I had a wonderful stay! The room was very comfortable, clean, and stylish. The location is excellent, close to everything I needed, and the area felt very safe. The staff “ Abdul Rahman “ was welcoming and always ready to help, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back again.”

Everything about the hotel was wonderful. The cleanliness was excellent, the facilities were great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect — everything you need is nearby. It’s especially convenient if you’re planning day trips to northern Trabzon areas such as Rize and Uzungöl, or even Batumi, Georgia. You can easily coordinate with local tour companies for pickup right across the street from cevehar  Mall, which is just a one-minute walk from the hotel. The only downside was the breakfast during the last two days of my stay — there was no buffet breakfast, and instead, they served set plates. I believe this was because there were not enough guests in the hotel at that time. Overall, it was an excellent stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel

The hotel is very good room, the room was booked in the balcony, the place away from the square and the markets, but the restaurant on the sea was excellent and delicious, the hotel service was excellent and fast, but there are some things broken in the room, like the curtain, the adapter, and there are no parking lots, and the car is safe. It was rented, it was rendered by someone else.

it was a nice experience, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the view was amazing too. they organise tours for the best sites in trabzon which i really recommend. only the location is hard to reach a bit since it’s on the mountain. the breakfast was good overall.

In short, you feel like you're at Grandma's house. The door one at night locks it. I've been in my journey. Very clean, clean, sweet smell.

Additionally, I want to give a shoutout to the evening shift receptionist (I wish I remembered her name) for her helpfulness and friendly demeanor. She was always welcoming and ready to assist with anything, making my evenings at the hotel even more pleasant. If you’re visiting Trabzon and want a place where you’ll feel genuinely cared for, Residence Inn Trabzon is the perfect choice. We were extremely pleased with our stay at the Maritimo Hotel. The hotel is four-star, located on the main road, and its proximity to the airport makes it very easy to get around. The open-air restaurant downstairs is a great advantage. The rooms were clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The breakfast room was spacious, and the breakfast selection was quite rich and delicious. In addition to all these positive aspects, the attentiveness and friendly demeanor of Mr. Sina at the reception made our stay even more enjoyable. He is an extremely polite, helpful, and attentive employee. Overall, I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel in terms of cleanliness, comfort, location, and service quality. It has become one of our preferred choices for future stays.

Trabzon clearly feels like a prefecture-level city in China. In a place like this, I am very satisfied with the hotel's cleanliness and service. It's good in all aspects. The only drawback is that when the outdoor temperature is low, the hotel will turn off the air conditioning, even though it is still relatively stuffy indoors.
