Incredible service, especially the director of the hotel is very nice. The food was excellent. Everyday the menu changed. The quality of the meat was great, the deserts amazing. The food was like in a Michelins star restaurant. The Hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very clean and cozy, I also liked the Aqua di Parma staff in the room. all the staff is great. Especially, Roman, Fabio, Elisa and many more. Ludmilla did a wonderful Job, facial of Biological Recherche, Mani and Pedicure, Massages. Also the hairdresser is very cool and did a fantastic job. The temperature in the hotel was good, warm and cozy.

The hotel was the second time, thought I was treated as the previous time but unfortunately it was not. The staff was very clean and kind. Good meals, although I felt the lack of vegetable buffet, at least that must be there! Compliments to the bathroom, you take much care of the pool area.

5 Stars isn’t quite enough! This is a breathtakingly beautiful hotel. Filled with a tremendously talented and dedicated team who treat you like family and aren’t satisfied until they have knocked your socks off:) From the moment you pull up outside until you turn in your keys and bid arrivederci to the AMAZING team at the Abano Ritz Terme, be prepared to be blown away at every opportunity. The ambiance is sophisticated and serene. The pool and the grounds are opulent and oh so soothing. The spa team- ok I’m out of adjectives. Suffice to say I felt pampered. I felt valued as a guest (which unfortunately does not happen as much these days as if used too.) The food?!? OMG THE FOOD!!! Exquisite!!! I lived learning about the mineral springs and deposits at the base of the Eugenian Hills. My body and soul were recharged and I was so surprised! I’ve been told that one needs a full week for the mudpacks to do their thing completely. In just a few days my aches and joint pain disappeared. Would love to spend more time in the unbelievable swimming pool there. My husband and I are already planning out next visit- which will be a full 7 days (at minimum). Do yourself a huge favor- reserve a week at the spa and be prepared to be dazzled ❤️⭐️💝

I’ve booked my bachelorette party with my mum a few days earlier than my wedding, to give ourselves a nice moment of relax. Not that I was expected anything particular, but from a 4star hotel at least some congratulations.. but no, nothing. We have arrived in the morning, and for one hour earlier of the check-in they’ve charged us 15€ each to start use the swimming pools. I’ve booked for my mum a mani/pedi with semipermanent to do 2 days after, than 2 scrub massage and inalhations; all went quiet well apart the fact that when today my mum asked some semipermanent colors, they did not have pretty much anything. The beautician proposed her only mani/pedi but the price was higher than expected, so she decided to skip the services. At the check-out we went fully charged and the manager, after 10minutes of ridiculous discussion, gave us the 50% discount on it. We went out completely disappointed, nervous and felt deceived. On top of it: glass from the bar broken, spoon at breakfast with still trace of lipstick. Really bad experience, they did not care at all about their client’s experience, but more they try to charge extra money. I will never raccomand this hotel to anyone and for sure I will never come back.

Rapporto qualità prezzo buono. Cibo ben fatto, bagni e camera pulite, ampia zona termale dove poter scegliere tra più piscine e idromassaggio. Sauna e bagno turco presenti e funzionanti. La struttura è molto vecchia e una delle due piscine avrebbe bisogno di manutenzione. All'arrivo abbiamo pranzato nella sala da pranzo al piano terra in un angolo della stanza dove il tavolo era appoggiato ad un muro imbrattato di schizzi alimentari. Consiglio la tinteggiatura, è davvero abominevole! Nell'insieme ci siamo trovati bene, ci torneremo. Un grazie alle ragazze della reception, per la cortese accoglienza!

We stayed a week at the hotel Vena D'oro in Abano Terme, where we first treated with thermal slams. Clean hotel with large rooms (the one of ours was a superior), a large bathroom and a very comfortable cabin. A beautiful thermal area recently renovated with pools of hydromassage sauna etc. etc. , the therapeutic area is a bit dated but I heard that renovation is scheduled, perhaps the only sin is the restaurant room that remains a little cupped and stored. But the true strength is people, starting from the holders always present and gentle or for example, Roberta of the reception always ready to solve and advise customers, Roberto that the swallows is a very professional and a very professional divinity of a dearmed kindness or Marco that in the lunch room does not need customers but friends and is always careful to every demand, and that telling of room-servers who in a few hours have solved a problem with my hat The ability of the staff to make a good job is not only a good job, but also a good job.
