"The hotel was okay, with a basic American breakfast and an alright stay overall. I had to deposit $100 while checking in and I faced no issues in getting the deposit repaid after checking out. But, there was a moldy smell everywhere and the rooms were a bit dark. If they fix these things, it could make staying there much better."

"Booked this hotel because I had an interview in the Addison area and I didn’t see any terrible reviews regarding cleanliness or anything, just needed a place to sleep. The location was by far the best part, it was so close to everything in Addison. However, just about everything else was very disappointing. I’d known from reviews that it had been renovated, but I wasn’t aware it was still being renovated and that there would be a good amount of rooms, including the one right next to us on both sides, with the door just propped open getting renovated. We had a room on the first floor first and it was clean enough, there was a spider in the bathtub but the beds looked fine. That was until I looked up at the wall after my shower and there was a huge roach crawling. It ended up crawling into my bed so we told the front desk and they let us switch rooms. We walked upstairs to our next room, and we passed many of the open doors, it was pretty eerie. Then we get in our room, free of bugs it seems and clean enough, except the AC did not work. It took all night for it to cool off even a little bit and it was extremely loud. Not ideal for the night before an interview. We also noticed in the second room that there was some stuff painted over on the wall, but it was much better than the roach. Second day went smoothly, until we were napping and I got woken up by paint fumes in our room. It was literally so strong that it woke me up from a nap. I went to the door to see and they were I guess painting the room next door. But I should not be smelling the fumes that strong and especially not at 9pm on a Friday, it felt unsafe. The renovation people were consistently in an out of rooms and leaving stuff in the hallways too. Overall, you get what you pay for, and I should’ve paid a little more for a nicer hotel, but I would definitely not stay here again."

"Hotel was under renovation, It was not mentioned before we made the booking. On arrival it looked like a abundant building sorry. We went in scared to check what was happening and was informed hotel was in operation. There was no restaurant, no amenities due to renovation. Hallways were dirty , elevator had construction debris, sofa in king size room had stains, Washroom looked like it has been abused for many years. Had to pick up the breakfast in bags in the morning like a 1 star motel. Had some vendors attend to visit and it was embarrassing as it became the center of the conversation because they though it was a ghost town when they arrived and had to call to find out if the address was correct. Brought the Radisson name down to the floor. Did not expect Radisson to do this to their customers,"

"I stayed here with my boyfriend for a wedding thinking that it was conveniently located.. was it conveniently located? Yes. Was it worth it? Nope! I don’t really know where to start because almost everything about the experience was bad, which is unfortunate because I really wanted to like this place. Towels? Stained with blood and a brown substance that I’ll leave up to the imagination Walls? Literally had boogers on them lol The smell? Well getting into and getting out of the elevator you were greeted with a crazy smell that was giving urine but also mildew.. crazy combo Other small things that weren’t awful but just off was the A/C unit wasn’t the greatest so it was really hot when the sun was out, beds were itchy but didn’t have bed bugs so that was a plus I guess haha Luckily I used points so we didn’t have to pay anything except an early check in fee. However, the lady at the front desk did try to charge me because she didn’t know I used points. Not her fault, she should probably receive more thorough training but if I hadn’t caught that then I would’ve been out $60. Overall I wouldn’t stay here unless someone paid me.. but even then I probably wouldn’t"
