Our room smelt like smoke upon arrival even though we reserved a non smoking room. The desk clerk only asked for my card and id, did not take the time to greet us or anything. It's ok, but would not stay again.

Price was great, the staff was friendly and helpful, lobby and room were clean and modern looking. The hotel is located in a good, quiet area, close to a lot of restaurants and stores. Breakfast was okay, not the best, but definitely not the worst. I hope to stay here again when I come back to Dallas
