Everything is as clean and beautiful as in the photos. There's a store nearby with reasonable prices. The sea is about 10 minutes away. Good WiFi.
We contacted the check-in staff via WhatsApp – no one answered, and we panicked a bit.
The room was missing a stove and cutting board (there were three knives).
Overall, I recommend it. We stayed for a couple of nights.

Modern apartments, there is everything you need, conveniently located, close to Budwea and the beach, there is a parking and a swimming pool, I would like the balcony to be bigger, but I think in different apartments different balconies, depends on location

Plus:
1. Perfect cleanliness. The apartments are really very clean and clean is the main plus.
2. There is everything necessary. There is the necessary kitchen equipment for cooking.
3. Good location. There are stores near the beach, near the house, everything is convenient.
Minorities (which hold all rest):
1. Permanent noise from the road (24/7). Windows go to the track, sleep with an open fort is impossible. On the terrace too, do not sit because of the cars.
2. Hearing like under a microscope. It seems that neighbors are sitting in the same room with you. Especially ”lucky” when a hot pair settled in, they had a very turbulent **** all night, and the sound isolation did not save.
3. Renovation from 2nd floor. From morning to late night there are scratch, drilling and doing something. They are interfering not only at night but also at daytime.
4. Nowhere to eat. There is no full table. The journal table is very small and low behind it is uncomfortable to eat. You won't understand on the terrace as there is the same noise of cars.
Summary: The apartments are very clean and comfortable if you look only at the picture, but because of the road, repairers and neighbors I have not slept completely. It will only suit those who have beers built into the head, or who plans to come only to stay under the sleep mask.

A very pleasant hotel! It's a 10-minute walk to the old town and the beach. The breakfast was delicious and varied. We stayed for two days, and there were several types of eggs, sausage, ham, hot dogs, various cheeses, and vegetables. You can't try everything at once, so you can try something new every day and have variety. We were checked in early, somewhere around 11:30-11:00, which was very nice. Parking is nearby, which is very convenient since there really isn't anywhere else to park. The room was clean, the sheets and towels were white, and the bed was comfortable. There was a kettle. The bathroom fixtures were new and there were no odors. We would happily return to this hotel!

I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. The apartment is very pleasant, clean, and perfectly located, allowing you to fully enjoy the surrounding area.
I was also delighted to meet the owner's father, who is a very kind person, as well as Adnan. Their warm welcome made my stay even more enjoyable.
Thank you for your hospitality and for the fantastic time I spent in the apartment. I highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely return on my next visit.

The room had a mountain view and was located on the sixth floor of a residential building, so it felt very safe.
The room was very clean and had a coffee machine and a refrigerator.
The host was very helpful; we could ask any questions about our trip via WhatsApp, and they responded quickly. On our last day, they even helped us call the airport shuttle bus.
There's a large supermarket downstairs, and it's a 15-minute walk to the bus station and a 20-minute walk to the beach—the walking distances are quite manageable.

The hotel overall was good and worth the amount of money spent on it. The room was clean, and the location was nice: far from the noise but close to beaches and an awesome restaurant called ”Bankada”. The hotel had a nice pool, which was amazing considering the fact that the sea water was icy cold. However, there were a few small things that could be improved. For instance, the kids' playground, which was mentioned in the hotel description, was just a half-broken swing and a climbing ladder.

LLINA AKULICHA large, cozy room with a terrace. It includes all the necessary utensils for cooking, an iron, and a hairdryer. There's no safe. The staff and owner are very friendly, always available and helpful. The location is convenient, close to several beaches, supermarkets, cafes, shops, and the bus station. No uphill or stairs required! Parking is available. It's quiet, the bed is comfortable, and there's plenty of hot water. A great option for a stay in Budva.

Dedicated space to keep and hang clothes in both rooms. Shadowy parking. Picturesque garden with kiwi, lemons etc. The host takes care of local registration. All good!

GGuest UserThis isn't a hotel, it's an apartment. Everything is new, freshly renovated. There's no sign, the door is locked, and it's unclear how to get in. They haven't cleaned the place once in five days, even though the rules say they should have.

SsixmbThe room is quite new, but the stool on the balcony is so dirty that I can't bear to look at it. I wiped it at least ten times, but it's still very dirty. There is no one at the front desk all year round. If you have something, you can't find anyone for a while. The room facilities are not bad, but the design is not very reasonable and not very convenient to use.
