The coffee machine was a nice and convenient touch. Service: The service was arguably the best part – incredibly heartwarming. They called us the day before our arrival. We got there quite early, and although our room wasn't ready, they kindly stored our luggage. Around 10 AM, they called to let us know the room was cleaned and ready for check-in. The next day, our child had online classes until 1 PM, and they graciously granted us a late check-out. The gentleman at the entrance actively helped with our luggage and greeted us warmly every time we passed.
