Ξενοδοχεία με 4-Star σε Campania, Italy

This hotel boasts a classic style with rich burgundy tones and well-appointed wooden furnishings. It was beautifully decorated for the Christmas holidays. The front desk staff were kind and efficient. Our room was spacious and bright, just as pictured on their website. The continental breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of pastries and cakes, served in a room with a sea view. The location is ideal, perfect for reaching both Piazza del Plebiscito and the various restaurants along the Partenope seafront. Overall, a very positive experience.

The balcony has a good view of the sea. The interior of the room is relatively spacious. The location is in the center of the town. It is close to the pier and the station. There are many restaurants downstairs. There are ovens and coffee machines in the public area of the hotel. There are not many breakfast options but you can eat it. The staff is very friendly and the overall price is high. In addition, you need to check in at the front desk of MiraMare Hotel across the street before you check in! !

We booked feeling a little nervous as we read the various reviews but also hesitated with little experience of a B&B Guest house. There seemed very few choices in Naples ( Chiaia district) a prime , safer area ; to have a suite with some kitchenette and a very reasonable price. We were warmly welcomed to our studio suite, spacious , well organised with a lot of thought in the location of design of fixtures and furniture; seating to take breakfast, working desk and or relax on the sofa. Brightly lit room with big “can open” sound proof windows or option to use the air conditioning system . Views of the nearby residential apar**ents actually helped us feel at home ( even though we were not able to enjoy the Naples sea view) Bed, mattress , linen and pillows were fine ( for those who require more specific finer finishes should not go to a Guest house) Bathroom was practical and had all that one needed, with hand held shower and rain shower installed. Kitchenette had electric stove , coffee maker, kettle , Fridge and utensils. Again sufficient for a 4 night stay. Any longer an oven or toaster would have been nice to heat up bread. The highlight worth mentioning, as most reviews have , is Massimo who helped us with recommendations, guided us with a local map, booked day tour to Pompeii, our taxi and so much more.. Honestly, for those of us who have been lucky to stay in 5 star hotels will know that you don’t always get this type of discreet professional reliable hospitality that Massimo has shown us. If you don’t mind staying at a guest house which may sound daunting , or that the entrance of the building may be slightly off the side street but having read this review will reassure you that the 24 hours security guards and the gated premises made it feel like a home away from home. Thank you Massimo and team for keeping our room super clean , daily when we really didn’t expect the service. Likewise appreciated the small touches of receiving disposable raincoats in case of heavy rain on our tour.

The hotel is wonderful, but I still felt uncomfortable. I didn't really like the staff at the front desk. Maybe not all of them are like that, but still... during conversations, there was a mocking emphasis on my not-so-good English. It was unpleasant. But overall: everywhere was clean, the linen fresh, breakfasts with a sea view and quite good, though repetitive, but there was hot food, which I haven't encountered in other hotels in Italy. And most importantly, the sea is nearby! And that's a huge plus. Another point... Periodically, noisy parties are held on the hotel's rooftop, so if that bothers you, take note. Personally, it didn't bother me. They don't warn you about this when checking in. By the way, the view from the rooftop is amazing, and there's a small pool.

This is the biggest chain hotel in Sorrento, located halfway up the hill, about a 10-15 minute walk to the city center's pedestrian street. Transportation is quite convenient. The hardware facilities are fine, and the breakfast is plentiful, with a chef making omelets on the spot. However, the service is truly awful! Check-in was incredibly slow. First, they couldn't find my reservation, then they mixed up names. Just because Chinese people share the same surname, do they automatically assume we're the same person? Laughable! Naturally, the room we were given had the wrong setup. We booked a triple room, but as photo 3 shows, the bed should have been made, and all the amenities were only for two people. We had to go to the front desk ourselves to get more. We tried calling, they said 'OK,' but nothing was delivered all night. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it, unless the price drops significantly.

Here you are making a lot of effort to balance the practical but difficult location at the train station. Wonderful breakfast, only at the reception you have shown youself unflexible

Excellent hotel. I recommend it. Even before check-in, I was contacted with all the instructions for getting into the room (everything was extremely easy) and all my questions were answered. Finding the hotel was simple; just make sure to read the signs. The room itself was bright, clean, and spacious. It was a comfortable refuge from the heat, with a rather quiet air conditioner. Breakfast wasn't included for me, but snacks, juice, and milk were provided, along with tea and coffee. There was also a fridge, coffee machine, and kettle. The room was cleaned daily. The windows had mosquito nets and roller blinds. Be aware that if your windows face the city, it can be quite noisy. I don't have trouble sleeping, so it didn't bother me. The bathroom also had everything needed: shampoo, soap, towels, and a hairdryer. The water pressure was good, with both a rain shower and a handheld showerhead. There were no water supply issues. There's an elevator in the building! Right across the street is a small grocery store, and there are several others nearby, as well as a few cafes. The location is excellent: - A few minutes' walk to the historic center. - About 15-20 minutes' walk to the train station. - 20 minutes by taxi to the airport. - 30-40 minutes' walk to the promenade. Thanks for the hospitality :)

We originally booked Hotel Aequa for one night and extended our stay to seven nights, which reflects how comfortable and convenient the experience was overall. The pictures show the lovely pictures of the compound. Very pet friendly. The hotel is very well located as a base for exploring the Amalfi Coast, Pompeii, and Naples. It offers a quieter and more practical alternative to staying in the more crowded tourist areas, while still providing easy access to key destinations. The room was comfortable, with a balcony that provided a good view. The ground floor common areas are spacious and well laid out, creating a pleasant environment to relax outside of the room. Breakfast is consistent and enjoyable, with items such as hot chocolate and a well-prepared cheese omelette. The staff are friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout the stay. Housekeeping is reliable, with rooms cleaned daily and maintained to a good standard. The hotel also provides a private car park at a reasonable rate of 15 euros per day, which is particularly convenient for those driving in the region. There is a lift available, making it easy to access rooms with luggage. Amenities are very good overall, contributing to a comfortable and well-managed stay. The hotel offers a balanced combination of convenience, comfort, and value, making it a strong choice for travelers exploring this part of Italy.

Bang in the heart of not just the charming old centre but right on the block where the street partying takes place till the early mornings of the weekends. But no noise pollution due to the small boutique hotel being on the (very high!) fourth floor of the old building that has its entrance in the courtyard off the street. We traveled with our two sons (17 and 10) and it worked but wouldn’t stay with our younger daughters there due to the unconventionality of the accommodation: No public areas or services, just straight up rooms (only six of them all in the one corridor off the reception) which are fitted in modern and marbled design. Room no 3 is spacious with a nice four poster bed, no 1 is less so but both still had room for a bidet in the all tiled bathrooms which has an LED light feature in the shower! Both also have a French balcony: from room 3 you can view the Vesuvius Mountain. Theres a price listed minibar and my husband really liked the mattress Reception is not 24h but communication was very good and personal through WhatsApp. I was looking forward to the roof terrace but it was bare and unused serving merely as a panorama lookout point. Not to worry, the most important thing for us was that the hotel was clean and had some form of luxury for the night we stayed in Napoli!
