There are not many choices on this side of Lake Biwa, so we came to this one-bed, two-dining restaurant. The food is so-so, but unfortunately there isn't much food nearby. Breakfast is okay. Normal Western breakfast options have no special extras. The most special thing is that there is a large beach outside the hotel. I was going to see the sunrise, but the weather was bad and I was a little disappointed. Overall it was neat and comfortable.

The room view is wonderful and quiet. Free shuttle bus between Ogotoonsen and hotel, it takes abt 5’min ride time, very good. The hotel restaurant staff are friendly and polite. We stayed 3n and the food menu were changed daily, very impressive. The indoor and outdoor onsen are perfect and relaxing. I will recommend others go there, very good experience.

Biwako Although it was in front and there was nothing around, it was a little inconvenient, but I think it would be okay for those who don't care!! The staff were friendly and clean when I first walked in!! The room was single, but it wasn't uncomfortable for two people to stay in. The view of Biwako from the window was also nice!! There was a large bath on the 7th floor, but I was a little disappointed..ㅠㅠ I couldn't use the sauna, and there was so much mold on the ceiling that it didn't feel good to wash...ㅠㅠ There was just one bath and one outside... The bath wasn't big. One thing I really liked was the breakfast!!!! Among the hotels I've been to, I was able to enjoy the most diverse food and Shiga specialties!! And it was so nice to be able to eat while looking at Biwako outside the window!!! It was just an ordinary hotel, but the breakfast was satisfying!!

The breakfast is very good and the hot spring experience is also very good. There was no one when I went there, it was just a charter. The location is right by the lake, comfortable and quiet, there is a 7-11 next to it, you can do some simple purchases. The owner of the hotel is a kind and amiable grandmother, who can recommend local activities to us in simple English. I am very grateful to her for taking care of her for a few days.

The room was new and spacious. Although two or three flying insects were found in the bathroom, it was difficult to understand and avoid. It was much better than Ji Yishengpu Turtle Well. Upgraded dinner was not bad, the buffet coffee machine soft drink, coffee was difficult to drink. Check out at 10 o'clock, the hot spring is open until 9:00 after breakfast, it is too late to soak. After checking out, it rained heavily. We sat in the lobby and waited for the rain to stop. The air conditioner was a bit cold. I wanted to borrow a bathrobe for the guests in the lobby. I was rejected and the service was disappointing.

Biwako Ryokusuitei was an absolute treat. We had a bit of a wobble at Ogoto-Onsen station as I couldn't find a phone, but luckily we spotted the hotel shuttle. The driver was lovely and made us feel welcome right from the off. The reception staff were brilliant, really friendly and gave us a proper run-through of the place. Housekeeping was spot on too they were right on the ball and had our tatami mats all ready for us while we were away at dinner. The real stars, though, were the dining staff. They were incredibly professional and took the time to explain exactly what we were eating and how to enjoy each dish. Both breakfast and dinner were top-notch 😋I'm still thinking about that food now! A proper (home away from home) experience

The hotel owner is very warm and friendly. The room is very clean. Looking at the Wuhu breakfast, there is another flavor. The hotel bathroom has a heated bathtub. Very advanced experience. I highly recommend everyone to go! 😍

NNuonuokafeiThe hotel is a ten-minute drive from Kentian Station. There is no pick-up and drop-off service. There are fewer buses to 500 meters near the hotel. It is recommended to rent to go, plus the toll of the Wuhu Bridge is about RMB 100. There are no commercial and scenic spots around. You can go to Fuyutang and Sagawa Art Museum at noon. The check-in staff are warm and thoughtful, and the service is very good in every link. The hotel rooms are all facing the lake, with a first-line lake view, floor-to-ceiling windows with a wide view, all with terraces, and you can see the sunset and sunrise of Wuhu. The facilities are a bit simpler, there is no regular safe and air purifier, these two should be a must for the hotel. The hotel's environmentally friendly style room bathroom has no spare parts and the front desk can provide it. The bathroom does not have dry and wet separation. What is worse is that the space is large but you need to stand in the bathtub to take a bath. For me, I have to wash it first and then take a bath.
