"A couple with their four-year-old stayed for three days. It was an amazing experience!!! Highly recommended!! We originally booked a one-bedroom apartment, but the hotel upgraded us to a two-bedroom, two-story apartment with two living rooms, which was incredibly spacious and well-equipped: it had three bathrooms, a bathtub, a kitchen, a refrigerator, a dining area, a living room, and a study. Our child absolutely loved it, running up and down the stairs. The hotel's playground, sauna, and swimming pool were also enjoyed by our child. He even cried when it was time to leave! We will definitely stay here again next time!!! Thumbs up 👍"

"This was my third stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Dalian, totaling 8 days and 7 nights across two separate trips. I've always been a big fan of the Four Seasons brand; whenever there's one in a city I'm visiting, it's usually my top choice. Overall, as a new hotel, the Four Seasons Dalian has excellent hardware. The rooms are well-equipped, and everything from the facilities to the decor feels new. The user experience is quite smooth. The TV mirroring, in particular, connects seamlessly, and these seemingly small details significantly impact the experience during longer stays. Regarding soundproofing, I had seen some reviews mentioning it before my stay. Since my previous stays were mostly in suites, I hadn't noticed it much. However, this time, one of my rooms had a connecting door, and I could indeed hear sounds from the adjacent room quite clearly. This is definitely an area that could be improved. Also, the elevator key card sensor isn't very sensitive; it often requires holding the card against it for a while to register, which can be a bit inconvenient for those with manicures. I hope this can be optimized. The hotel offers both surface and underground parking, making it convenient. The underground parking is on B4, and the route is a bit winding. Every time I drive from underground to ground level, I feel dizzy for about 3 minutes. Only one elevator directly reaches the B4 parking from the 41st-floor lobby, which I find a bit troublesome. The service truly deserves an extra five-star rating, and it's the main reason I keep choosing this hotel. During this stay, the hotel upgraded my room for free. Any issues I encountered throughout my stay were promptly addressed and resolved by the staff, preventing minor hiccups from affecting the overall experience. I also really appreciate the hotel's customer experience team's communication method – direct WeChat communication is very convenient for any daily needs. The staff also proactively checks in on my stay experience and needs each day. For instance, they can assist with booking popular restaurants that might be hard to get into last minute, which is a huge convenience for guests. This consistent, proactive, yet non-intrusive service is something I think the Four Seasons does exceptionally well. As a relatively new hotel that hasn't been open for very long, there are indeed some details that still need refinement. However, I have a very positive impression of the Four Seasons Dalian, both in terms of its hardware foundation and service quality. I look forward to seeing it mature further in its details. After my third stay, I'm still willing to choose it again and hope to see an even better Four Seasons Dalian next time I return."

"We were looking for a hotel with an ocean view in Bayuquan Shanhai Square and this one immediately caught our eye. Our stay here far exceeded our expectations! The location is absolutely perfect; you can walk to the beach in just two or three minutes. It's so convenient to head downstairs and enjoy clam digging, and the hotel even provides complimentary buckets and shovels for guests. Our ocean-view room was incredibly spacious and bright, with a private balcony offering expansive views. We could literally watch the entire sunset over the ocean from our bed. The room was meticulously clean, and we appreciated the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom, the comfortable mattress, and the full set of branded toiletries. The breakfast buffet each morning was abundant and fresh, with a great variety of both Western and Chinese dishes. Zoe provided excellent service. Parking and dining were also very convenient. This hotel offers incredible value for money and is definitely our top choice for a seaside getaway in Bayuquan. We'll be staying here again for our next beach trip and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing ocean-view vacation!"

"After my flight landed, the hotel I originally booked was really subpar, so late at night, I urgently booked the Conrad, which was the most convenient to reach on foot, and it lived up to expectations. It was clean and hygienic, and the bedding was comfortable. Although it's on a high floor in a sealed environment, the air quality was still fresh. For breakfast, some of the service staff were perfunctory and impatient, which was a big drawback! Also, having to switch elevators multiple times is not friendly for older people. Overall, it's still very good and worth recommending."

