"Really enjoyed our stay at Seda Nuvali. We got upgraded and stayed at two nice and spacious rooms. The facilities were excellent: the gym, pool, and game room. The large mall complex was also just across. Breakfast selection was also good and enjoyable. We hurriedly left our room in a mess to attend a wedding and came back to it clean and organized. Great job by the housekeeping staff. We felt so embarrassed leaving it that way. Only down side was that parking was open so the car was exposed to the sun and very hot. The nearer parking area was also full often so at times we had to use the farther parking lot."

"It is always a pleasure to be back at Sotogrande Batangas! This was my third visit, and it has truly become my ”go-to” sanctuary in Batangas whenever I need to relax and de-stress. My post-birthday celebration was just as perfect as I hoped it would be. What keeps me coming back is the consistently high standard of service. Your employees are not only the epitome of professionalism but are also incredibly kind and thoughtful. A special thank you to Ms. Cess for always accommodating me so warmly—your dedication is a huge part of why the service here is so exceptional. I also have to mention the dining—the food is consistently on cue and sobrang sarap! I’m already looking forward to my next breakfast there. While the pool area remains the ultimate stress reliever for me, I have two small suggestions: it would be amazing to have a jacuzzi installed in the future, and perhaps a more discreet entrance/exit to the pool area, as walking through the restaurant to get there can feel a bit awkward! Overall, this remains the best hotel experience I’ve had so far. Thank you for making my birthday celebration so memorable. "This was my second time staying in a family room here. This hotel has an unbeatable view that no other five-star hotel, no matter how hard they try, can replicate. I absolutely love this room because it allows me to fully enjoy that incredible scenery. I'll definitely be back. The only minor downside is that the breakfast selection could be a bit more varied."

"We stayed at Canyon Cove and overall, we enjoyed our visit mainly because of the beach, which was relaxing and pleasant. The pool was also a nice bonus, and it was heated at times, which we appreciated. The changing room near the beach and pool was unfortunately not well maintained and often felt unclean and unpleasant to use. We also didn’t find any proper shower or changing facility near the area, so we had to go back to our room or use the restroom, which was quite crowded and not very fresh, especially with day pass guests and only a few cubicles available. Breakfast had a decent selection with pancakes, cereals, and different viands, but there were no typical Filipino breakfast options as we expected. Even on weekdays, there were many guests, and it seemed like the restaurant was understaffed, so tables were not cleared quickly and food refilling took some time. We had to line up for breakfast for around 10–15 minutes. On a positive note, the restaurant staff were very polite and accommodating despite the busy setup. The room itself was comfortable and quiet, which made it easy to rest and sleep well. However, cleanliness could still be improved. The bed was very comfortable, which we really appreciated. Overall, the beach made the stay worthwhile and is the main highlight of the resort."

"Hotel was nice, little bit neglected in areas, room was spacious and very clean. Hotel looks good only being there is alot of amenities but not all are included in the price, you have to pay extra for the games room, room service is very expensive and food quality isn’t good. The breakfast buffet - it was nice to have a choice but there wasn’t much choice and it was low quality food (considering the price) my family did enjoy it despite this and all the staff were lovely and accommodating"

"I rarely leave voluntary feedback for hotels we stay at, but this one definitely deserves it. Brittany Hotel is fairly new. We have been meaning to try it for a while since we always pass by it along Daang Hari. We initially booked just an overnight stay to relax a bit. Unexpectedly, we ended up coming back the very next day when we needed a place to stay for another three days and two nights. I asked the same receptionist, Ken, who assisted us during our first check-in if the deluxe room we previously stayed in was available, as we preferred it. They didn’t say whether it was, but instead informed us that they had upgraded our room to a premier one at no extra cost! It was such a pleasant surprise, especially since it was only our second visit. We really appreciated this thoughtful gesture, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to Ken for being so helpful and kind. The level of service really stood out. The overall vibe of the hotel is really nice. It's quiet, very clean, and has a cozy atmosphere. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Although we weren’t able to try most of the restaurant’s menu since we always came back late at night, the food we did try was enjoyable, and the coffee was surprisingly good. While the hotel might feel a bit limited for some, as it's still new, we had a great stay overall. It has quickly become our favorite among all the hotels we’ve stayed at. 😁 We hope they continue to provide great service and even improve it further, especially the facilities and amenities. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to our friends and family."

