"1. Located right in the city center, a leisurely stroll to the New Port and back only takes about 2-3 hours. 2. It's an old building but newly renovated. The room isn't small and the decor is cozy. 3. I saw some feedback that the elevator only worked on half-floors, and it seems the hotel noticed because it's fixed now. On my first stay, if you have luggage, they'll take you to an elevator that doesn't require climbing stairs (it's a bit out of the way, behind the restaurant). 4. Two points to note: (1) The shower stall is particularly small; you'll hit the walls just trying to turn around. (2) There are no facial tissues. (I checked the supermarket, facial tissues are quite expensive, while toilet paper is fine. It's hard to say if this is for ”sustainability” or cost-cutting. If it's truly for environmental protection, they could learn from some places and just use hands and water, no paper needed at all!)"

"Stayed in a suite. Nice room, a little dark for my taste but it seems intentional. Location is fantastic and the staff are super kind and helpful. My only wish would be for there to be a greater selection of warm food and vegetables at the breakfast buffet, but what was there was nonetheless standard and tasty. Overall, very good."

"You can take the M2 line directly from the airport to the hotel. From the subway platform, take the elevator up to ground level and walk about 100 meters towards the river. The hotel has modern decor, new facilities, and well-equipped rooms. The breakfast offers a wide variety, including a station for freshly made eggs. It's about a fifteen-minute walk from the commercial street and not far from the attractions on the other side of the river."

"The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to the city centre. All the major tourist attractions are within walking distance, and the surroundings are beautiful and feel safe to walk around. There is also a bus stop right in front of the hotel with a direct connection to the airport, and Tivoli Gardens is extremely close by. The hotel is always busy and lively. I was a little concerned about safety because I had to catch a bus to the airport at 3 a.m., but the bus stop was very close, and there were always people around the hotel area. The staff are also available 24/7. You will be lucky if you get clean, quiet, and considerate roommates. The bathroom is quite small, and I think the lower bunk located right next to the bathroom is probably the most inconvenient bed, as you have to deal with quite a lot of noise. The lockers in the rooms are not large enough to fit a cabin-sized suitcase and can only accommodate a small backpack. You also need to bring your own padlock, and I would recommend bringing slippers as well. The bed itself looked clean, but the storage compartments and the gaps around the bed were quite dirty. However, considering how large and busy the hotel is, I can understand that it may be difficult to keep every area perfectly clean at all times."

"I was around the city for 3days of design and happy for the stay (female share room). The room is pretty clean except there was no curtain for each bed and bathroom was tiny than expected. The hostel is nearby the metro station and easy to walk down to the city center. It’s surrounded by a small lake, people used to running and jogging there a lot. Also, You can pay 100 DKK for late check-out and stay until 1:00 PM. But no early check-in was available. Instead there’s a storage downstairs which charge me 2 hours for 25 DKK and 6 hours for 40 DKK."

"Reason for choosing this hotel: The location is superb! It's very close to Copenhagen Central Station, about a 3-minute walk. Plus, there are cheap supermarkets, a 7-Eleven, two metro stations nearby, free luggage storage, and breakfast included. All things considered, even though it cost NT$13,000 per night, I think it was well worth it! 1. I sent an email with questions beforehand; the first one got no reply, but the second one was answered within a day. The front desk staff seemed young and energetic. 2. The room was more spacious than expected. Four people could open their 24-inch suitcases without any problem. There was a large enough wardrobe and excellent lighting. However, after exiting the elevator, we had to climb four more steps to reach our room (I guess it's connected to another building). 3. The room had a capsule coffee machine (with two bottled waters) and tea bags, which were all quite good. 4. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. The hairdryer was wall-mounted in the bathroom, but the airflow was a bit weak and it overheated. We ended up borrowing another one from the front desk. If you're particular, it's best to bring your own. 5. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but I think it was thoughtfully prepared. There were self-serve tea sets, various flavored drinks, fresh fruit, yogurt, delicious bread (Danish croissants were really good!), tasty boiled eggs, and simple hot dishes. What was a bit unusual was that the coffee was served in a large pot on the table; it wasn't as good as freshly ground coffee and tasted just average. It was okay with oat milk. 6. A thoughtful touch was that we arrived at around 8 AM on the check-in day. We were given a card that allowed access to the ground floor restrooms (two quite spacious ones) and the luggage room. The lobby was very comfortable, and I felt like a lady of leisure just taking photos there! We also stored our luggage until 8 PM on the check-out day. 7. If I had stayed at another hotel, I might have had to spend an extra NT$1,000+ for luggage storage. So, even though this hotel seemed expensive at first glance, I think it offered great value for money. It's important to consider these hidden costs."

The hotel is conveniently connected to the terminal, making it especially suitable for business travellers or those with an early flight. "Traveling with family, the hotel's environment, service attitude, and breakfast were all excellent! The staff were very friendly! The room was a bit small compared to what we're used to in China. Also, they provide flip-flops here, so if you're not used to them, remember to bring your own regular slippers."

"Hygiene: Nobody cleaned the room... After a day out, I came back to find the room exactly as I left it. The conditioner and tissues weren't refilled, and the overflowing trash can wasn't emptied. When I contacted the front desk, they said they only had two cleaners a day and couldn't do anything. Facilities: The hallway outside the room was a bit old, and there was a strange smell inside the room. The toilet seat was also crooked. Ambiance: The lobby was quite nice, and there were several restaurants to choose from. Service: The service attitude was decent, but sometimes I had to queue for a while at the front desk."
