"Pine Valley Hotel Ölüdeniz’de çok güzel ve keyifli bir konaklama geçirdik. Özellikle otelin temizliği ve konumu gerçekten çok başarılıydı. Odamız temiz ve düzenliydi, otelin genel alanları da oldukça bakımlıydı. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Otelin sunduğu olanaklar da tatilimiz için ***et yeterliydi. Genel olarak konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık. Ölüdeniz’de huzurlu ve güzel bir tatil geçirmek isteyenlere kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz. Tekrar gelmekten memnuniyet duyarız."

"The hotel is really good in price-performance. The facility is very maintained, the staff is super friendly and the food is absolutely OK – at the price you can of course not expect a luxury buffet, but it fits. However, I would not personally book the hotel again, since there is really everything in English – from animation to evening shows. We simply missed some of the country-type flair, and also for our children, the animation was less interesting. I would therefore recommend the hotel to guests who speak English well or prefer a more international stay. For families who wish a little more regional atmosphere, it is rather less suitable."

"A nice, spacious room with a good bed and bathroom amenities. Ample, convenient parking. That's about it. The service is terrible. The young man at reception was very unfriendly. The breakfast was meager, with flies all over the food, even swimming in the jam. The coffee was terrible, just instant. There were no desserts at all. On top of that, for all three nights, the music was either loud until 2 a.m., or the drums were so loud the windows shook, or the alarm went off all night. We couldn't get a good night's sleep for the entire three nights. There were no outlets by the bed, which was very inconvenient. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone; you can find much better."

"There are many children, suitable for families, there is a private beach, but the beach is not flat enough, there are more stones, and the sea view is slightly inferior to the hotel I visited later in Fethiye; the hotel service is half and half, some staff are more enthusiastic, and some have an average attitude; the facilities are relatively old, and the hygiene feels so-so, not as good as the hotels in Fethiye; what can I say about the all-inclusive meals, the breakfast and dinner are relatively rich, and the lunch is very average. I am really a bit tired of eating here after staying for three days."

"Good hotel, nice room, bed was really comfortable. Mini bar was a bit poor only one of each item when there are two people in a room. Food was good lots of variety and choice. Snack bar food was great and pizzas were delicious. Drinks and cocktails were a very good standard. Staff are very welcoming, friendly and attentive. Disappointed that there was no courtesy room to get showered and changed, you had to use the spa which was not the best and it was so hot and uncomfortable. I did express my views and the lovely lady at guest relations offered a better solution. Would recommend a stay at this hotel and would return."

"Best quality/price ratio in the area. Amenities are limited (small pool, small spa) and the beach is not the best but for a 4 star hotel everything else including staff is amazing. Spotless clean, modern rooms. The safe is in the room not included (3 eur per day) in “all inclusive” which kind of ridiculous. U can simply charge a bit more for the rooms and make it all included. Recommendation for the hotel: “please buy proper filter coffee, espresso machines, people are happy to pay extra for those”."

"A wonderful hotel with excellent service. The room was clean and cozy, and the entire property is full of greenery — truly beautiful and relaxing. Breakfasts were delicious, and the à la carte menu in the restaurant was also very tasty with generous portions. The jacuzzi on the balcony was a real delight, simply amazing! I sincerely thank the staff for their attention and care. On my birthday, it was incredibly pleasant: Natalia warmly congratulated me at breakfast in the morning, and later a delicious cake was brought to my room. This gesture made the day especially warm and memorable. Thank you for the comfort, the atmosphere, and for making my stay so special 🫶🏼"

"Excellent location of the hotel, to the center on foot 25 minutes. Close to the Blue Port shopping. Side view to the sea, own beach. Entry into the sea, small hammer Galka, better to take special shoes. Good modest breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Visitors, elderly foreigners.mainly English. The room is very small. The refrigerator and teapot is available. Very. Comfortable bed and pillows. The shower cabin is convenient for the full, there is a place to turn, but there is no door and so water is everywhere. It's not critical for me. The worst is the fan. It turns off after 1 minute of work. It's impossible to put hair, huge minus. Of the stuff, only watt sticks and body cream. And soul gel. The hotel is not new, but it is monitored perfectly, quality."

