"Hotel staff at reception desk is super helpful and very patient to assist customer. Room is super clean and breakfast is nice. We stayed this hotel for 4 nights for a golf trip. During our stay, there were a couple issues we have with car rental companies. Staff was very kind to help in local languange conversation with call center and local police individuals to effectively get thing done. I cannot image how long it will take for us to communicate with non-Japanese lauguage... Good job Route Inn hotel."

"Hotels in Shikoku, Japan, were cutting back on electricity due to the Fukushima disaster and had no air conditioning. When I arrived at this hotel, I asked the front desk if they offered any services like skinning and peeling.
