Extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the beach. This particular stretch of beach is less crowded and very clean, and the wooden boardwalk and pavilions are perfect for photos. It was super convenient to watch the sunrise in the morning and enjoy a walk along the shore in the evening. The room had an excellent view; I could see the sea right from my bed. The facilities were well-maintained and felt new. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and they promptly resolved any issues I had. Dining options nearby were also plentiful. The value for money was outstanding! I truly recommend it to anyone visiting Qinhuangdao for a vacation!

Huge thanks to the sales manager at the Hampton by Hilton Qinhuangdao for the complimentary upgrade to a larger room. The hotel's housekeeping staff were incredibly warm and attentive, leaving our room spotless. The restaurant staff, especially the tall one, were so thoughtful – always greeting us with a 'good morning' and bidding us a 'safe journey' after our meal. Their service was truly top-notch. The hotel is also super close to Dream Bay, just about a 5-minute walk. Plus, the breakfast spread was fantastic!

The room was spotless, and the toiletries were complete, including disposable towels. The breakfast was delicious, and the bed was so comfortable. The view from the window was absolutely stunning. I even received a small gift when I checked out, which was a lovely surprise!

Excellent location, good hotel, however the front counter staff needs to pay attention to details, hazards, and safety risks!! When I asked the counter staff to book a taxi, she failed to account for my 2 suitcases. When the taxi arrived, it was immediately clear that the boot was too small to fit them. Rather than sending the taxi away and arranging a more suitable vehicle, she agreed with the taxi driver to force the suitcases into the boot and travel with the lid left open. This is plainly unsafe and completely unacceptable — a serious failure of duty of care.

Over the past two years, eight (closer to ten now) visits have instilled in me a unique sense of familiarity – a feeling of stepping not into a hotel, but returning to a familiar and warm home every single time. My first choice was probably due to its excellent location and the allure of 'Water World,' but what keeps bringing me back is that indescribable 'home' feeling. From the moment I push open the hotel doors, the familiar Baroque-style decor greets my eyes, a faint fragrance permeates the air, and the front desk staff always know my surname, greeting me with a 'Welcome home, Mr./Ms. X,' instantly melting away my travel fatigue. I absolutely love the hotel's food; it's simply incredible! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 You must try their Roujiamo (Chinese hamburger), and the breakfast spread is particularly rich and diverse. The hotel rooms consistently maintain a reassuring level of cleanliness and comfort. The bedding is just right for a good night's sleep, and the soundproofing is excellent, allowing for peaceful nights even in the bustling city. What touches me even more are the subtle touches of care: the humidifier, eye masks, and earplugs always available in the room are a godsend for someone like me who has specific sleep environment preferences. With each stay, I notice small updates to the room facilities, perhaps a new decorative item or upgraded toiletries. This continuous dedication makes me feel the hotel's relentless pursuit of quality. And 'Water World' is always a highlight I must experience. After a day of work or sightseeing, soaking in the hotel's bathhouse or swimming a few laps in the heated pool makes all fatigue disappear. The bathing facilities here are well-maintained, the water is clear, the environment is elegant, and the staff are always there when you need them, without being intrusive. What I find most unforgettable is the hotel's personalized service. I remember one time I accidentally left a coat in my room. After contacting the hotel, they not only kept it safe but also proactively arranged for it to be couriered back to me. This sense of responsibility and thoughtfulness made me feel completely at ease. Over the past two years and nearly ten stays, the Venice Water World Hotel has witnessed my business trips and also accommodated my leisure time. It has never shown any neglect despite my frequent visits; instead, each time it has surprised me with new delights and consistent warmth. It's not just a hotel; it's more like a 'home away from home' in Shijiazhuang, a sanctuary where I can let my guard down and rest peacefully. If you're also looking for a hotel that gives you that 'home' feeling, then the Shijiazhuang Venice Water World Hotel is definitely worth a try. Trust me, once you experience the warmth and service here, you'll feel, just like me, that it's your other home in Shijiazhuang.

Staying at Chengde Qiwanglou Hotel truly felt like a home away from home. First off, it's not a towering high-rise, which immediately gives it a cozy, homely vibe. Plus, the hotel doesn't cater to a massive number of guests, only about a hundred or so at most, meaning they can offer a more personalized and attentive service, or as I'd put it, 'meticulous care.' This included thoughtful touches like having snacks, candies, and refreshing drinks available at the entrance, and sewing kits and other small emergency items in the hallways of each building. From the moment you step in, everyone you encounter at this hotel actively engages with guests, listening carefully to their suggestions and needs. This level of personalized interaction is something I haven't experienced in hotels in recent years, and it's truly commendable. Guests who've stayed even just one day are greeted by the hotel's cat rubbing against their legs as soon as they walk in – it's incredibly heartwarming! The restaurant staff were all very dedicated, helping guests choose dishes and ensuring nothing went to waste, which was lovely. When they heard we enjoyed millet porridge, they even sold us some to take back to Beijing! One staff member, Zhi, proactively offered to buy us tofu (from Zhang Yu), which was a huge convenience. Mr. Yu Changhong (Xiao Yu) provides exceptional service, treating every guest like family, and truly fosters that 'home away from home' feeling. I do have a small suggestion: it would be great if the hotel could keep two electronic blood pressure monitors and phone charging cables on hand. When guests book a room, especially if they are elderly, it could be noted that a blood pressure monitor can be provided in their room, saving them the hassle of bringing their own. Having charging cables readily available would also alleviate any worries about charging phones.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from Handan Road and Congtai Park. There's ample parking available. The public areas are elegantly designed, and the rooms are clean, tidy, spacious, and bright, equipped with comprehensive smart facilities. The service is warm and welcoming. The lobby offers complimentary drinks, and guests receive a welcome fruit platter and a small gift daily. The hotel breakfast is incredibly rich and varied. The Chinese breakfast includes all of Handan's local specialty snacks, and there's also a wide selection of Western breakfast options. The variety is extensive, and the food tastes great. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again next time I visit Handan.

This time I really want to thank the two beautiful women at the front desk for being responsive. In order to meet my requirements, I went up and chose the room type I like. The hotel facilities are also very good and new. I highly recommend this hotel to stay. Breakfast 🥣 also has many varieties, good taste, super cost-effective.

My stay at Ruimeihua was pleasant and hassle free. Rooms were spacious, clean and had a wide range of amenities. Be it front desk, kitchen, cleaning and all other staff were always attentive and helpful. Breakfast had multiple options to choose from. Recommended.

A super good location hotel, close to Congtai Park, Idiom Museum and the New Century Center, not far from the ramp, the back lane, and the toddler bridge. The hotel environment is very good, the garden lawn pavilion is all available, the lobby has free coffee tea supply, the strong coffee fragrance as soon as you enter the door, the breakfast category is complete, the taste is good, the room is big enough, clean and clean... Very satisfied with a stay, will come again!
