Πολύ λογικές τιμές ξενοδοχείο πλήρους εξυπηρέτησης στο κέντρο του Άμπου Ντάμπι. Εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση από όλο το προσωπικό, ωραίο μεγάλο, ήσυχο άνετο δωμάτιο αν και λίγο παλιό. Υπέροχο πρωινό σε μπουφέ. Ωραία πισίνα και εστιατόρια. Συνιστάται.

All good except for their service. We waited a day for a replacement of broken electric kettle.

Excellent location. Very helpful staff. However the star rating of the hotel (5 stars) is not considered appropriate as facilities, food (especially dinner), lack such a rating. Price was competitive but you get what you pay for.

The location is really nice, right at the heart of the downtown with a lot of shops and cafes near. I liked how neat the rooms were and the nice attitude of the workers. Thank you for your service🫶

Nice hotel in all meanings. The only cons is maybe its not a lux enough hotel.. but for that price it has superb price/quality.

hotel from the 1st world war is still alive. NEED RENOVATION, BETTER EMPLOYEES. BREAKFAST WAS LIKE 1 STAR HOTEL VERY BAD!!!

Breakfast was excellent. Room has little moldy odor.

It was actually Crown plaza which had changed the name under Millennium Downtown. I knew this hotel since a while but never considered staying cuz of the reviews.l and I don’t like staying in the city personally. But this time the hotels I had stayed in before were overpriced… besides, I had mistaken it as Grand millennium and booked it for two nights. I was at the point to cancel my booking. I swear. But I chose to stay cuz the other hotels were too expensive. Check in was okay but receptionist was not very friendly but okay still… they need to improve the process cuz many guests were waiting in the queue but only one staff working… Parking was not very good also, you need to wait for valet parking always as they have no garage… Hotel’s very old and had odd smell in the room… Funny thing was… when I did check in and I went to my room, I found some extremely odd smell in the toilet… like someone urinated in the bath tub or the curtain at the bath tub… so I called the operator… he came to check on it… I am not sure if he could smell the toilet or something else…but he asked me to wait a bit and he would send someone. I thought they would do deep cleaning again. But the operator only sent a housekeeper to “SPRAY” some airfresher in the toilet instead of asking them to clean it or double check where the odd smell was coming from!!! At night, I got all rashes on my skin because of some bugs. Not bed bugs for god’s sake. They have indoor cafe at the 1st floor when ppl can smoke inside… To be honest, I don’t think I would ever stay again…