"Great place to stay with family and friends. They have a wide area and good distance between cabins. Some cabins (farthest from the beach) have weak mobile signal for both Smart and Globe. Some cabins also have weak wifi due to distance with the router but they do have Starlink in the lounge and dining area. Our CR is a bit messy because water from our wet suits pools on the floor because water doesn’t flow properly into the drain. "Ponter Fino hotel is my favorite hotel for staycation. However, during my stay on Jan 1, 2026, they checked me in so late. Later than 430pm. The reason was there were still guests in the suite room assigned to for late checkout which I think was unreasonable. They coudn't even find alternative room for me. Worst case, they promised to deliver my luggages (although they said attendants were busy which I understand) However, it took unresonably long enough knowing there are attendant / staff who seemed to be free and just volunteered to deliver them only when they saw me carrying the trolley. So I refused to let them carry my stuff and pushed them all by myself from the lobby to my room located at 2nd floor so still need to carry all of them upstairs (back and forth). They offered late yes but out of ego, disappointment, and dissatisfaction, I told them don't help me and I'll do ot myself."

We stayed at Canyon Cove and overall, we enjoyed our visit mainly because of the beach, which was relaxing and pleasant. The pool was also a nice bonus, and it was heated at times, which we appreciated. The changing room near the beach and pool was unfortunately not well maintained and often felt unclean and unpleasant to use. We also didn’t find any proper shower or changing facility near the area, so we had to go back to our room or use the restroom, which was quite crowded and not very fresh, especially with day pass guests and only a few cubicles available. Breakfast had a decent selection with pancakes, cereals, and different viands, but there were no typical Filipino breakfast options as we expected. Even on weekdays, there were many guests, and it seemed like the restaurant was understaffed, so tables were not cleared quickly and food refilling took some time. We had to line up for breakfast for around 10–15 minutes. On a positive note, the restaurant staff were very polite and accommodating despite the busy setup. The room itself was comfortable and quiet, which made it easy to rest and sleep well. However, cleanliness could still be improved. The bed was very comfortable, which we really appreciated. Overall, the beach made the stay worthwhile and is the main highlight of the resort.

We enjoyed our stay at Lake Hotel. We had a view of Taal Lake (and Taal Volcano) and enjoyed having coffee with that view. Food is great and service is superb. Waiters were readily available - assisting us to bring our plate back from the buffet table and helping bring up our bags as there were no elevators. Location is great - Conti’s beside the hotel and other restaurants to the left and right. Wish I was able to swim. Great view of Taal from the pool

It is always a pleasure to be back at Sotogrande Batangas! This was my third visit, and it has truly become my ”go-to” sanctuary in Batangas whenever I need to relax and de-stress. My post-birthday celebration was just as perfect as I hoped it would be. What keeps me coming back is the consistently high standard of service. Your employees are not only the epitome of professionalism but are also incredibly kind and thoughtful. A special thank you to Ms. Cess for always accommodating me so warmly—your dedication is a huge part of why the service here is so exceptional. I also have to mention the dining—the food is consistently on cue and sobrang sarap! I’m already looking forward to my next breakfast there. While the pool area remains the ultimate stress reliever for me, I have two small suggestions: it would be amazing to have a jacuzzi installed in the future, and perhaps a more discreet entrance/exit to the pool area, as walking through the restaurant to get there can feel a bit awkward! Overall, this remains the best hotel experience I’ve had so far. Thank you for making my birthday celebration so memorable. I will definitely be back soon and will continue to recommend you to all my friends and family!

