"I highly recommend this Chinese-owned and operated hotel! Manager Xiao is incredibly warm and thoughtful, making you feel like family even when you're far from home. The hotel offers free airport pickup, and the driver waited patiently even when our flight was delayed. Communication in Chinese was seamless, making for a very comfortable stay. The location is excellent, making getting around super convenient. The hotel facilities are well-maintained, and the service attention to detail is impressive. We feel incredibly lucky to have found such a thoughtfully run hotel on our international trip. We'll definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit, truly recommended!"

"Hello everyone! It's a decent hotel, a little out of the center. When I stayed, there was construction going on outside, and the neighboring rooms were being renovated. It was noisy."

"The worst experience ever in my life. I am willing to bear all legal responsibility for the facts I have stated. At approximately 2:30 a.m., an unknown man entered my room without authorization. This is an extremely serious security breach. Had I been a female guest sleeping alone, or had I been asleep with valuables exposed, the consequences could have been far worse. If my belongings had been stolen while I was asleep, what protection or recourse would I have had as a Wyndham guest? This incident occurred in the middle of the night, when guests are most vulnerable. I consider myself fortunate that nothing worse happened. However, I was unable to sleep for the remainder of the night due to fear and anxiety. Even today, I do not feel secure leaving my belongings in the room. I have had to carry my laptop, passport, and all valuables with me because I no longer trust the hotel’s security procedures. What further disappointed me was how the situation was handled. When I rushed to the reception immediately after the incident, the only response I received was a brief verbal “sorry.” There was no explanation, no reassurance, and no immediate action taken to address my concerns. Additionally, my keycard had been revoked without notice, forcing me to return to the reception again. As of today, no manager has reached out to me in person to provide a formal apology or explanation. The absence of proper follow-up makes the situation even more concerning. If hotel management considers this a minor mistake, that is frankly alarming. As I wasn’t able to sleep at all due to the hotel mistakes And they reject to refund me for the first night’s accommodation fees. And until now, I don’t receive any official apologies from them. Be careful, what happened to me might be happen to you as well."

"Very comfortable bed!! The bed itself is 5star hotel bed. Its height is quite high. So when I lie down on the bed, I jumped on it. Hahaha There is bath clothes, too . Very nice facilities. There are many buses around this area, you can use bus here easily. Specially the breakfast is truly brilliant 👏🏻 There are so many types of food on the breakfast. The girl who works during breakfast is very friendly and kind. Thank you! This hotel has good facility + amazing breakfast !"

"I had a great stay at Duo Hotel Bishkek and I am still staying here as I write this. I have been here for the last six days, and the experience has been excellent from the start. Check-in was smooth and quick, with very friendly and welcoming staff. Everyone I interacted with was polite, helpful, and genuinely attentive, which made the stay comfortable. The breakfast is one of the highlights. There are many options to choose from, fresh and well prepared, and it easily suits different tastes. It is a great way to start the day. The room is clean, tidy, and well maintained. Housekeeping does a very good job, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel feels calm and organized. Overall, Duo Hotel Bishkek offers great comfort, excellent service, and a warm environment. I would happily recommend it and would definitely choose to stay here again."

"I chose a room on the 6th floor with a mountain view, and it was an excellent choice! The reception staff were very responsive. I used the laundry service for 300 som, and my clothes came back clean and ironed. The fridge was fully stocked with all sorts of drinks and snacks. The breakfast, which was included, had a huge variety of dishes. There's also a shop nearby. I highly recommend it."

"Everything was great, except for the breakfast. The breakfast selection was fine, but everything was constantly missing or out of stock, and most importantly, nothing was done to address these shortcomings. We came for breakfast, and only one eggplant remained on the plate from the salad. We finished breakfast, and the salad was still missing. The same thing with juice – one day both carafes were empty, and they never refilled it. Although, juice is so easy – you don't even have to carry it from downstairs. Each time, there were only one or two tables at breakfast besides the two of us, meaning it was completely empty. They ran out of milk for the coffee, and they searched everywhere and never found it. But coffee at breakfast is very important. There were several more such moments during our three days."

"The hotel is located in the city center, within walking distance of major tourist attractions. The room layout, size, and cleanliness are perfect, comparable to good American brand hotels. While the breakfast selection isn't extensive, it's delicious and fresh, enough to start your day, and the staff provide excellent service. The reception was very welcoming, and with the help of Kim Diana, a Koryoin (ethnic Korean from Central Asia), I was able to book my train tickets for my next destination, Uzbekistan. This kind of service is particularly appreciated in Central Asia, where English isn't always widely spoken. I highly recommend this hotel; it's perfect for a trip to Bishkek."

Both the room and the bathroom were large, and the hot water came on quickly and had a stable temperature. The soundproofing was also very good. The mattress was just right—not too soft, not too firm—and the pillows were soft and comfortable, allowing me to get a great rest after a long day of travel. The hotel facilities were comprehensive, and I didn't encounter any issues during my entire stay. For its price range, the value for money is truly exceptional. Next time I'm in the area, this will be my top choice again. I genuinely recommend it to everyone!"