Very nice place for relaxation with a nice view hard to reach without a car no night life at all after 10:30 pm nothing at all so we had to rent a car to go to town . They changed the towels procedure by the beach without informing us that they refused to give me towels very nice breakfast but staff refuses to serve u hot drinks after 10:30 very good supportive concierge officer free parking

This hotel is amazing, and so is the service. I'm usually very picky about service, food, and the overall concept, but I honestly can't find a single fault here. Even though the hotel was fully booked for the holidays at the end of May, it never felt crowded. Every request was handled instantly, whether it was for something in the room, at the restaurant, or on the beach. I never had to remind anyone. The food in the main restaurant was all delicious, which is also rare. I especially loved the steak selection for dinner and the abundance of interesting appetizers and salads. A special thank you to the pastry chefs, as the desserts are magnificent, both in the main restaurant and the pastry shop. The a la carte restaurants didn't impress me as much. The rooms are spacious and clean. I liked that in the 18+ ”no kids” zone and on the main beach, you don't feel like people are on top of you because there are so many sun loungers. It only gets busy around the main pools, but if you want, there's a pool on the first floor with swim-up room access, where you can always find a sun lounger and swim with a gorgeous view. Special thanks to Mirza and Aidana, the chat assistants, who responded extremely quickly to everything and gave a warm welcome and farewell. After this, we stayed at the Liberty Signa hotel, but all the service and the hotel overall fell short compared to Xo, even though they are part of the same chain.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Labranda Mares. I would describe it as a good value-for-money hotel rather than a luxury resort. The highlight of our holiday was definitely the staff—everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The location is fantastic, with beautiful sea views and direct access to the coastal walking path, which is perfect for walking or running. The food was generally good, with fresh pizzas, pides, grilled dishes, salads, and desserts, although there was no red meat during our stay. Breakfast was enjoyable, especially the omelettes and gözleme, but the pancakes were always stale. The snack bars and pastry corner could also offer better quality and more variety. The hotel does have some areas that need improvement. The entertainment was inconsistent, the sound system needs upgrading, and charging extra for bingo cards felt unnecessary. The gym is very basic, the games area was dirty despite being reported, and the hotel itself is showing its age with peeling walls and elevators that broke down almost every day. The parking area is far from the hotel, there is no valet service, and the buggy is only available during check-in and check-out. Overall, we enjoyed our holiday thanks to the amazing staff, but I think a hotel that is almost always fully booked could invest more in better facilities, food quality, and entertainment. I probably wouldn’t return, but I still think it’s a reasonable choice if you’re looking for a good value-for-money holiday.

The room is quite spacious, well-designed and smell nice. The staffs at the hotel were very friendly and always asked if everything’s okay. However, I still felt like the hotel wasn’t fully ready for the customers. The breakfast option is only Turkish breakfast with eggs. If you plan to stay for 4 days or more, you’ll definitely get tired of it even though I liked the cheese plates with honeycombs so much. I wish the hotel add some more options for guests. Also, the hotel is quite far from everything if you take a taxi to the marina, it would be quite pricy unless you go with a big group of people and no place to eat, only at the hotel restaurant which is super pricey. But, it will be nice if you want to escape the crowd as it was really peaceful. The beach was clean and the water was crystal clear which is a plus. The worst part was just a slow service and they always forgot to put bottle of water every time they cleaned my room and I always had to ask for it ,so on our last night, we didn’t ask cause it was to tiring to just keep asking for water. Moreover, the water is only complimentary two bottles per day which was very weird for the 5 stars hotel.

