Το δωμάτιο, η πισίνα, το πρωινό κ.λπ. ήταν ποιοτικά Novotel, αλλά υπήρχαν δύο προβλήματα. (1) Στην πραγματικότητα υπήρχε μόνο ένα άτομο στη ρεσεψιόν, οπότε υπήρχε μεγάλη ουρά. Όλοι περίμεναν και το ξενοδοχείο δεν αύξησε καν τον αριθμό των ανθρώπων, κάτι που ήταν τρομερό. (2) Το σύστημα όπου μπορείτε να παρκάρετε το αυτοκίνητό σας δίνοντας το κλειδί στο προσωπικό στην είσοδο είναι καλό, αλλά η είσοδος είναι πολύ στενή και τα αυτοκίνητα είναι γεμάτα. Ένα ατύχημα επαφής είναι πιθανό να συμβεί ανά πάσα στιγμή και πρέπει να υπάρξουν κάποια περισσότερα μέτρα. . Νομίζω. .

Το αμβλύ προσωπικό της ρεσεψιόν... Η καθαριότητα ήταν φιλική και η μετάβαση από το πάρκινγκ στο δωμάτιο ήταν σαν λαβύρινθος. Ένα λίγο απογοητευτικό ξενοδοχείο

Love the place.. Great experience alone with jacuzzi and sauna and the breakfast is awesome with a lot of choices..💕 Highly recommended.

Service of Novotel is not stable… some times you get good service some times not…
After a while out of town, I stayed in Novotel for one night again.
I called for more water after check in as I knew myself I could finish 1L of water in 2 hours.
When the house keeper came, he asked me for the empty bottle with which they used to fill in water before he could give me new one with water.
I understand some ppl might wanna take their bottle but come on! If that’s the concern of the hotel, ask the guest for deposit for the bottle then! If anyone ever take it, deduct the money from the deposit.
It is no sense to “protect the environment” while keeping your guests thirsty! And it would also rise concerns for me how these bottles are being cleaned?!
Stupid!

Everything just ok, not really high not bad, I don't expect more because I knew it, compare other 4 star hotel, I like the hotel, but it s not my first option to stay again, maybe second option if others hotel busy, but it s good to try, the only I like is pool for kids. Lobby area to crowded and small space..
