"I like the capsule concept. Matras is a bit thin and soft. The common toilets need more attention in regards of the cleaning. The coffee during the breakfast needs improvement. It taste like instant coffee. It was my last stay (& accomodation) during my 6 days where I stayed also in the other 2 different accommodations, and I was bit disappointed when drinking the coffee. Breakfast is 6€ and it's very basic (milk, cereal, apple, white bread for toasted, croissant, jams, honey, ham, cheese, butter, packed toasts). The temperature in the room is good, but inside the pod could be warm, therefore need to open a bit the curtain. No lock. They sell the lock, if you need one. Location is very good. It's good for short stay."

"We stayed at Central Hostel BG as a family of three adults and two children, and overall we had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent—very central and convenient for walking to nearby attractions, shops, and restaurants, which made travelling with kids much easier. The room was clean, comfortable, and suitable for a family stay. The beds were comfortable, and the hostel was generally quiet at night, allowing everyone to rest well. The common areas were tidy and well maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating, especially when we needed assistance with directions and local information. We felt welcomed throughout our stay. For families looking for affordable accommodation in a central location, Central Hostel BG is a good option. We would recommend it to families who value location, cleanliness, and friendly service."

"I really enjoyed my stay at Combo Milano. One of the highlights for me was the coworking space, which was very well set up and made it easy to sit down and get some work done. I also loved the atmosphere of the ground-floor communal area and garden. It felt lively but still relaxed, and it was a nice place to spend time outside the room. The facilities were very clean and well maintained, and overall the whoe place felt thoughtfully designed. I would definitely stay here again."

"The location is very good, just by the lake, you can watch the lake view in the morning and evening. Within 10 minutes walk from the bus station and more than 10 minutes walk from the pier. And from domaso, you can avoid the flow of people, don't worry about public transportation without a location. Very suitable for travelers who are not on a budget and travel alone to Lake Como!"

"I stayed at Ostello Bello - Milano Duomo for two nights, and it was an amazing experience. This is the best hostel I’ve stayed in. The location is very accessible, with fast-food restaurants, malls, tourist attractions, and the metro all nearby. The place is very cozy and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere, which made me feel comfortable right away. The receptionists were very kind and accommodating. I arrived very late, around 1:40 AM, but they still welcomed me without any issues, which I really appreciated. My room was also great, clean, and comfortable, with a private bathroom that made my stay even more convenient. They also offer free drinks like coffee, tea, and water, along with some nice amenities. Overall, I would rate this hostel 10/10 and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Milan."

"This hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Milano Centrale Station, making it very convenient for getting around the city. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help. The hotel was clean and well maintained throughout my stay. What impressed me most was the range of complimentary provided. The hotel offered free dinners, entertainment events, and even complimentary food items for guests. These thoughtful touches created a warm, community-oriented atmosphere and reflected an exceptional level of hospitality. The only disappointing aspect was not the hotel itself, but some of the guests. Unfortunately, a few people did not seem to appreciate the hotel's generosity. I often noticed dirty plates and glasses left behind and the shared kitchen left untidy. I would encourage future guests to help keep the common areas clean and show respect for the hotel's efforts to provide such outstanding service. As for the hotel, my suggestion would be to install privacy curtains on each bunk bed. This would provide guests with more privacy and help reduce disturbances from light and movement, especially when someone checks in or returns late at night or in the early hours of the morning while others are sleeping. The other one is to improve the elevator, as it could be more comfortable and reliable. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Milan."
