"Our stay was beautiful, I will not deny that. However it was not without a few letdowns. I am a woman who is all about a pool and was so excited to swim in the absolutely gorgeous pool I saw in all the photos online. I visited the week of Jan 1- Jan 7th and the weather was quite warm about 75 degrees every day. HOWEVER, the pool was absolutely FREEZING to the point where I was shivering being in it. Felt like an ICE BATH :( It was not enjoyable and with this being a secluded/ all inclusive hotel there weren't very much other forms of entertainment during the day except for the pool and the beach (the water was warm at the beach). It was so disappointing. I called the front desk to ask if anything could be done but they stated was no pool heater/temperature adjuster. We paid about 4 grand total for this trip and to be completely honest were only able to enjoy the pool once. My next complaint comes to the beach. We went to the beach which gets pretty bus. There was a day where every single chair was full and two of the hotel cabanas were being taken over by random street vendors - taking away two spots for the guests from the 100% packed beach area. These guys were NOT a part of the hotel and are the vendors who go around trying to sell cigars, etc. I watched the staff pass by them multiple times and say nothing while ACTUAL GUESTS had nowhere to lounge by the beach. That was very disappointing as these guys were laughing loudly, staring at guests, and did not move as people walked by looking for chairs. Other than that I will admit that the food was great, the staff was super nice, the hotel grounds were IMPECCABLE, the rooms were nice, everything else was quite lovely. But for the reasons listed I will not be staying at this all inclusive again, although you can still make the most of it and have a lovely experience overall. I'd recommend a stay if you're not going for the main reason of enjoying the pool and the beach."

"Hotel is located at the north east point of Cancun strip, which allows to have an access to the beach at the northern side as well as at the eastern side. Both of the beaches are hidden from big waves by the piers. Turquoize suites are spacious and well maintained with an amazing view of the sea. Hotel territory is big enough for walks around it. Sea view from different spots is really beautiful. Hotel has several pools so that the clients can choose one suitable for them. There are several restaurants and bars in the hotel as well, which brings some diversity of options. Hotel staff is very friendly and polite. Service is really good. Overall nice impression of the hotel. Turquoize suite also has a separate building, which is more quiet and a separate swimming pool with a good view of the sea. Definitely recommend this hotel to all sorts of visitors. The only thing that can be better is the food. I would give 4 points out of 5 for the food, it can be more delicious and special as well as the cocktails in the bars, but maybe it’s because of the “all inclusive” type of the service."

"The service is very good, the hotel is large, the beach is beautiful, and the swimming pool is large and clean. Tipping is free, the food is rich, and dinner needs to be reserved. After checking out at noon, you can stay to eat, drink and play until you go to the airport"

"The location is like a corner where you go at night, so you can't go out without a car. I think it has the best facilities among the hotels. It's clean and there's nothing unnecessary. The restaurant also has an open feel and is really nice. The service was very good, but since I stayed at Scarlet Arte just before, I was disappointed with the friendliness of the staff, but I think the company's proactive activities will make up for everything. The rice is more delicious than Scarlet Arte and the quality is better. It's a shame there aren't any activities, but I think they will happen in the future if the company invests more. The quality is really good. best"

"The staff were not very friendly, requested for tips though it was included and the beach had a weird smell, there were ants and when we requested for a small cake to celebrate birthday they said we had to pay and stay until 2pm (late check out) to get those services. We were looking forward to our stay but unfortunately we were disappointed!!"

"The hotel had just opened, so there were a few minor issues, but these were quickly resolved and didn't bother us too much. Our personal butler, Gabriela, took excellent care of us. The food was fantastic (10/10). The staff was very friendly, but the service at the beach and pool was disastrous. After several complaints and requests for towels and drinks, the situation improved somewhat, but only for that one day. We had to repeat our complaints daily, even though we were VIP guests! We got the impression that the hotel is heavily geared towards guests from the USA and neglects guests from other countries. Under these circumstances, we cannot recommend the hotel. Management should reconsider this."

"Un hotel excelente en todos los sentidos , desde que te reciben ya te están consintiendo. El servicio es muy atento y están siempre pendientes por si te falta algo para hacer tú estancia más agradable La ubicación es muy buena lejos del bullicio y a la vez cerca del centro El restaurante del hotel como lo demás, perfecto En definitiva es totalmente recomendable pasar varias noches aquí Casi se me olvida el kayak y paddleboard está incluido!! Eso fue el remate para que la estancia fuera perfecta"

"先説優點： 1.價格合理，海景房跟其他家基礎房型差不多（但景色不完美，我的房間前面有一個光禿禿的大平台） 2.裝修翻新過了，沒有老酒店味。非親子酒店，適合情侶度假。mini bar 每天補充。 3.墨西哥，地中海，日料，法餐，牛排，自助幾個餐廳都不需要早起預約，直接walkin即可，雖然沒有驚艷的菜，不算太踩雷。 再説缺點： 1.浴室的水忽冷忽熱，有時候會突然特別燙！ 2.前台非常不專業，跟我説衹有法餐廳有dress code，其實晚餐所有餐廳都有，衣服沒帶夠，第一天晚上沒有任何餐廳能用餐，argue了很久才説給我送room service，酒店就一副規則如此，給你解釋但不解決的態度很噁心大差評！ 3.餐廳不需要預約代表要排隊，上菜很慢，去晚了就排不上了（尤其牛排餐廳）。 4.床上有那種透明的小蟲子爬，起了幾個紅色小包很癢。"
