"The room is very clean, room is quiet, the instruction to check in and check out is very clear and easy, swimming pool very neat and fun..also have gym to workouts.. also have coffee store at the ground floor like zus and coffee beans..very recommended and definitely will book here again.."

"Location wise, very strategic, right in the centre of Kota Bharu town. McDonalds, Starbucks, Coffee beans, and other shops are conveniently located at the ground floor. Parking however is a nightmare. It's took time for us to read n understand it to where to parking. The numbers of parking lot is erased and we need to count the parking lot with clear numbers just to prevent our car park at wrong parking lot. Bathroom cleanliness is very bad. The bathroom wall look like never been washed before. Very dirty. The small room is not so clean and there is stain bed sheet and hairs. The floor also a lot of dust."

"Awesome staycation at Ain Studio Apartment! Ambik bilik Deluxe Family for 2 nights and it was perfect. Bilik bersih, selesa, and the price is so cheap (around Rp713k only!). Memang value for money. Best part is booking melalui app ni senang gila and boleh kumpul Trip Coins. 5 stars from me, will definitely recommend kepada kawan-kawan dan family!”"

"The room is clean, there are mineral water provided & even dental kit for use. There are infinity swimming pool that faces the city view. Right below the residency there are convenient shops, restaurants & cafés."

"Overall, everything was good, but there are a couple of areas that need improvement. There was no wiping cloth provided for the sink area, which was inconvenient. Also, the current coffee/toast burner or whatsoever they called, the setup is not practical especially if you want to reheat food. Replacing it with a small microwave would be far more useful. That aside, the service was excellent. Response times were impressively fast, likely due to the use of an AI platform for handling customer enquiries."

"We are family of 6 with kids and senior. The apartment seems new and room is clean and nice! We enjoyed the stay here. There is a playground at level 4 and at least still ok , not alot of things spoilt that kind. For us the location is near to aeon mall which is great for our shopping, dinner and EV charging of car. There is 2 locations to charge EV, very convenient and lots of availability. Host maybe forgot to drop us a message earlier but upon calling, picked up very fast and let us know about how to check in Just that maybe will be great if there is a pool available!. Will be perfect for amenities! However, a small issue for owner! There is a needle on the bed frame near the head side, so is really dangerous, but i managed to saw it and remove it straight away, but would have been really scary if we didnt notice and kids are playing there. So please do be more careful when doing house keeping. The needle is left in the kitchen table already. Thank you for the stay! Will still come back if need!"
