"Gosh, where do I even begin? This stay was frankly perfect. The view was amazing, the open-air private bath was amazing, the service was amazing, the food provided was amazing. There’s even a shuttle bus from the nearby station. I loved it. My friends loved it. The staff even ran across the whole lobby lounge from the check-in counter, and did a full dive into the souvenir store counter for us. Most memorable icecream buying experience."

"Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns sehr gut betreut. Unser Zimmer war jedoch nicht ganz das was wir erwartet hatten. Die Bilder sahen doch etwas anders aus als das was wir dann erhalten haben. Es roch auch nicht wirklich gut, wir vermuten dass es früher mal ein Raucherzimmer war. Wären wir länger als eine Nacht geblieben, hätten wir reklamiert. Für eine Nacht war es ok. Das Essen war absolute Spitzenklasse, und auch das Servicepersonal war einfach top."

"Biwako Ryokusuitei was an absolute treat. We had a bit of a wobble at Ogoto-Onsen station as I couldn't find a phone, but luckily we spotted the hotel shuttle. The driver was lovely and made us feel welcome right from the off. The reception staff were brilliant, really friendly and gave us a proper run-through of the place. Housekeeping was spot on too they were right on the ball and had our tatami mats all ready for us while we were away at dinner. The real stars, though, were the dining staff. They were incredibly professional and took the time to explain exactly what we were eating and how to enjoy each dish. Both breakfast and dinner were top-notch 😋I'm still thinking about that food now! A proper (home away from home) experience"

"The hotel is spacious,counter service very friendly abd help .after 50km cycling trip from Maibara, in time to have good rest and recharge my battery handphone, has bicycle storage area. .Not far on the opposite right, there is 7 7Eleven convenient shop and few local restaurants. cheap and delicious."

"The location is very quiet and calm. For those who want a break from the main cities this place is highly recommended. The hotel picked us up from the nearby station and the communication was very active and accommodating (I emailed them when we were in Kyoto station in advanced and once we reached the local station, their shuttle was already waiting for us 🥹). Biwako Valley is near so it was our only planned big activity in the area aside from walking along the quiet road and trying convenience store food and using the 24 hour laundry place nearby. The food is very healthy and you will experience traditional Japanese service (they prepared colorful Yukatas for us and we wore them for bfast and dinner in their restaurant) . The private onsen was great and you can also use the public bath in the hotel itself. I cannot list everything but our experience here was truly amazing!"

"The hotel is a ten-minute drive from Kentian Station. There is no pick-up and drop-off service. There are fewer buses to 500 meters near the hotel. It is recommended to rent to go, plus the toll of the Wuhu Bridge is about RMB 100. There are no commercial and scenic spots around. You can go to Fuyutang and Sagawa Art Museum at noon. The check-in staff are warm and thoughtful, and the service is very good in every link. The hotel rooms are all facing the lake, with a first-line lake view, floor-to-ceiling windows with a wide view, all with terraces, and you can see the sunset and sunrise of Wuhu. The facilities are a bit simpler, there is no regular safe and air purifier, these two should be a must for the hotel. What is worse is that the space is large but you need to stand in the bathtub to take a bath. For me, I have to wash it first and then take a bath. The air conditioner is quiet, the bedding is average, the curtains are full of light, the night is transparent, the necessary blindfold, the design is a bit rough in the details of the Hoshino world, but all this can be compensated by the lake view. The refrigerator in the room only has a bottle of bulk water, but unlike the anus in Hoshino, the lounge here serves drinks, beer, drinks, coffee snacks all-time, the quality is excellent, there are freshly made snacks at 3:4:5 pm, this hotel's baking is really powerful, so delicious, Champagne is provided from 5 pm to 5:30 pm.
