"My stay at this hotel was quite good overall. The location is decent – it's about a 10-minute walk with luggage from Hiroshima Station if you cross the bridge from the Fukuya side and turn left. There's a FamilyMart convenience store about 20 meters in front of the hotel, and Shukkei-en Garden is super close, roughly a 7-8 minute walk away. Most of the city's shopping areas (Kamiya-cho, Hon-dori shopping street, Hiroshima Castle, Peace Memorial Park, etc.) and major department stores are all within a 20-30 minute walk, so nothing is too far. The hotel lobby on the first floor is staffed 24 hours a day, and the cleaning staff tidies up daily. The breakfast selection is also quite varied, and you don't have to wait long for the elevators. There are plenty of dining options nearby as well. All in all, it was a good experience! I'd consider staying here again on my next trip to Hiroshima."

"Extremely well located, on top of station, 5 mins to Hondori Shopping Street and 5 mins to ferry. Provided everything, pajamas, toothbrush, slippers, all sorts of moisturisers, hair brushes, even washing detergent and sponge, so you really don’t need to bring much, and I am a high expectations type of traveller. The design is extremely nice too, we had a nice loft for the kid with a skylight and a couple bedroom space. As the sun only rises at 7am, didn’t affect us a bit. 7 Eleven is just downstairs."

"The hotel was conveniently located right next to Hiroshima station, which is good for planning day trips. There is also a 7-11 and Lawson store right at the ground floor. The rooms were comfortably large for two people and the beds were comfortable. Overall, an excellent stay and highly recommended. A room for improvement would be to consider providing bigger/more pillows for the beds - one small pillow may not beto everyone’s liking. Also, I felt the reception staff were a bit stingy when they declined my request for more bottled water after finishing the ones in the room…"

"I really love this hotel! The breakfast spread is fantastic and includes local Hiroshima specialties. They also have a complimentary drink machine available from 2 PM to 11 PM. The room condition was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly. I highly recommend it! There's a large store nearby called Fuji Grand with a supermarket that's open until 11 PM, which is perfect for grabbing drinks and fruit after a day of sightseeing. If I had to pick a downside, it would be that it's a bit of a walk to the tram stop, and you need to take a bus to Hiroshima Station. However, if you're flexible with your time, you can actually walk to the downtown shopping street in just 10-15 minutes. I truly enjoyed my three-day stay here."

"I went to Miyajima on a family trip and used it for the first time.
