The property lived up to its description with no complaints from my end. However, we were unexpectedly charged for parking, which wasn't communicated during check-in or outlined in the property's policy. We only became aware of this charge during checkout. Aside from that, it was a pleasant stay.

The hot water took way too long to get hot. As we were on our way to check out out the towel bar over the sink just fell off of the wall.

At best, the facility was just ok.....Initially, we were blocked from entering the facility. Walked about 300 ft. with baggage to check in for the evening.
The person at front desk was very non-professional. Immediately ask for an additional $20 before a room key was given. Little or no appreciation of our reservation.
Room was clean but just average. Breakfast in the morning was very average. Just not a good experience.

Me and my wife Cynthia had a 9 pm reservation at The Melting Pot in Addison this past Friday, and it was an evening to remember. From start to finish, the service and food were absolutely amazing. We opted for the Couples Valentine's Special, and it exceeded all expectations.
The ambiance was romantic, with dim lighting and a cozy a**osphere. The staff provided impeccable service, making us feel like valued guests throughout the night. Our server was knowledgeable and friendly, enhancing the overall experience.
The Couples Valentine's Special offered a delightful four-course meal. The cheese fondue was a savory start, followed by a crisp Caesar salad. The main course allowed us to cook our own proteins on a communal fondue pot, adding a fun and interactive element to the evening. The chocolate fondue for dessert was the perfect sweet ending.
In conclusion, our experience at The Melting Pot in Addison was magical. From the intimate setting to the delectable Couples Valentine's Special, it's an ideal destination for a romantic culinary adventure. Highly recommended for couples seeking a memorable dining experience.
