s a separate laundry room that you can use for free. We were lucky that our room was at the very back, far from the noisy pedestrian street full of shops and restaurants. Definitely a recommendation for anyone who prefer staying close the to old city to take photoshoot in Chinese costumes."

"Overall, it was decent. It's located next to the City of David. The reception is on the 7th floor. The first room I was given had a constant noise. After calling the front desk, they sent someone to fix the issue and then moved me to a different room. Breakfast: There was a good variety of food, but I didn't really eat much of it. The pan-fried dumplings were really good, but also incredibly hard; I only ate one. Breakfast only had drinks, 5 types of fruit, pastries, bread, meat, and Hulatang (spicy soup). While it looked like a lot, when it came to eating, it was just okay. It felt like a lot of it was pre-made rather than freshly prepared."

"Came to Xuchang with the kids, and everyone highly recommended this hotel when we were looking for a place to stay. We stayed for two nights, and it was indeed very good. The transportation isn't great; you'll need to take a taxi to get around, or it's more convenient if you're driving. The hotel is very large, and the service is absolutely fantastic – it feels like everyone is really striving to be as good as Pang Dong Lai! If you need anything for your room, a quick call and it's delivered right away. They also bring fresh fruit daily. The staff genuinely treats guests well, not just going through the motions. The only drawback is that the hotel breakfast is just average, and the restaurant is a bit small. During holidays, their capacity seems a bit stretched. Hope they can continue to improve!"

"I went to Baoquan to play at the Dragon Boat Festival. I didn’t expect the homestay booked by accident to exceed expectations. Outside the window is an ancient tree. When the window is opened, it is a green tree canopy. I feel very good when I look at it. The children in the hotel room are super large slide room. They like it very much, and they are also intimately equipped with a small tent for children to play. The room is fully equipped with intelligent systems and direct drinking fountains. It is especially convenient for children to drink water and make milk. I am very satisfied and recommend it! Service: Very warm heart, the boss will respond in time if there is any need"

"The environment here is beautiful and pleasant, very clean, and the service is excellent. It's also very close to Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden. We got back to the B&B quite late after watching the show, and the front desk staff thoughtfully came out to greet us. Since my elderly family members have difficulty with stairs, they even took them to the parking lot entrance when we left. They also gave us some lovely fridge magnets. We were very satisfied! We'll definitely stay here again next time."

"This is a good choice when I made my booking to an unknown city. Location wise so near to main attraction such as Louyang Ancient City. It does not sit exactly in the main street so you have to walk a bit roughly 200m inside. With luggage maybe found bit difficulty as uneven stone pathway to the hotel. Though this should not dampen your mood for staying here. I got ground floor. I guess those without balcony were given groud floor. It have high floor to ceiling window/sliding door facing the main pathway. Can't really open the curtain then everyone pass though will see you. Upper floor should not have this issue. There this side upright chair/cusyen where one can just sit and lounge around eating all the snack one just bought outside the street. TV is big I do not have time to watch any. I think tis the subscription version. All necessary amenities is available. 🤷 There's washing machine but only operational 10am to 10pm and I didn't have time to use it. Ground floor may have issue with sound as I can hear upstairs things moving around but I'm so tired from all day walk so this just temporary nuisance. All in all I highly recommend this place if the area you intended to visit is around the hotel."
