The check in was hectic, and frustrating after a long flight, we just wanted to rest. Lorena helped us, first she said they didn't assign me a room and there were no more so they had to find one, and they needed a manager, okay??? Then she finally gets us in and tells me we are on the 3rd floor, as she proceeds to write a room number on a card, then she says to wait because there is a problem with my room, after a while she says we are now on the 4th floor, so, we proceed to the 4th floor, but when we get there, the card says "Room 302", we go back down, she forgot to write the new room number, so now we go to the 4th floor, the room is at the furthest corner it could be, and what happens, it's not clean. At this point my 72 year old mom, and 73 year old cousin are tired, I leave them there and go back downstairs, so now they give us another room on the 5th floor, so there I go to get my family from the 4th floor, haul them to the 5th floor, needless to say it was hectic. Aside from that we enjoyed the rest of the stay, but that was not a good first impression for the hotel.
