Homestays σε Budva Municipality, Montenegro

"An excellent spot for a peaceful seaside getaway in Pržno. The building is new, the apartments are modern and perfectly clean, with a full kitchen, a well-functioning air conditioner, and a comfortable bed. The location is superb: a two-minute walk to the beach, with a bakery and two small shops nearby. Pržno itself is quiet, without noisy places, yet Budva and Sveti Stefan are very close. Special thanks to the hostess, Marijana – warm, responsive, and ready to help with everything: from arranging an apartment with a terrace and sea view for part of our trip to connecting us with a reliable local driver. Such attentiveness truly makes a difference. We spent eleven nights here and would gladly return."

"I've stayed in many different accommodations throughout my life, but the experience I had here was truly something else. From the very first moment, the host's genuine warmth, cheerful demeanor, kindness, and hospitality made you feel not in a foreign place, but rather right at home. Their dedication to helping with everything, quick communication, and solution-oriented approach ensured our vacation was flawless. Encountering such kind and thoughtful people is truly rare. The accommodation itself far, far exceeded our expectations. The rooms were exceptionally clean, tidy, spacious, and meticulously prepared down to the finest detail. From the quality of the furnishings to the overall ambiance, everything was perfectly thought out. With its quiet, peaceful, and comfortable atmosphere, it offers a unique environment for relaxation. I absolutely must mention the pool. Throughout our stay, the pool was always sparkling clean; the water was crystal clear, and the hygiene level was exemplary. The fact that it was spotless at all hours of the day clearly demonstrates the property's commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Spending time by the pool was one of the most enjoyable parts of our holiday. I wholeheartedly recommend this property to everyone. If you're looking for a peaceful, comfortable, spotlessly clean, and unforgettable vacation, this is absolutely the right place. The combination of the host's attentiveness and professionalism with the quality offered by the property truly creates a flawless accommodation experience. We are already looking forward to coming back again. Thank you endlessly for everything!"

"A gorgeous, spacious studio with high ceilings and a wonderful view of the mountains. I think the windows are about three meters high, so the view is amazing and there's lots of light. ☀️ It's very clean, newly renovated, and support is always available. The apartment is located near the sea, not far from the Old Town, and all amenities are close by since it's in a shopping center. There's a busy road in front of the balcony, but the double-glazed windows block out the noise when closed. There's coffee, tea, and sugar; I would have added a few larger mugs because there were only two small ones."

"Beautiful apartments! We have remained very happy with our accommodation! Perfect everything! New guest, clean light spacious rooms, super-convenient location, free parking!!! And separate thanks to the owner, very caring and attentive person, made our rest very comfortable!!! All-all necessary is!!!! Down the fruit shop, a lot of shops, convenient transportation interchange, all nearby! I highly recommend these apartments, come back here !"

"Cleanliness and room cleaning - excellent. Proximity to the beach, shops, and cafes for a very modest budget - excellent. Early check-in and late check-out - excellent. Staff are very friendly and always try to help tourists - excellent."

"Excellent apartment, clean and beautiful. It has everything you need: a bathroom, wardrobes, a mirror, and a small balcony with a nice view. The room had air conditioning, which was a lifesaver in the heat. There's a fridge on the balcony. The closest beach is a 20-minute walk away, and there are shops and bakeries nearby. The host arranged transfers to and from the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay here!"

"Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Yücel bey ve Andaç bey çok ilgiliydiler. Kendilerine teşekkürlerimizi iletiyoruz. Güzel sohbetler ettik gayet cana yakın insanlar. Çevre ile ilgili işimize bayağı yarayan bilgiler de sundular. Turist vergisini de bizim yerimize ödeyip hallettiler,sağolsunlar. Başka özel işlerimizde de yardımcı oldular sağolsunlar. Hotelin konumu güzel. Old Towna yaklaşık 20-25 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Otobüs istasyonuna 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Diğer turistik noktalara giden yerel halk otobüslerinin duraklarına da yakın. Çevresinde bir sürü cafe var. Küçük bir avm ve süpermarketler mevcut. İstediğinizi bulmakta zorlanacağınızı düşünmüyorum. Tekrar yolumuz düşerse tekrar kalırız."

"The room itself is excellent, with a couple of exceptions. First, they don't clean the room; they only take out the trash and change the towels and bed linen. They don't clean it at least every 3-4 days. The floor gets really dirty, making it unpleasant to walk on. There's no help with dishes, etc.—that's what was sorely missed. If there were cleaning services, it would be better to do so. I also miss a blackout lamp, as it's very blinding in the mornings (but these are minor issues). The kitchen is missing a few cooking utensils—a grater, a non-stick frying pan, and a cutting board (but these aren't critical). The location is simply excellent, very close to the beach and all the nearby shops. The room itself is also very well-maintained. Fix these issues, and this place would be priceless!"

"Check in was easy as there was someone there waiting for me and she even helped me get my bag up the stairs. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable and I slept well. It was easy to communicate with them over WhatsApp and they replied promptly. Hotel is located close to the beach and about a 20 min walk from the old town. Lots of supermarkets and food places on your doorstep. My particular room had no outside space and was looked over by the neighbouring building so I had to keep the curtains closed. I had booked the room with the garden but didnt get that room but I'm not sure if this was an issue with the hotel or the online site I booked with. I was too hot on arrival to make an issue of it. For this reason I gave a 4 start instead of a five star. Would I recommend- for the price, location and room comfort, yes."