4 stars, once, a long time ago! Perfect location, nicely designed, but long past it's prime. The receptionist said he was tired, when I arrived, they only had 9 rooms occupied out of 78, the 2nd weekend of June. Extensive gardens, overgrown, and dotted with broken hotel furniture. Deluxe room, overlooking the garden mess, and the WiFi didn't work. I asked for a kettle, but was told the management doesn't allow.....4 stars? An hour later Sumat ( super guy, trying hard) brought a kettle, but no cup. Cup arrived eventually. No water in the rooms. WiFi still not working, despite Sumats attempts. Then, the AC exploded and dumped 2 litres of water on the bed. Had to wait 40 mins in the bar for a clean room ( and 70 were unoccupied). My 2nd Delux room overlooked the carpentry work and staff area. That evening I realised the light bulbs were not working, except in the bathroom. I gave up, and slept. The following morning I opened the bathroom window, and it came off in my hands, as did the towel rail. It's so sad to see a beautiful hotel fall apart, staff are demoralised, and have lost interest. I escaped, as early as I could, and will not return.

Pros Location is great and close to everything. Food is actually decent for an all inclusive (not the best but you have options to pick what you like). Drinks are available all day, although not premium the local beer was nice and the piña coladas were nice but needed more alcohol. The spa is included and the pool was quiter there and also the hamam and sauna was free. Massage was offered as additional but the price was cheap. Cons The rooms are in need of refurbishment. We had ants in our room although we never had any food or spillages My partners bracelet was missing from the room, we were never drunk and certain it was left in the room. We reported it but never had any updates back from them. No iron is provided so bring your own. The hairdryer wasnt working although they replaced it within 30mins. The beach is average I've seen worst but not the best. Wake up early if you want a sunbed next to the beach as they get taken pretty fast (no drink service at the beach either). I would say this hotel is probably a 3-4 star and not a 5 star experience.

The hotel was in a great location. The local minibuses pass just in front of the hotel entrance. Everything was clean: the room, pool, bathroom. The hotel has a restaurant whose food is to die for. Plus, the restaurant offers a 10% discount to the hotel guests. I booked a studio suite for my family and it was well-equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, kettle and even a washing machine. The only downside I could think of may be the beach which is not amazing considering the stunning coastline of Turkiye and the pool is rather small. So if you are looking for a full on beach holiday, Turunc may not be the best bet. We were looking for a late summer holiday with evening and morning walks, lovely food and a sea time. Thus, it was the best holiday we could ask for. In early September, the town wasn't crawling but still lively. Not too hot so we did even enjoy the noon at the beach and enjoyed our dinners by the sea with a bottle of delicious wine without having to book in advance. We cannot thank them enough

The check-in process was smooth and the reception staff were very professional and well-organized 👌. The cleanliness in the corridors was excellent ✨. We had originally booked a garden-view villa with a pool, but the staff kindly upgraded us to a larger and more beautiful sea-view villa 🌊, with a very generous discount 💰 — definitely a great gesture that deserves recognition. When we arrived at the villa, everything was beyond expectations: absolute peace and quiet 🕊️, comfort 😌, cleanliness ✨, and a stunning view 🌴. The overall atmosphere was luxurious and dreamy 🌟. Some constructive notes: • The food prices felt too high 🍽️, especially considering such bookings should ideally include more meals like other luxury resorts. • The resort was extremely quiet 😴 — while that’s relaxing, it would be great to add some fun activities or light entertainment 🎶 to make the experience more complete. Overall, it was a truly luxurious stay, with friendly staff and an unforgettable atmosphere. Highly recommended 🌟.

This is honestly one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. A truly luxurious experience, but in a very relaxed and effortless way. The rooms are beautiful, stylish, spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully designed. You can tell a lot of care goes into every detail. The staff made our stay especially memorable. Everyone was professional, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. Special thanks to Maryam and Bakry for the amazing service and kindness throughout our stay. The management team was also incredibly helpful and attentive. The location is great, about a 30-minute walk from Yalikavak Marina. The views from the pool and restaurant area are absolutely stunning, especially around sunset. We really enjoyed The Cliff restaurant, and the à la carte breakfast was excellent every morning. We visited during the low season, which made the whole experience feel very peaceful, private, and high-end. Would absolutely recommend Allium Resort, and we would love to come back.
