The property was very clean, but I feel like after 10 days, they could have extended a late check out until , plus I still have received my deposit.

This property has an infestation of roaches. My room was on the first floor. I entered my room and turned on the lights, there were about 6-8 roaches crawling on the back of the door and multiple roaches crawling on the floor. I went back to the front desk to let the Attendant know. He changed my room to an upstairs room. When I entered the room to check, as soon as I turned on the light, there were multiple roaches running around on the floor. I returned to the front desk and requested a refund and explained that I did not want to stay at the hotel. The front desk clerk told me that someone complained the previous night and that for some reason the hotel always has roaches.

Staff was not at the desk when we were checking in. Had about a 3-5 minute wait until someone showed up. Room was nice and clean. Maid service was okay but no coffee was left in the room.

There were so many small roaches in the t room, and even a big cricket, I decided to cut my stay to only one night, didn't even bother asking for another room because it would've most likely been in similar condition

The sheets on the bed were dirty so I was moved to another room where there was 3 cockroaches running around. I left the property and had to drive around at 12:30am to find a new hotel
