"Great apartment and very clean. Easy check in experience, great communication and lots to do in the city. Good central location. The pool was also brilliant. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to explore the city of KB or as a stop on the way to or from the islands."

"Bagi yang melancong ke negeri kelantan, hotel ini amat sesuai dengan anda yang melancong bersama keluarga besar anda. Ada dua bilik yang mempunyai 1 double bed dan satu bilik mempunyai 2 double bed. Sempat bermain dengan PlayStation 4 dan sangat best suasana di sini. Betul2 di tengah bandaraya kota bharu."

"⭐Had a great stay at Crystal Lodge Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and the check-in process was quick and smooth. The location is convenient, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The only minor downside was that you could occasionally hear loud motorcycles passing by late at night, especially if your room faced the main road. Fortunately, it wasn’t constant and didn’t affect my overall experience too much. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"We stayed here twice during our trip, booking two rooms each time. The first night, both rooms weren't great. One had a broken toilet, and the other's bathroom lacked a towel rack and a place for toiletries. The second time, the room was much better – clean and well-equipped. Here's the main point: even though it's called a hotel, it's actually more like several independent guesthouses within one building. There's a keypad mailbox next to the main entrance. Normally, before check-in, the host informs you of the room number and mailbox code so you can self-check-in by retrieving the key yourself. However, this place had none of that, and no front desk, just a security guard. We couldn't get in touch with anyone. We contacted the platform, and they also had to reach out to the property manager. We arrived at 9 PM that night and waited for over half an hour. Finally, the security guard helped us by calling the landlord three or four times before the issue was resolved. We had to ask the security guard for help again during our second check-in."
