Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island

Great facilities, pool and beach access. The beach is amazing especially the waves and beautiful sunset. Food was good there are many varieties as well. Full board was a good choice. Food and drinks alcoholic and non alcoholic are free and unlimited. You will definitely enjoy.

This has to be the best hotel and experience we have ever stayed at. The service was impeccable. The staff were not only friendly, but they were tentative to every need, helpful, polite and went beyond every expectation. The hotel was amazing. It catered for every need having two small (2 and 5) children and the kids loved it. Everything from the food, to the pool area and the kids zone was lovely. Special shout outs to Mae (hostess in restaurant) Tayheb (pool side staff) and Donna on front desk were lovely and extra helpful. All staff said hello, morning to my family and especially the kids which made them love the experience. The hotel is the most cleanliness we have stayed at and this is commendable to all the staff and everyone associated with the hotel. Thank you to all the staff, who always smile, do their job 100%, always help guests, first of all thanks to Mark who met us at reception, who gave us advice, organised my brother's birthday party, thanks to the people at reception as they are the face of the hotel, thanks to the maids who always tidy up the room, the food in the restaurant is delicious, the rooms are always clean, the beach is clean, the hotel grounds are beautiful. But there is not enough entertainment for adults , I will come back here again .

After hearing such great things about the Rixos on Saadiyat island, we decided to book a last minute winter break after the hectic Christmas rush. We knew the hotel was beautiful and this was going to be the perfect relaxing holiday which was just what we needed, but wow our expectations were exceeded. This is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in, the staff could not do enough for you and the service was exceptional. On our arrival we were blown away just by how stunning the hotel is and when checking in we were upgraded to a suite which had the most stunning views of the pool and ocean, we couldn’t of asked for a better room. Soumen, was our holiday assistant and he could not do enough for us, he explained anything we needed at any time of the day and they were there to help, he organised for us to have late check out due to our flight time home and allowed us to utilise the facilities on our last day and arranged lunch for us, once we had checked out. The spa which we had full access to, was truly stunning and created such a calm zen vibe with so many areas of relaxation to offer, which was lovely to finish the day off in. This was one of our favourite parts of the hotel! Our room was stunning and our house keeper Cherry, kept our room so clean and well stocked. The al a carte restaurants on offer were divine and turquoise the buffet style restaurant offered such a delicious wide variety at every meal, and any beverage you wanted could be provided. The staff in the restaurants waited on you like royalty and on our final night, Chris our waiter from the turquoise restaurant provided such a nice evening for us. He went above and beyond to make sure we were well looked after, he was so kind and we had such a lovely conversation with him, he is an asset to your company. We could not fault this hotel and our stay, we had the most wonderful time and were so sad to leave and will definitely be returning. The only downside to our trip was the weather wasn’t great but none the less even on the windy days the hotel provided blankets so you could still enjoy being outside at the bars or restaurants or even by the pool! If you’re looking for a stay where the service goes above and beyond in the most beautiful hotel, this is the place for you. I would recommend this hotel to anyone I know and will definitely be back. Excellent hotel with wonderful, attentive staff. All hotel services were of a superb level. Great restaurant with a diverse menu. Beautiful, well-maintained hotel grounds with various relaxation areas. A special thanks to the Roxy Kids Club team for the entertaining programs for children throughout the day; my daughter was absolutely delighted. This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at.

In June 2024 we spent two nights in Rixos Saadiyat Hotel. We enjoyed it very much. The food range was really phantastic. Also a wide range of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks.If you want you can eat and drink the whole day. A great variety. The pool area is large and the beach is the best beach from the whole Emirates. All the staff was very friendly and helpful.The pool temperature was a little bit too warm in our opinion. The hotel was very busy with lots of tourists from different countries. This hotel is the wrong place for people looking for silence.

It was a reference from our friends who visited Anjana Spa before. It was a very pleasant visit from the beginning, we were welcomed by very friendly staff starting from the reception. It was amazing and relaxing massage for us. Special thanks to Kristin who took our reservation and greet us at the entrance and to massage therapist Oxana. We strongly recommend to visit this spa. Thank you guys!

Enjoyable family experience at Rixos Saadiyat: impressed by the service and care of the hotel team and the hotel facilities. All as one are at most thoughtful, amiable and courteous. Special thanks to Mr.Mahmoud serving Arabic coffee in the lobby with delicious dates! You should definitely try this amazing coffee flavor and share small talk with Mahmoud upon traditional coffee formula and Arabian hospitality. I’d love to come back!

The best hotel I have stayed .all inclusive fantastic food quality and cocktails .many facilities for kids .super modern rooms. All Staff at reception very helpful and especially Rohit and yulia helped us with all our requests. Recommend to everyone especially in summer