"I chose Fraser Suites Dalian for my business trip this time, and it was a fantastic experience. The one-bedroom apartment had a well-designed layout, complete with all necessary appliances, and the hygiene was impeccable. There's a mall right downstairs and the subway is very close, making commuting and dining incredibly convenient. The apartment building offers a 24-hour front desk, and Archer provided excellent service. With a gym and swimming pool, it's quiet and not noisy, perfect for both work and relaxation. It's suitable for both short and long stays, making it an ideal choice for business travelers."

"My stay at The Castle Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Dalian, was absolutely perfect! The hotel is located right on Xinghai Bay, and its castle-like architecture is grand and magnificent. The room was spacious and bright, with unbeatable sea views – I could see the blue sea and sky right from my window every morning. The service was impeccable, from the concierge to the room staff, truly reflecting Marriott's high-end brand standards. It's also conveniently located next to Xinghai Square, making getting around very easy. During check-out, Dansey asked about my stay and resolved any issues very well. I highly recommend it to travelers seeking quality!"

"The room was pretty standard and met expectations, but what really exceeded them was: 1. The hotel has a **delivery locker** outside, making it incredibly convenient to order takeout. You can also have the front desk send it up with a smart delivery robot. 2. The hotel's location is excellent. It's directly across from MixC shopping mall and next to Youth Park, so you're just a step away from walks, shopping, and dining. It's also not far from various attractions. 3. If you love tennis, book this hotel! There's a tennis court on the fourth floor where you can book 1-on-1 private lessons. I stayed here for three days and played tennis every single day, without wasting any time on travel."

"The most memorable part of our stay at Swissôtel Shenyang was Eric, our Les Clefs d'Or Concierge Manager. He reached out before arrival to understand our needs and always stayed one step ahead, handling our questions and last-minute requests with calm professionalism and genuine care. If service is an art, Eric is a true artist — he writes the most touching verses during a guest's stay, and as an architect of beautiful memories, he turns ordinary service into an art form, making every encounter unforgettable. The central location, high-floor lake view, and quiet comfortable rooms were all wonderful, but it was this feeling of being truly cared for that made the trip special. We will definitely return and ask for Eric again. Highly recommended."

"Let me start with the positives. The hotel environment is excellent, very close to the subway station, and the room view is great. The swimming pool and fitness area are fantastic. The front desk staff and service personnel were all very good and responsive. The robot room service was also very convenient. Now for the downsides. For a hotel at this price point, the bathroom amenities are really subpar, significantly worse than comparable hotels. Secondly, during both nights of our stay, we encountered wedding rooms on our floor. The front desk did not inform us upon check-in if we minded being on the same floor as wedding parties. In the morning, relatives of the wedding party staying in a nearby room kept opening and closing their door, creating a lot of noise. When I reported this to customer service, the hotel manager who responded actually questioned my feedback, telling me the wedding room was 'a certain distance' from mine. He used the most polite tone to say the most disrespectful things, which made me very uncomfortable. After learning there would be another wedding party on the second night, they offered to move us to a different floor. Ultimately, they resolved the issue of noise on the second night by moving the wedding party to a different floor. However, regarding the disturbance to our rest on the first night, all I got was a 'sorry.' Moreover, the security guards downstairs did nothing about the wedding car convoy; they occupied two lanes for a long time, preventing our pre-booked vehicle from entering. We had to walk to the intersection ourselves. In summary, for the same price point, I would not highly recommend this hotel, because at this price, hotels are all about the details and service."

"Our entire stay was fantastic! I originally planned to just pass through, but because of this hotel, I ended up staying an extra day. First off, for those driving, make sure to take the left-hand lane marked for Jinjiang Hotel parking. You'll go down to the underground garage through two yellow rolling doors. I drove around three times trying to find it! The lobby manager, Manager Meimei, was incredibly nice. My child had a bit of a cold and couldn't have the air conditioning blowing directly on the bed, so she helped us change rooms. The breakfast service attitude was the best I've ever experienced at any hotel. The variety was rich. The first-floor restroom was under renovation, and I got my hands sticky with frosting. They went out of their way to get me wet wipes. A special thanks to Manager Liu Dan, who even gave my child a special little gift. It was a very pleasant stay."
