The hotel gave me a surprise for my birthday and they prepared cake and balloons for me in my room when I was back. It was super thoughtful and touching for me.
My boyfriend and I enjoyed our staying in the hotel a lot and we kept extending and stayed for 9 nights in total.
Would definitely come back again.

Concierge did not place our item and after calling the reception they mentioned they’ll call back but didn’t hear back.
Location was okay, cleanliness was okay

The hotel is very bad and not fulfilled the booking well
The reception is very bad attitude and not behaving with visitors
But the trip team is very nice and not keep me alone during the day every two hours they call me and ask me is the hotel apply your request or not
I am not interested in my last booking and not satisfied

A decent 5 star hotel in Abu Dhabi. Near the corniche, close to shops, cafes and restaurants.
Pros: good service, trained staff, gym, swimming pool, bars and restaurants at the hotel.
Cons: almost the same breakfast throughout 8 days (even 4 hotels in Abu Dhabi try to change the menu). The nightclub on the 4th floor, thus 'specific' audience may enter the lift with you bringing a smell of alcohol and cigarettes. Moreover, the club located on the 4th floor without a proper soundproof, so the higher the room the better.
Also, one day a cleaner forgot the cleaning tower on the table in my room.
All in all, the hotel is ok to spend a few days.
