"I had an absolutely fantastic stay here. The location is excellent, and for the price I paid, it was an incredible bargain. The hostel is very well maintained, with comfortable and spacious rooms, already-made beds, complimentary towels, and convenient charging points at each bed. We also had lockers in the cabins. One thing that really stood out was the complimentary breakfast, including free croissants. I have stayed in many hostels and rarely come across such thoughtful extras. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. Ms. Valeria was particularly helpful during the check-in process, and another gentleman wearing glasses was also very kind and attentive. They were always willing to assist and made me feel genuinely welcome. The facilities are excellent as well. The bathrooms are clean and equipped with hairdryers, and there are washing and drying facilities available for a very reasonable fee. Guests can also store their luggage for just €2 per day, which is by far the cheapest luggage storage option I have found in Milan. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again. The combination of great service, fantastic location, excellent facilities, and outstanding value for money makes this place an easy recommendation. I look forward to coming back in the future."

"The hotel would better not to have the concierge staff, Andrea, who had very unpleasant attitude. It seems another woman staff next to him felt sorry about this, watching these 😂. He was disrespectful, talking without eye-contact when I asked something to him. Except him, every staff was super kind and perfect. Hotel was also very nice. Super beautiful lake view and garden. To the hotel, I am sure he is not a good one for keeping the fame and the reputation of hotel. I hope hotel know about this."

You can feel the breeze and the comfort of Lake Garda! * Breakfast: dining in the lake seat, enjoy the ”good years” breakfast time in the morning light. 3. Super convenient location: close to the core attractions, easy walking to explore the charming old town of Sirmione, perfect for two nights of deep relaxation. 4. Family friendly: Even the children lingered, but unfortunately, they booked for one night and missed others to unsubscribe. On the day of leaving, the children protested! Share the transportation route to the hotel (smooth test): 1. Train arrival: other cities ➡️Desenzano del Garda/Sirmione station; 2. Walk to the pier: about 15 minutes after leaving the station, go downhill, push the suitcase easily ✅. 3. By boat to Silmion: :: Pier: Desenzano Pier; * Ferry tickets: €3 one way; * Boat facilities: double-decker boat, elevator 🛗, large luggage can also be brought on the second floor; * Voyage: enjoy the lake view all the way, and arrive at the Silmion Pier soon. 4. Walking from the pier to the hotel: It takes only 5 minutes to walk to the hotel after disembarking. ⚠️ Important! Traffic reminders for leaving the hotel to Verona Railway Station: Plan the time in advance! 2. Be sure to ask for bus timetables from the hotel front desk! Especially LN026 bus! 3. Time-consuming connection process: * Walk from the hotel to the shuttle station near the castle and take the shuttle bus to the bus station Rio roma; * Take bus LN026 and leave the Silmion Peninsula. * The trains are limited and sufficient buffer time is required. 4. It is strongly recommended that the balance be at least 1 hour more than the regular reserved time to prevent accidents such as waiting for cars and traffic jams."

"A great stay overall, but somewhat overpriced. The lobby area, elevators and other parts of the hotel reveal the hotel's old age, however the rooms a newly renovates, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is standard. Weirdly enough, there is no do-it-yourself coffee/tea option – these must be ordered from the staff."

"We booked this hotel because we were worried about the Paris strikes and changed our itinerary at the last minute. Later, we received an update saying that our original early morning flight wouldn't be affected, so we changed back to our original plans. We called the hotel, but they wouldn't accept our cancellation request. However, the hotel seemed pretty good based on the advertisements, so it's a bit of a disappointment."

"Das Zimmer war extrem klein, nicht einmal ein 2. Nachtkästchen passte hinein. Nur ein Sessel für 2 Personen. Das Fenster ging direkt auf eine befahrene Strasse und war auch nicht schalldicht. Der Park auf der Vorderfront reicht nur bis zum Eingang, unser Zimmer ging nach hinten und an Schlaf war durch den Lärm kaum zu denken. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und wurde in einem prachtvollen Saal mit Fresken serviert. Wir hatten dieses Hotel wegen des Parks gewählt und gehofft, eine erholsame Nacht zu verbringen. Leider ein großer Irrtum."

"A relaxing weekend surrounded by greenery. The property is modern yet welcoming, and the spa is undoubtedly the hotel's true strength. The room is pleasant, albeit overly warm. The on-site restaurant, however, is less impressive. Breakfast, however, is excellent. Overall, a truly worthwhile weekend."
