"This was my second time here, and from the moment I landed and found the staff, I didn't have to handle my luggage at all, even for my departure – it was absolutely fantastic. However, there were some things I wasn't happy with. On the first day, they gave me a room at the very end of the hall, and it had a strange smell. I couldn't accept it, especially since I paid quite a bit for a beach view room. After a long discussion, they could only offer a room with a better view for the next day. Because of the smell, I had to downgrade to a clean transitional room, but the hotel refused to refund the price difference. Ultimately, Trip.com covered the difference, which just goes to show how reliable Trip.com is and how proactively they communicate with hotels, even if the final outcome wasn't perfect. The next day, the view was decent. If you're choosing a beach room, rooms 71-75 have better views, while 77 is an end room next to staff quarters and is very, very poor. As for breakfast, it's significantly worse than when I visited in 2023. There's very little variety, just enough to fill you up, and surprisingly, no pineapple or banana juice. Next time I go to Boracay, I'll definitely hesitate to choose this place again because of the end-room issue. Photo 1 is the excellent pickup service, Photo 2 is the transitional garden-view room. "Right in front of the beach once you step out of the hotel! What a fantastic location! Plus, with a private beach, I could relax and enjoy the ocean view. There are also two types of pools, and the rooftop pool has a bar, which creates a great atmosphere! The mango parfait I had at the rooftop pool bar was the best mango dessert I've had on Boracay Island! You can get a parfait with plenty of mangoes for about 750 yen! I stayed for 3 nights, and the breakfast buffet menu changed every day, which was enjoyable. The variety and quality of each dish were decent. While the air conditioning in the room was good, the toilet had a sewage smell, which was unpleasant. The shower water never got hot, staying lukewarm the whole time, and the water pressure was very weak. The hotel staff were wonderful, treating me kindly and politely."

"Food for its price ranges from 3-8/10, so choose wisely Long waiting time for food ordered, ours was more than 1hr Our host paid 4k/pax for whole day meal coverage but was not delivered, we were just informed after everybody ate dinner at ala cart value We arrived early, but no proper area for our bags, we were just directed to one corner with all our bags scattered, no cart available. Front desk entertained guests not at par with what other luxury hotel/resorts provide They need to improve the quality of personnel, because it dragged our stay... place was wonderful"

"We loved our 5-night stay at Henann Garden Resort. The room was clean, the amenities were great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We booked the Grand Room with a bathtub, which we really enjoyed. The resort has four swimming pools, and we had fun swimming from one pool to another.We also had a whole-body massage in our room at an affordable price, which made the stay even more relaxing. Breakfast was ok and the choices for Muslim guests were quite limited. There was also a fire show every night, which added to the holiday atmosphere. The resort has very easy access to the beachfront, including beach lounge chairs facing the sea. It is only a few minutes’ walk to D’Mall, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and laundry services nearby. Overall, we had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay and would happily stay here again."

"It’s our 2nd time coming here, same type of room. Everything was ok, pool, beds, service , buffet was ok. But not exactly the same as last time we had been here, last time we have a complimentary drinks, and a welcome dessert, but this time we dont have it, but thats fine, but the disappointing thing was the room door, everytime we try to open it by the card, it doesnt work, they tried to fix it almost 3times but until the day we had checked out, it is still not working. So this time, this stay is only rated 4 under 5. I hope the hotel to fix this problems, and be here nxt time again soon,"

"Excellent 5-star hotel, Filipino style. It's very authentic and charming, with access to two neighboring luxury hotels. The staff are incredibly hardworking. They aren't experts at making cocktails, but if you explain what you want, they'll make it as requested. The spirits are good, and so are the bottled wines. There are many different romantic setups and similar options on the beach. The private beach is very clean, and the scenery and sea are magical. Breakfast is quite good, but otherwise, like everywhere else on this island, they don't seem to know how to cook. We tried eating at the Shangri-La and the hotel next door, and everywhere it felt like the chef wouldn't even eat their own food; I won't even bother describing it, everything was off. You really need to find a place with good food right away, otherwise you risk eating only bread rolls! 😁 But the coffee is very good there, and you can take it to go from breakfast. The staff are very friendly. As for cons, there's no late check-out. We were offered a maximum check-out at 2 PM for an extra charge, and after that, only booking for a full day was an option."
