Good budget stay in Kuala Lumpur. The room offers a nice view and is comfortable for a short trip. The swimming pool is decent and well-maintained. Check-in was smooth, but the room floor was slightly wet when I arrived around 3 PM, likely due to recent cleaning. One issue encountered was the safety lock, which suddenly engaged by itself and couldn’t be opened from outside. Thankfully, the maintenance staff responded quickly and helped resolve it. Parking is available but comes with an extra charge. Overall, still a value-for-money option with decent facilities, but there is room for improvement in maintenance and room readiness.

The entire experience from checking in to buffet breakfast and checkout was excellent and exactly why the hotel deserves its 5 star rating! Was given a room upgrade as original room booked was not available, totally no questions asked. Car parking is very convenient using license plate recognition and just need to validate each time at reception before heading out.

Its timeless design, soft leather finish, and classic button-tufted backrest add a touch of luxury to the room. Positioned beside the floor-to-ceiling curtains, it creates a quiet little corner that’s perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee, reading a book, or simply taking a moment to reflect. The room’s warm lighting complements the neutral color palette, creating a peaceful and inviting atmosphere. The plush carpet, comfortable furnishings, and spacious layout make it easy to unwind, whether you’re here for business or leisure. Every element has been carefully chosen to provide both style and functionality. A great hotel isn’t just about having a place to sleep—it’s about creating an experience. This room delivers exactly that: comfort, elegance, and tranquility. It’s the kind of space where you can recharge, stay productive, and truly enjoy your time away from home. Without a doubt, this has been one of the most comfortable and aesthetically pleasing hotel rooms I’ve stayed in, and it has made my trip even more memorable.

I was quite disappointed with my stay at Concorde Shah Alam. It’s very different from Concorde Kuala Lumpur. Unfortunately, the hotel doesn’t seem to be well maintained. The room wasn’t very clean, and you can really tell the hotel is quite old. A lot of the furniture was damaged, the bathroom wasn’t properly maintained, the tiles had visible stains, the toilet bowl was yellowish, and even the bathtub had rust marks. Overall, it felt more like staying in a motel than a hotel. The lifts were also extremely slow and felt outdated. The pillows were another downside, they were very hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, my experience was disappointing. Compared to Concorde Kuala Lumpur, the difference is huge. This will probably be my first and last stay here.

The apartment was spacious and clean. It's also conveniently located above a mall, and surrounded by rows of eateries, massage spots, and convenient stall. It is also near the famed Village Park Nasi Lemak & Wagyu Tavern!

I had a nice stay at Resort Suites at Bandar Sunway. The room was big and spacious, which made the stay comfortable and good value for money. The location is also very convenient, just a short walk to Sunway Pyramid Mall and nearby attractions, which made everything easy to access. However, the walls are quite thin, so noise from сосед rooms and the corridor can be heard quite easily, especially at night. Overall, still a pleasant stay for the price—great location and space, but light sleepers may find the noise a bit disruptive.

Worth the price. There’s no carpet, and the floor can feel quite cold. Indoor slippers are not provided, so if you don’t like walking directly on tiled floors, it’s best to bring your own slippers. A nice place for a short vacation. The building at the back looks a bit scary, but there’s actually nothing frightening about it. There are pickleball and badminton courts downstairs. Highly recommended. Parking: Basement parking is available at RM6 per day (Touch 'n Go payment accepted). 😊

This homestay was absolutely wonderful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is convenient and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax. The host was very friendly, helpful, and responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly felt at home during our time here. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Luxury design of the hotel, convenient to all kinds of hospitality. But the room is separated from a suit, the king bed is made up by 2 single beds and not comfortable at the middle. Considering the price I paid for 3 nights, hard to give out a 5 star.
