Ξενοδοχεία με 4-Star σε Norfolk, United Kingdom

"It was an amazing time together with my family. The kids really enjoyed themselves and the staffs were very friendly and helpful. 100% recommend anytime"

"Excellent service from check in and throughout the whole stay . The gym staff were very knowledgeable and polite and answered all of my queries throughly. The room was spotless with a comfortable bed and powerful shower . Breakfast was cooked to perfection with a vast choice for all appetites and dietary requirements We always book here when we visit family in UK and Id’thoroughly recommend this hotel as also a short drive to Norwich city centre"

"The room was an accessible room and there was plenty of space and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very tasty and hot. Plenty of choices The only poor issue was a nasty smell in the bathroom. We needed to spray deodorant in there before use. Sadly this was not what we expected."

"Brilliant stay location great stay again"

"Whilst the room was beautiful and clean, the service let the place down. Waited fir 15 minutes to book in, found out about a hotel carpark fee when we arrived. Breakfast was slow and gad to call someone over to get a coffee refill. Builing and room were lovely"

"Looks a little run down outside and quite dated inside. We spent one night in a twin room which was reasonably clean however i would suggest they upgrade the mattress protectors. Nice little complementary tray with water, tea coffee sugar and biscuits. Staff on reception were very friendly. We didn't eat in the restaurant so can't comment. Overall stay was good."

"**Absolutely fabulous gem of a hotel – we’re already planning our return!** I’m almost reluctant to sing its praises too loudly in case we can’t get a reservation next time, but I simply cannot recommend The Ocean highly enough. This place is an absolute standout. From the moment you arrive, the service is exceptional. The team is warm, highly attentive, and genuinely approachable – every single member made us feel like valued guests rather than just another booking. They anticipated our needs before we even asked, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Breakfast was superb, with a wonderful selection to suit every taste and waistline. What really elevated it was the full table service – a lovely, touch that made the whole experience feel special and relaxed. The hotel restaurant is an absolute must. After scouting every other option in the area, we ended up eating there both nights of our stay because it was, without question, the best find around. The menu offers a fantastic selection, everything is cooked fresh to order, and every dish we tried was outstanding. The portions are generous yet perfectly judged – so much so that we sadly couldn’t squeeze in a dessert, though the menu looked every bit as tempting as the mains. The hotel itself has been decorated with real taste and care throughout. Our room was stunning – fresh, modern, and incredibly welcoming, while still feeling cosy and homely. It’s such a refreshing change from the usual tired, tacky seafront offerings; the team has clearly poured heart and soul into creating somewhere that feels both stylish and genuinely comforting. Overall, The Ocean is a superb find – one of those rare places that ticks every box and leaves you smiling from check-in to check-out. We will definitely be back next time we’re in the area. A huge thank you to the entire team at Ocean – you’ve set the bar incredibly high!"

"A very spacious hotel with a lot going on. Decent size bar and restaurant, and was very busy when I visited. I had a single room up in the garret and, whilst no air con, this was clearly stated when booking and I didn't mind. The room was very clean and, whilst sparsely decorated, was absolutely fine. The bed was really comfy and the linen crisp. It has some pretty whacky decor and lots of reproduction features, not least the very thin fake chesterfields in the bar, they were so narrow I couldn't move my elbow appropriately to take a drink. But lots of people there clearly loved it. And I think I did too. Heard many people talking about how they'd stayed several times. Highly recommended."
