Room is clean. There are many choices for breakfast. And the most important- the staff here are so nice, especially the reception staff and breakfast staff, they are very friendly and helpful!!!!

Staff are friendly, breakfast is good with variety of choices. The sea view is slightly disappointing. Sofa bed is not in good quality. Bottle water put on the table at 5 Euro per bottle - please either take them away or provide them free to customer. I would not say this stay is bad - but honestly a lot better experience for my previous stays in Hilton hotels in other countries. Don't feel I spent the money worthy this time.

The hotel service is excellent. The location is superb, offering convenient and fast transportation. It's incredibly close to the airport. The hotel breakfast is absolutely delicious. It was an unforgettable and memorable experience.

The hotel is situated right at the city center. This time our room was at the other building, so we had to walk to another building and took a rather older lift to our room. The room is very tidy and near and spacious. The front desk was very efficient and warm.

The hotel is located in the city center. It is very convenient for shopping and eating. The hotel rooms are relatively large in Europe. The overall facilities are very new. The hygiene and management are good.

As always. This hotel is the best hotel in Helsinki definitely. The spa facility is great, the cleaning room service is also always timely and precise. The spa staff was the best person I have ever met. He is a decent guy. I will use this hotel again. The only problem with this hotel would be the restaurant. Don't use it.

A nice and clean hotel. It's close to Aalto's villa, and the city center is easily accessible by tram. However, arriving from the airport by public transportation (train and bus) was inconvenient, so I recommend taking a taxi. Besides Aalto's villa and studio, the Akseli Gallen-Kallela Museum, Didrichsen, Villa Gullenberg, and the former presidential residence of Tamminiemi are also nearby. The sauna was good, and it wasn't crowded when I visited. The staff was helpful with any questions I had.🥰

This is a really 5 Stars Hotel in the heart of Helsinki.  The infrastructure, the amenities, the services are impeccable from check-in to check-out and everything in between. Doormen are courteous and friendly. The Housekeepers are friendly, meticulous and polite.  The Gym is one of the best in the hotel industry. It is so well equipped for all muscle groups you wish to work on.  When one of my friend’s room and some issues, it was immediately remedied and service recovery was swift and effective.  Our rooms were actually extended and drinks grated gratis to wow us. I must say Willem Hagedoorn (the Deputy Hotel Manager) was really generous! All 5 of us were very impressed by the high quality customer service and first class hospitality standard of  NH Collection - we were delighted!  I even got a Birthday surprise from the Guest Relations Manager. The hotel is located in the heart of city center. Lots of shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity which makes things very easy. Very close to train stations and many tram lines nearby. Staff and service are great. Breakfast is great. The hotel has a lot of tradition and is maintained very well. The gym is quite good too. Rooms are not very big but spacious enough. Bathroom is very nicely designed and comfortable.

The room is very big, even with an extra bed, it is more than enough; the sanitation is also very clean and tidy, the hotel is very attentive to send welcome gifts and cards; it is very close to the train station and major attractions and business districts; the only thing I am not satisfied with is the breakfast, there are too few varieties, the taste is also very ordinary, it does not match the room quality at all
