"If you’re staying with a kids, please don’t bother staying here. Or maybe my bad luck with another guest. I was at the pool with my kids, only there for less than 5 min, (my kid did’nt even in the pool yet) came this arrogant chinese lady, asked me to keep quiet because she wants to sleep. MIND YOU I WAS NOT LOUD, MY KID WAS NOT LOUD. WE DIDNT SHOUT AS WHAT SHE SAID. The management (caretaker) later came and asked us to keep quiet as THAT LADY complained. Even the caretaker understand us and admit that we’re not loud nor shouting. I was totally unhappy and asked my kid to leave the pool which we’ve been not even 10 min overall. We later prepared to checkout early, I think it is not even 10am. We are really dissapointed. The dissapointment came from the management on how they handle the issue. I did asked for proof on how loud are we being. They can’t proof us. Because none of it ever happened. I suggest you put on your ads, NO KIDS ALLOWED. It will be easier for everyone."

"The customer service was good and the staff were friendly and responsive throughout the stay, which I truly appreciate, really! However, the overall condition of the homestay was disappointing. The cooking pot and kettle were rusty, stained on bedsheet which raised hygiene concerns - (they replaced with a new ones after I complained - Thanks! ) The pillows were too thin and uncomfortable, while the mattress was very hard and made it difficult to rest well. Most of the furniture looked old and worn out, and the property did not appear to be well maintained. With better upkeep and replacement of some basic amenities, the stay experience could be much better."

Deluxe Mutiara Ville Cyberjaya

7.3/10

MYGuest User
I had a wonderful stay at Mutiara Ville, Cyberjaya. The room was clean, spacious, and very well maintained, making it extremely comfortable throughout my stay. The highlight was definitely the awesome cityscape view — waking up to the skyline and enjoying the lights at night was truly refreshing and relaxing. The amenities were excellent and thoughtfully provided. The building offers great facilities, including a well-equipped gym, swimming pool, and secure access, which added a lot of convenience and peace of mind. Everything was easily accessible and well managed. Overall, Mutiara Ville is a great place to stay in Cyberjaya, especially if you enjoy a beautiful city view combined with modern amenities and a calm environment. I would highly recommend it for both short and long stays.

This place is located right behind a mosque. While it's not on the main road, there are 7-Eleven, 99 Speedmart, and even a Segi Fresh nearby, making daily life very convenient. The best part is the safety; you need to pass through three doors with access cards to get into the unit. The pool is incredibly clean, much cleaner than those 'influencer' pools in the city center. The room was comfortable for two adults and two children – really good! I'd definitely choose this type of apartment again if I have the chance; it's more budget-friendly and comfortable than a hotel. I highly recommend this apartment style accommodation. It's about a 20-25 minute walk to IKEA (BIKL) and a 10-15 minute walk to the shopping center in Bandar Utama.

The price is affordable, and the overall environment is quite clean. I stayed in a double room, and the bed was quite large and very comfortable to sleep in. Overall, it's good value for money. It's worth staying here. There's also a mini-supermarket downstairs.

Stayed here for a short trip and had a very pleasant experience. The self check-in process was easy because the host provided clear instructions before arrival. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a cozy bed that gave me a good night's sleep. The location is one of the biggest advantages. It's directly above Atria Shopping Gallery, so it's very convenient to find food, groceries, cafes, and other daily necessities without needing to drive. Parking was also hassle-free. The suite comes with useful amenities like Wi-Fi, a TV and basic kitchen facilities, which made the stay feel more like home. I also enjoyed using the swimming pool and gym during my stay. Overall, this is great value for money if you're looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Petaling Jaya. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit and would recommend it to both business and leisure travelers.

Highly recommended B&B! The host contacted me proactively after I booked and sent check-in instructions the day before our stay, including clear directions for parking. All the instructions were very clear. Plus, the host usually replies instantly and constantly checks in on our experience – absolutely no worries there! The B&B's hygiene was also excellent! I'll definitely stay here again if I get the chance! 🌟

The place and location are very good. Just the parking are very hard to get to. Parking space are limited even the apartment can occupied 4 people but only 1 set of access ID going out and in require the same access ID even lift. Parking only for 1 vehicle so if come with more than 1 vehicle require parking out side the main road which not that convenient.

The location is good for us. Convenience stores are just at ground floor. Entrance to parking just need a bit more time to find, as it’s at another side of the building. The unit is spacious, with all necessities prepared. However, it is a bit run down. I have quite sensitive nose, the smell at the unit including bedsheet is kinda unbearable for me and my friend.

Pick this hotel initially due to its closeness to DSH2. However it's really tricky to get there for someone who is not really familiar with the highway. It's really complicated. Maybe because the hotel is still new, just recently been completed after 10 years being stalled (according to a Grab driver) I needed to pay a RM200 deposit (because I stayed more than 2 nights according to the receptionist) which will be given back upon check out. Overall a good stay for someone familiar with the surrounding area. Not so much for us.😅
