Ξενοδοχεία με Gym σε Lesser Poland, Poland

"Reasonable price, super convenient location. Came here for a course that was held in the hotel and it was so convenient that I just need to go down to lobby level for the course and return to my room within 5 min to rest. Can’t imagine staying in a different hotel and having to commute in the freezing weather for the already intense course. Getting to and from the airport is literally just across the link bridge and you don’t need to even expose yourself to outdoors at all."

"Staff were okay, the room was absolutely perfect and so soc Lea. Only negative was some noise from the clubs below the hotel but that wasn’t too much of a problem. Love having a Zabka in the hotel and was such a convenient location. Would 100% stay again."

"I wish I could give it a better review because it actually deserves it with the quiet, spacious and clean rooms but my review is based on reality, not on theory. In the days of a heatwave the hotel had no... air conditioning. They didn't even explain the problem, they first told me it's something a technician should see in my room and fix it. If they can't, they will move me to another room. But it was a central A/C, so the probability of problem for only one room was very low. A few hours later when I returned they told me the problem is bigger and they are trying to fix it, it will be OK soon. And the problem is not only with my room, that's why they can't move me to a room with working A/C. Then they didn't fix it and I had to sleep in a sauna, which was not OK. I complained to trip.com and by the morning (they were unable to contact the hotel late in the evening which is another problem with the hotel service) they arranged for me to be moved in the adjacent building which is another hotel by the same owner. Why the hotel couldn't think of that obvious solution... I have no idea. One more reason for my low service rating. And finally, in the new hotel they offered me as a compensation... free access to pool and SAUNA. Thank you, but I already had mine in my room. Really a pity because it was supposed to be a great hotel - and if A/C was working, it would have been."

"Good, but not without issues. The hotel is perfectly located - just a 10-minute walk from the airport. That's the main advantage. Ideal for early flights. There's also a shuttle from the hotel (for those with luggage), which is another plus. But the service was disappointing. Upon check-in, we had two connecting rooms (with 2 people in each), but only one set of towels was provided. We had to ask for extra ones. About breakfasts: In other Hampton hotels in Krakow, even with more guests, everything was always replenished on time and the buffet was fully stocked. But here, the staff couldn't keep up. People were queuing, waiting for omelets and other hot dishes. The selection is already smaller than in the other Hampton in Krakow - and when it runs out, it's quite frustrating. In the evening, there was a small incident at the restaurant, but the staff member apologized and gave us a discount - thank you to her for that. Otherwise, everything was fine: clean, comfortable beds, friendly reception staff. Conclusion: For an overnight stay before a flight, it's a good option thanks to its location. But the service and breakfast organization need to be improved to match the standards of other Hampton hotels in the chain.

"I cant wait to book this place again . Hospitality from the top drawer . Real 5 start setting . Im impressed . I highly recommend🔥🙂🙌. Thank you for making our stay special"

"We had a wonderful stay at the hotel overall. The hotel offers excellent facilities, including a billiards area, a gym, and a playroom for children, which made the stay enjoyable for both adults and kids. We also really appreciated the availability of drinking water stations on every floor. In the lobby, there was also regular water and detox water available, which was a very nice touch. The restaurant offers a good variety of food options. However, there was one issue with our breakfast order: we ordered a vegetable omelet, but it was served with ham mixed in with the vegetables. Since we specifically ordered a vegetable omelet, we believe the ham should not have been included unless requested or clearly mentioned on the menu. The only major downside for us was the cleanliness. Unfortunately, the cleaning service was not up to the standard we expected and could definitely be improved. Overall, the hotel has many wonderful features and great facilities, but improving the cleanliness and paying more attention to special food orders would make the experience even better."

"Other than being a little confused by the second entrance upon check in, I really loved staying at the Garni hotel. The room was modern and clean and the service was kind and helpful. It's close enough to the old town to walk and enjoy, but the area surrounding the hotel has a lot of charm. I would recommend this hotel to any friend visiting Krakow for sure."

"I really love this hotel! The location is fantastic, right across from the train station. The hotel facilities are excellent and very new. The room was spacious and clean, and they provided pajamas, slippers, and toiletries that smelled amazing! The staff were friendly, and the breakfast spread was generous. If I ever come back to Krakow, I'll definitely choose this hotel again!"

"I absolutely loved my stay at Stradom House, Autograph Collection. From the moment you enter the lobby and bar, the stunning interior decor sets the tone, and the room itself was spacious, artfully designed, and luxurious yet comfortable, with elegant furniture and a beautiful bathroom—easily a 10/10. My room was located in a separate building accessed through an underground tunnel, which at first seemed quirky but turned out to be utterly charming, as the tunnel itself is beautifully decorated and enchanting to walk through. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious hot dishes made to order from the à la carte menu complemented by an abundant buffet, all enjoyed in a gorgeous breakfast room overlooking a peaceful garden—a truly fantastic way to start the day. The location is another strong advantage, within an easy walk of the Market Square, Wawel Castle, and the lively Kazimierz district. Overall, this hotel delivers comfort, style, and unforgettable experiences—I highly recommend it."

"The hotel boasts a trendy and stylish design, with apartments featuring kitchenettes suitable for extended stays. However, it's a bit far from the old town (a 20-minute walk), breakfast may involve waiting during peak hours, water pressure is low, and parking is expensive. It's best suited for young people seeking a design aesthetic; those prioritizing traditional comforts should consider other options."
