"The hotel was chosen on Trip by photo and location on the map. When they arrived, they were so pleasantly surprised by the quality of service, the hotel and its purity. In advance, the girls with the resepschen contacted through the wattsapp and clarified all our wishes (whether we need parking and when we come to prepare for our arrival apartments, as settlement with 15). Parking is located in the hotel itself and parking through the elevator (very convenient and nowhere to roll over the parking). We were met by a girl with the resepshen and told everything, showed, after a quick settlement (minute 5). The apartments are very large, clean and all fresh and clean. All you need for accommodation is (washing machine, cooking pan, washing machine, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, twig, smooth board, dryer). The location is very successful, when you leave the hotel immediately you get on the embankment with a large number of cafes (by the way in the cafe which in the hotel building is a 10% discount), as well as the exit to the sea. The beach is divided into two parts (with paid lying and just sand from a small galka). The sea is good, the stones are small (even taken corals were not needed). By the way, there is a pool in the hotel that is not crowded and is mostly free to swim. Every time you meet the hotel staff, they ask if you like everything and do not need anything. In general, positive, honestly, all a little better and cooler than on the photo in the trip) I definitely recommend visiting (sad that we have booked other hotels in other locations, because here we liked it very much)."

"Very cozy rooms, excellent hostess, everything you need is in the room, and the refrigerator, and the stove, in the bathroom there is both shampoo, and shower gel, and soap. The air conditioner works perfectly. The only minus is very difficult to find from the street, came at the address and didn't know where to go. There is a grocery store nearby (on the way to the beach on the right) there is a restaurant with affordable prices and large portions. Another plus- near the bus station, which is convenient for those who come by bus. The distance to the beach is also close, minutes 15-20 to go"

"I've stayed in many different accommodations throughout my life, but the experience I had here was truly something else. From the very first moment, the host's genuine warmth, cheerful demeanor, kindness, and hospitality made you feel not in a foreign place, but rather right at home. Their dedication to helping with everything, quick communication, and solution-oriented approach ensured our vacation was flawless. Encountering such kind and thoughtful people is truly rare. The accommodation itself far, far exceeded our expectations. The rooms were exceptionally clean, tidy, spacious, and meticulously prepared down to the finest detail. From the quality of the furnishings to the overall ambiance, everything was perfectly thought out. With its quiet, peaceful, and comfortable atmosphere, it offers a unique environment for relaxation. I absolutely must mention the pool. Throughout our stay, the pool was always sparkling clean; the water was crystal clear, and the hygiene level was exemplary. The fact that it was spotless at all hours of the day clearly demonstrates the property's commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Spending time by the pool was one of the most enjoyable parts of our holiday. I wholeheartedly recommend this property to everyone. If you're looking for a peaceful, comfortable, spotlessly clean, and unforgettable vacation, this is absolutely the right place. The combination of the host's attentiveness and professionalism with the quality offered by the property truly creates a flawless accommodation experience. Although there isn't much within walking distance, getting around is very easy if you have a car, and the local buses are a convenient option as well. "The hotel exceeded our expectations. It was amazingly comfortable, clean, and well-thought-out. Everything felt fresh with new renovations, beautiful furniture, high ceilings, and a well-designed lighting system. The shower was clean, spacious, and convenient. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a super comfy bed that ensured we got a great night's sleep. There's a beautiful mountain view, plenty of shops nearby, and both the sea and Old Town are just a 5-minute walk away. Check-in was smooth, and they were always in touch with us. If we ever return to Budva, we'll definitely stay here again."

"Очень красивое месторасположение, большой бассейн с видом на горы и на море. В номере просторно, тихо, терраса с видом на море. Все необходимое есть. Но кондиционер очень старый, и плохо работает, ночью было жарко, от чего не выспались. Но к утру стало прохладнее, из за того, что жара спала. Есть крытая парковка для машины, что очень хорошо, машина стоит не под солнцем. Рядом есть очень душевный хороший ресторан."

