"I had an excellent stay at this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie and the Avatar Mountains area. The staff were exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. They assisted us with purchasing tickets, choosing the best routes and transportation options, and provided valuable advice that made our trip much easier and more enjoyable. Their support saved us a lot of time and helped us avoid common mistakes. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything was organized, and the housekeeping standards were excellent. The hotel provided a pleasant and relaxing environment after long days of sightseeing. What impressed me most was the genuine willingness of the staff to help with every question and request. Their hospitality and local knowledge greatly improved our travel experience. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. If you are planning to visit Zhangjiajie, I strongly recommend staying here."

"The B&B's location is absolutely unbeatable, offering the best views. We came to Furong Ancient Town mainly for the scenery, so choosing this place was definitely the right call. Due to its mountainous terrain, the overall cleanliness of Furong Ancient Town is a bit concerning, and the difficulty of getting up and down the hills probably makes maintaining hygiene quite challenging. The ladies at the reception desk of the B&B had a generally lukewarm attitude; we didn't see a single smile from them. The gentlemen, however, were all very nice. The restaurant staff provided great service, and the food tasted good too."

"The room was clean, hygienic, and cozy. The owner was warm and friendly, making us feel right at home. I even left a small item at the front desk, and the owner personally brought it to my room. If any of my friends or family visit Zhangjiajie, I will definitely recommend this place. (The photo shown was taken when we were leaving)"

"This hotel has a great atmosphere, and even features a pool, though it's only open from 3 PM to 9 PM. The most stunning feature is the rooftop observation deck, offering panoramic views of Wulingyuan and the surrounding mountains. However, the rooms themselves leave a lot to be desired; the hotel is definitely in need of a renovation and interior updates. Some rooms face the pool, while others, like mine, just look out onto the staircase leading to the upper floors. The room appeared larger in the photos than it was in reality. The hotel breakfasts are decent; you can grab a bite from 7 AM to 9 AM before heading out for a hike in the mountains. The location isn't ideal for the East Gate, though, as you'll have to walk almost entirely through the town for 15-20 minutes or take a taxi. On the bright side, the hotel is surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants."

"Wow, this homestay booked is really good. The homestay is newly renovated, intelligently controlled, and the bedding is very comfortable to sleep. I especially miss their pillows and forgot to ask the boss to connect. I ate dinner at the homestay, and the proprietress’s cooking was particularly delicious. The air in the morning is called a good one. I want to stay a few more days. I regret that I don’t have time. I must come to stay a few more days when I take a vacation next time and relax. I especially recommend this is a good place for physical and mental healing [strong][strong][strong]"

"This was a wonderful trip. The owner and his family are absolutely delightful and very helpful. The owner helped me create a plan for my trip to the National Park and told me exactly how long it would take to get through everything and where I would need to catch a bus in the park. That map saved me during my hike! The location is very close to the less crowded South Gate of the park. I walked straight in without any queue! Because of the remote location, there aren’t very many places nearby to get food or even order. But no worries because you can go to the front desk and request a meal from the menu and it is home cooked and delicious! My room and the view of nature gave me the relaxing atmosphere that I had been craving. Would definitely return for another stay and highly recommend!"

Plus, the hotel offers a 7-seater shuttle service, so transportation is a breeze for families. It's also easy to find restaurants after leaving the park, as the area around the East Gate is full of eateries. 🛏️Bathtub King Room: Refined Down to the Details We stayed in a bathtub king room. The room isn't huge but is exquisite in every detail. The bedding is comfortable, and a relaxing soak in the tub at night washes away all the day's fatigue. If you need anything, just scan the QR code by the bed, and it'll be delivered in minutes – a godsend for busy parents! 👶Parents with Kids Rejoice! All These are Free! Forgot kids' toothbrushes, slippers, or shower gel? The B&B has it all; just ask the front desk, and they'll bring it to your room. There's also a 5 sqm kids' play area with a slide, building blocks, and a small rocking horse.
