The hotel is easily visible after crossing the pedestrian bridge from Sendai Station. There's a large Don Quijote duty-free shop right across the street. They offer complimentary afternoon tea and a happy hour, and the breakfast includes Sendai's famous beef tongue and fish cakes.

A very nice and convenient hotel. About 8 min walk from sendai main station. The hotel entrance along the road can bit a bit of challenge to find but just keep a eye on it. The room is large and spacious by japanese standard. I did not try the breakfast but they provide free starbuck coffee at lounge from 1400 to 2200hrs. Would be good if they can change that hrs to morning onwards. They provide two type of pillows, one hard and one soft..which is good. Thanks for hosting me

Facilities: From the hotel lobby to the rooms, everything felt comfortable, elegant, and grand. Environment: It's a convenient 5-10 minute walk from Sendai Station, and there's a 7-Eleven right on the first floor. Plus, the famous Gyutan (beef tongue) restaurant, Zenjirou, is right next door. Sendai Morning Market is also just around the corner. Service: The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast service was top-notch.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The spacious environment made the stay very comfortable. The bathroom was fully equipped, featuring a rainfall shower and a separate wet and dry area for added convenience. The extra-large double bed came with four pillow options, catering to different preferences. Additionally, the room provided a hairdryer, straightener, and curling iron, which was a thoughtful touch. The staff were polite and friendly, making the overall experience even more pleasant.

A very comfortable stay. The hotel is close to Sendai Station and there are several carparks nearby. It was also very convenient to have a FamilyMart next to the lobby on the ground floor. The laundry area is quite small and would have been nicer if there were more machines available. The dryer was unfortunately not very efficient. Service was great and the hotel was very clean. Rooms were of a good size. Would return.

The location is great, right in a shopping street, about a 15-minute walk from the station. There are plenty of shops nearby, making it very convenient for dining and other needs. The hotel uses a self-service check-in and check-out system at the front desk, and the overall experience was excellent. The room I booked this time was over 30 square meters, which is quite spacious for a Japanese hotel and offers great value for money. The facilities are also relatively new. I'm very satisfied with my stay.

This hotel was an excellent choice, and I was honestly surprised that it was so affordable. The location is very convenient, right near Sendai Station, so it was easy to get there with suitcases. Check-in starts at 3 p.m., but if you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage or relax in the hotel. At 3 p.m., someone was playing the piano, and guests could enjoy drinks and snacks, including very tasty mochi. The room was spacious, and every centimeter was used thoughtfully. There were shelves, hangers, and everything we needed. Pajamas, slippers, and bath amenities were provided, and in addition to the usual items, there was also a facial care set. The public bath was another great feature, especially after a long day of walking. Washing machines and dryers were available on the same floor, which was very convenient. We tried the breakfast on one of the days, and it was definitely worth it. While we were eating, an organ was playing, which made the atmosphere even more special. I can only recommend this hotel and would be very happy to come back. Thank you very much!

I loved this hotel and wished I could have stayed longer! This time, I came from Tokyo on the Shinkansen and stayed in Sendai for three nights. The hotel's location is unbeatable – right above the Shinkansen exit. You step off the train and check in almost instantly. After breakfast, it's a quick 5-minute walk to the platform for trains heading north to Aomori and Ninohe on the third floor. It's incredibly convenient and perfect for anyone with a JR Pass traveling north. Plus, it's very quiet. The room, by Japanese standards, was quite spacious, especially the bathroom, which had a separate shower and toilet, and the massage showerhead was a real treat. They provided a full range of samples: facial cleanser, makeup remover, toner/lotion, and hair oil – everything you could need, making it super convenient. There's a dedicated smoking room on the third floor for guests, accessible with your room key. While there's a gym, it only has cardio equipment. On the fourth floor, there's a lounge with views and drinks, which I didn't get to experience due to my tight schedule. Laundry facilities are on the 7th and 11th floors. Just bring 100-yen coins. However, there's only one top-loader washing machine and one dryer, so you might have to wait. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was Western-style but also included local specialties like beef tongue and fish cake, which were pretty good. There was a wide variety of vegetables, and I made sure to load up before heading out to fuel my day. There are major department stores nearby for easy shopping. And don't miss the zunda shake (edamame milkshake) inside the JR station – it's delicious. I love Sendai and will definitely be back!

The ryokan location is excellent. My room has a huge picture window facing east. I can see the famous bay with its many islands, including the Fukuura island (福浦𡷊), in the morning with wonderful sun rise view. The Japanese breakfasts were excellent especially the one on our second day… fresh grilled fish, etc.. The Kaiseki dinners for both nights were wonderful with fresh grilled fish and high grade wagyu beef plus oyster cooked to perfection. The Onsens on the other hand are just Okay. However with the view of Fukuura island and its red bridge … nice.

Room was big and clean. My favourite was the onsen spa with the amenities provided. It can get crowded, but somehow there is enough space. The hotel staff was very nice and kind when explaining the house rules when checking in.