I rarely leave voluntary feedback for hotels we stay at, but this one definitely deserves it. Brittany Hotel is fairly new. We have been meaning to try it for a while since we always pass by it along Daang Hari. We initially booked just an overnight stay to relax a bit. Unexpectedly, we ended up coming back the very next day when we needed a place to stay for another three days and two nights. I asked the same receptionist, Ken, who assisted us during our first check-in if the deluxe room we previously stayed in was available, as we preferred it. They didn’t say whether it was, but instead informed us that they had upgraded our room to a premier one at no extra cost! It was such a pleasant surprise, especially since it was only our second visit. We really appreciated this thoughtful gesture, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to Ken for being so helpful and kind. The level of service really stood out. The overall vibe of the hotel is really nice. It's quiet, very clean, and has a cozy atmosphere. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Although we weren’t able to try most of the restaurant’s menu since we always came back late at night, the food we did try was enjoyable, and the coffee was surprisingly good. While the hotel might feel a bit limited for some, as it's still new, we had a great stay overall. It has quickly become our favorite among all the hotels we’ve stayed at. 😁 We hope they continue to provide great service and even improve it further, especially the facilities and amenities. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to our friends and family.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Kimberly Tagaytay! The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and accommodating from check-in until check-out. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay very relaxing. The hotel offers plenty of activities for both kids and adults. We especially loved the farm, outdoor amenities, and peaceful atmosphere. The food was delicious, and the breakfast had a good variety of choices. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and we highly recommend Hotel Kimberly Tagaytay for families, couples, or anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We will definitely be coming back!

Really enjoyed our stay at Seda Nuvali. We got upgraded and stayed at two nice and spacious rooms. The facilities were excellent: the gym, pool, and game room. The large mall complex was also just across. Breakfast selection was also good and enjoyable. We hurriedly left our room in a mess to attend a wedding and came back to it clean and organized. Great job by the housekeeping staff. We felt so embarrassed leaving it that way. Only down side was that parking was open so the car was exposed to the sun and very hot. The nearer parking area was also full often so at times we had to use the farther parking lot.

Summit Ridge Tagaytay, in my opinion, is quite good. However, there are a few things that are not my cup of tea. Negative points: 1. This is my main concern. I found myself waking up every hour, especially when noisy vehicles passed by. Although there’s not much that can be done about it, I had to wear noise-cancelling headphones while sleeping. 2. Breakfast selection is just average. Enough to get you through the morning. 3. The bottom part of the shower door wasn’t properly sealed, so water leaked out every time I took a shower. 4. The weirdest issue was with the water. The faucet water for brushing teeth and washing my face smelled fine, but sometimes the shower water had a slightly unpleasant odor. Not dirty, just odd. Positive points: 1. My favorite thing about Summit Ridge Tagaytay is the view. I love that they have a sky lounge where you can take clear photos of Taal Lake. During the day, you can enjoy the lake view, and in the evening, you can capture a beautiful golden hour. 2. Great access to supermarkets, restaurants, and many other good spots nearby. 3. Free drinking water is a nice plus. 4. The amenities are also quite good, they even have swings in the lobby.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was cozy, the linens smelled fresh, and the amenities were complete. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it perfect for resting. The staff members were friendly and accommodating. From check‑in to check‑out, the service was smooth. the place was nice and spacious. it’s perfect to unwind but some of the people doesnt wear appropriate swimming attire. the management is so lenient about this matter. The worse experience was, in our unit area, Sampaloc. People keeps on banging the doors, kids screaming that led us uncomfortable sleeping at night until morning. No one from the management attends to it or someone who roam around to check the safety and peace of the building/unit. At the end of the day, no matter how beautiful the place is, if the service is only at bare minimum, still not worth for your money. Hope this would be addressed soon. The place has lots of good potential. Quality matters than quantity of clients.

Coral Beach Club is a thoroughly pleasant beach resort, run by friendly and attentive staff, is situated in a beautiful and quiet location, is secure, and boasts a wonderful atmosphere. The food is served to a very high standard and is of a very reasonable price for a hotel. There is a comprehensive drinks menu, and the bar-side billiards table is a welcome addition. The room was very spacious and clean. Air conditioning helped to keep the room nice and cool and the bed was very comfortable. The resort owners take the time to personally introduce themselves and speak to guests, which further adds to the friendliness of the hotel. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with Coral Beach Club and I highly recommend the location for anyone visiting Batangas and wishing to enjoy a quiet, seaside getaway.
