"🚎 Commute: Just a 1-minute walk from Ebisucho Station Exit 3 to the hotel! Super convenient! Dotonbori is only two subway stops away, or about a 25-minute walk. Hygiene: I was personally very satisfied, although the air conditioning had a strange smell for the last two days, not sure why. Housekeeping: They bring fresh towels and bottled water every day! Thumbs up! Honestly, I don't use that many towels, haha. They also clean the room and make the bed on the second day of your stay. Bathroom: It's quite compact, but the shower pressure is excellent, making for a refreshing wash. Taller or larger guests might find it a bit inconvenient. 🤓 In summary: The best choice for solo travelers! If I come to Osaka again, I'd recommend staying at this hotel. It's also very quiet at night; I was worried it might be noisy, but it wasn't at all. The guests in the neighboring rooms were all very considerate. 😇 🥹🥹 A wonderful trip to Osaka!"

"Prime location, near major station which we can go directly to the airport. The only problem is about the noise from some machine in the room I guess. At around 3AM, there was some beep beep sounds which woke me up. Otherwise, everything is wonderful. I would definitely book this hotel again if I go to Osaka next time :D"

"I can understand not being able to open windows but the second window was frosty without being able to see outside. This hotel does not feel like a Japanese hotel at all. The so called ”sub-manager” with a shiny stone necklace around his neck and no uniform totally ignored my smile as I came back. When I asked if the umbrella was okay to borrow he barely even looked at my direction mumbling something. The staff members do not seem to wear uniforms or professional attire...which collar necklace confirms. You have a private room but cannot eat or drink in your own room?!! I remember about this happening in Chinese culture countries such as Singapore or Taiwan. Operating company is a ”Singapore” company.. so it makes sense. The sign would not be here if the company operated by a truly Japanese company."

"Hotel were offering late checkouts to guests who left 5* reviews, so I feel that the reviews have been artificially inflated by people rating 5* so that they can get late checkout. Location was quite far from the JR Namba station and even further from the metro Namba station. The bed was really hard and uncomfortable. Bathroom was tiny, kitchenette had a raised lip which was easy to trip over or stub your toes on. However, the size of the room was good, there was a good amount of space. It would be ok to spend a night or two here but I think we were there 5 nights which wasn’t great with the uncomfortable bed. When we checked in we were told a room number of an uncleaned room and had to ring out of hours to swap rooms, but that was all resolved quickly by the hotel. Also to note, the keyboxes didn’t feel very safe/ secure because the codes followed a pattern (so if you knew one you’d know the other rooms), but we didn’t use the lockbox except for when we checked in so it didn’t affect us, but just something to consider. Overall it was ok for a budget hotel but I think the reviews make it seem too good to be true!"

"We booked a room with four beds for three people, so everyone had their own bed which was very comfortable. The space was decent, and the bathroom was tiny but functional. You can get here directly from Kansai Airport without any transfers, and the staff speak Chinese and are very friendly."

"The staff were incredibly friendly, and I genuinely felt well looked after. However, for those who enjoy early morning solo walks, it might be a bit inconvenient, as you have to leave your key at the front desk every time you step out."

"A good hotel near Dotonbori. There are plenty of shops, cafes, and convenience stores nearby. Check-in is self-service, very quick and convenient. The rooms are, of course, on the small side, but everything is quite functional. Our room really lacked any kind of view from the window, as ours had frosted, blurry glass, so you couldn't see the street. The bathroom is also very small, but again, nothing new here. The hotel itself is quiet; outside noise didn't disturb us. When we arrived in January, the room was very cold, and it took many hours with the air conditioner on full power to warm it up, which was a bit disappointing. But after that, the room warmed up and it was fine. If you check in late in the evening during the cold season, keep in mind that you'll need several hours to heat the room to sleep comfortably. For its price, it's a decent hotel. There are metro stations close to the hotel, which is convenient. Also, downstairs you can leave your luggage after check-out and go out to explore—thanks for that option, it was a real lifesaver."

"Good value for money in Osaka. You can walk from Teradacho Station, and it's cheaper than staying near Namba. There's a Don Quijote nearby, so you can easily walk there to shop."

"The place is clean and comfortable, the room has enough space, and it's convenient for shopping. The shower area is also very clean, there are bathrobes, and the room even has an air purifier. In the morning, staff will be waiting at the door promptly to clean the room, very punctual."
