I enjoyed my stay for 2 days. The hotel is suitable for international guests with English speaking staff, responsive transport arrangements and a good restaurant. Breakfast was great and I enjoyed the Nespresso coffee machine and wide variety of fruits. The papaya, honey melon and water melon were so delicious ! We had lunch here, the food was well prepared and generous. A bit pricey but thats hotel-ish. Bed was firm and goo, pillow a bit high but otherwise very comfy Whats not so great - the shower water goes from cold to hot to luke warm to cold and then warm - its erratic and leans toward cold/luke warm People who complain about the distance from town must understand this place is for people who dont want noise and the activity. Its peaceful and for people who seek to relax away from the crowds. No shopping, its isolated but near to airport and Iguazu Falls. Thats what I am here for and so Mercure works for me.

Mate, nuts and chocolate candy as a compliment to the plant were a nice bonus. A very cool mangal terrace, you can have dinner in nature. Came over after a terrible experience at Rainforest and it was like heaven on earth. The hotel is conveniently located with a bus stop 5 min walk outside that takes you to the airport and the waterfalls at hourly frequency. There is also a taxi operator right across the hotel. The hotel staff immediately walked out to assist with our luggage upon our arrival and was extremely hospitable. A complimentary 25 min visit to the sauna was included, gimmicky but it was a nice touch. The room was large, spacious and clean. AC was reliable as was the hot water and water pressure. Breakfast was basic but there was a large spread. We had an enjoyable experience.

It's good that it's right next to the bus stop. The breakfast was pretty good. The rooms were clean and nice. There is also a terrace.

We stayed in room 202 of the independent cabin for three consecutive nights. The location of the hotel and the overall natural environment are good. The room is old, the facilities are old, the hair dryer is very small, and the table is cracked. The service attitude is very good, and there will be feedback if there is a problem. On the first night, I found that the lights around the house were broken. After the feedback, some of them were repaired on the second night. But from the next day, I began to communicate with the hotel to replace it with another empty room of 201. The front desk brother said that it was booked. But the next night, I found that there was no, and the 201 room was empty. The room was not cleaned, the garbage was not dumped, but the lights and air conditioning in the room were turned off, indicating that someone had entered, why not clean? Don't change the trash can and bathroom bath towels? Did not change the sheets. The front desk said that because we didn't put the sign that needed to be cleaned outside the door. Not at all. I want to change to the clean and unmanned room 201 next door, and the front desk will not change it. No one cleaned it. On the third day, the room made the bed, but did not change the sheets, and cleaned the trash can. achei um pouco dificil a reserva pois nao tinha operado ainda com este site, quando chegamos estava td certo e fomos acomodados num quarto com carpete e um incrivel mau cheiro, reclamamos na portaria e a atendente prontamente nos realocou num quarto piso laminado, ficou perfeito. acho que a questao do carpete ja passou em hoteleria.