Новые, современные апартаменты. Настолькотновые, что не все еще доделано (не является минусом). Комфортное проживание, приятный персонал. Единственный минус - нет стоянки. Рядом с домом только платные парковки. Но, я так понял, что парковка в дальнейшем планируется, но еще не доделана.

Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Yücel bey ve Andaç bey çok ilgiliydiler. Kendilerine teşekkürlerimizi iletiyoruz. Güzel sohbetler ettik gayet cana yakın insanlar. Çevre ile ilgili işimize bayağı yarayan bilgiler de sundular. Turist vergisini de bizim yerimize ödeyip hallettiler,sağolsunlar. Başka özel işlerimizde de yardımcı oldular sağolsunlar. Hotelin konumu güzel. Old Towna yaklaşık 20-25 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Otobüs istasyonuna 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Diğer turistik noktalara giden yerel halk otobüslerinin duraklarına da yakın. Çevresinde bir sürü cafe var. Küçük bir avm ve süpermarketler mevcut. İstediğinizi bulmakta zorlanacağınızı düşünmüyorum. Tekrar yolumuz düşerse tekrar kalırız.

Booking was easy, the location was good, and so was the price. When I arrived, I couldn't find it for a long time. It turned out I was in the right place, but there was no receptionist or signs. If you don't have a signal, that's a big minus. When I found Wi-Fi, I called WhatsApp and found a place. We checked in earlier than the stated time, everything was great, the room was clean and fresh. I went to take a shower and found someone else's towel in the bathroom. There were two sets of towels on the bed, and another one was hanging on a hook in the bathroom. So, out of three sets, only one was clean. There was also a stain on the bed, a lot of unpleasant details, furniture without handles, a leaky shower, outlets with damaged plastic, and protruding wires. Internet access was important to me, but the Wi-Fi wasn't working. I wrote to the receptionist, but they never fixed it. I thought about staying, but because of the lack of internet, I went elsewhere. Pros: - quick check-in - free parking - clean room - easy check-out - the receptionist is always available - convenient location

Excellent receptionist welcoming! Two properties under Eden ownership. One has reception counter is hotel, while the other next to the hotel along the sidewalk is B&B. I took a room at the B&B, which every room has own balcony. The weather is so nice by sunshine and comfort breeze. I had two windows and balcony door opened. There was long hair everywhere. The bubble function in the whirlpool didn't work, so it was basically just a large bathtub. The windows are noisy, and the main road is right next to the house. You can also constantly hear dogs. An early check-in was kindly offered free of charge. Otherwise, the accommodation was okay.

An incredible experience! Just a 10-minute walk from the old town and the beach, with shops, bakeries, bars, and cafes nearby. Special thanks to Igor, who answered all my questions. The room was clean, and I liked everything about my stay.

We stayed for 5 nights in Budva at Elena's apartment and had a wonderful experience. We had a room with two balconies (we had breakfast on one, and I did my morning exercises on the other terrace). There was a separate kitchen with a sofa and a bedroom with a very comfortable bed. The location is superb; it's just a couple of minutes to the bus station, and then you can easily buy tickets to Kotor for a day trip. There are shops and cafes nearby, and it's about a 15-minute walk to the promenade. We were pleased with the lush greenery, abundant plants, friendly staff, and the low price in April. There was a coffee machine with capsules. The balconies offered a beautiful view of the mountains. Things to keep in mind: it can be noisy on the balcony due to a nearby music school with children shouting, and a busy road not far away. We lacked some kitchen utensils as we cooked every day. There was no lid for the frying pan or dishcloths for the table. The extractor fan wasn't working, and the bathroom light only worked partially. A toaster was advertised but not present. There's no washing machine in the room; laundry costs an additional 5 euros. There was always a small puddle in the bathroom, probably from a leaking bidet. Despite all the downsides, we were satisfied; it felt very cozy and pleasant, like a home away from home.

The room is quite new, but the stool on the balcony is so dirty that I can't bear to look at it. I wiped it at least ten times, but it's still very dirty. There is no one at the front desk all year round. If you have something, you can't find anyone for a while. The room facilities are not bad, but the design is not very reasonable and not very convenient to use.
