Terrible service, not friendly staff. The staff from Housekeeping were annoying, on the very first day of check-in, they asked me to write and leave a 5* review on Google, after they refused to immediately leave a review, the staff stopped responding to requests. I have never encountered worse service anywhere. And the hotel is very old, but one can say cozy, except for some shortcomings in the bathroom: water flows from the tap, the plumbing is wobbly, and everything else is very old.

Very good, nice sized hotel. Excellent pool area with heated outside pool. Great to have direct access to the private beach. All the staff were really helpful and friendly but particularly Binot on the concierge desk. Disappointing that the main Jing restaurant does not offer its full range of international food or its oriental buffet during Ramadan. Yas Shuttle bus is really useful but be warned of unscheduled hour long breaks (usually 6pm/7pm ish during Ramadan. Overall a good experience and we would come back.

As soon you enter the hotel, you’re presented with a clean and polished lobby, and extremely helpful reception staff. Entering the room I was surprised by how spacious and very clean every thing was, as usual you’re provided with the customary tea, coffee & a kettle, a large wardrobe and 2 huge single beds (if you chose to stay in 2 bed unit). You also have a small glass table and a comfy chair to sit and work if needed, though the chair was a bit shorter than the table so the sitting position wasn’t too comfortable. Over all great service, most importantly very clean hotel with spacious rooms.

The hotel enjoys a strategic location, which is one of its strongest assets, and the staff were consistently courteous and welcoming. However, the rooms left much to be desired. They were spacious and clean but lacked modern amenities—a noticeable shortcoming was the dated furniture and the small, old TV sets. This may not be an issue for someone staying a night or two, but for an extended stay aimed at relaxation, the setup is less than ideal. The breakfast offering was another area where the hotel could improve. The quality of food was below average, not what one would expect from a 4-star establishment. In summary, this hotel is better suited for travelers on a budget who plan short stays and prioritize location and basic cleanliness over modern comforts and a quality dining experience.

We booked a hotel room at the last minute as we were expecting the airline to provide us with accommodation given we had a 14-hour overnight layover. We managed to get a great deal on the room (Black Friday). The location of the hotel on Yas Island and only 10mins from the airport was great (just as close as the airport hotel!) and the staff were friendly & welcoming. Room was clean and had all the necessary amenities, although a little small. Extensive 24-hour room service menu (and service) was much appreciated!

Great friendly welcoming experience. Highly recommended. All staff have been very supportive. Felt very safe. Great location with the mall attached to the hotel. The masjid is also close by. Great food options and activities within proximity.

Hotel is not bad..its only that pillows are too old..some towels with holes already .sometimes service is delay ..but it's ok....hotel is OK.

I arrived on a night flight and appreciated the convenience of the hotel's shuttle bus located outside terminal A. The 24/7 Costa Coffee was a lifesaver for my late-night hunger. The staff were helpful, and the room was clean. However, the only downside was that most of the TV channels were not working.

Pros: 1. Friendly staff 2. Two 1.5 litre water bottles are provided every day, which was super nice because I didn’t have to buy water and carry it all the way up Cons: 1. Standard rooms are a few buildings away from the reception on the top (3rd) floor 2. When checking in, I was asked if I wanted a smoking or a non-smoking, and I said non-smoking. Perhaps I was misheard because of the mask, but the smoke stench in the room was very intense and the only window in the room opened at a roofless narrow wall, so that was the closest to fresh air I could get. However, when I checked in, I barely had time to check the room, so I didn’t notice any of these things. And by the time I did when I went back to the hotel, it was almost midnight. I tried to call the reception at around 11.40 but no one picked up, so I tried the room service but they didn’t pick up, either. And I don’t know if it was the smoke or what exactly, but the room felt haunted :D And no, I’m not joking. Room 709, if you’ve stayed there before. Oh, and when I first opened the bathroom door, I was welcomed with a horrible sewage stench. I somehow had to sleep amidst all this, which I did, around 1am. I woke up to pray Fajr at around 5am, packed my stuff, and never returned again. I went down to the reception and told them I tried calling but no one picked up and that I specifically asked for a non-smoking room and got a smoking one, instead. I also asked if I could get a room that is not at the third floor but I was told I had to pay more because all standard rooms are on the top floor. I explained that I can’t pay more, so I was given the key to 809, instead. Room 809 was way better, which makes me wonder why I was given the worst room as a first choice. Perhaps I was being punished for paying a discounted price.

We stayed in the Conrad Etihad Towers for 3 nights. The room layout including bathroom and especially the bed are all very comfortable. Even though the hotel is already 12 years old, the room looked like new and the lobby is one of the biggest and most beautiful I have ever seen. Amenities like water, tea & coffee are well stocked. The staff of reception, housekeeping and the F&B dept are very well trained, friendly and professional. The high service level gives you a welcoming feeling. Our overall experience was very good, but some improvement should be done on the beach side/bar staff. - A lot of sun umbrellas are broken, but still on the beach which makes it difficult to find a working one. - The towels could do with a replacement. - The staff on the beach side is not pro active and hard to find (they must have a good hiding place somewhere). You have to do everything yourself. - Tonight we were looking forward to a relaxing drink at the beach bar, but when we arrived at 07.40 PM the bar tender told us the bar was closed and we had to go to the Vakava restaurant for a drink, which we didn’t want as we were not dressed for the occasion. When I shared my understanding that the bar opening times was at least until 8 PM, he was so kind to poor us a drink. We noticed other people got chips and nuts, but 3 nights in a row there were only olives for us. - It looks like there is lack of management on the beach side. - The beach area is not well cleaned, because we saw a lot of cigarette butts and plastic garbage. We would like to thank the rest of the staff for the pleasant stay!
