"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After an extremely long family day at the Grand Canyon, we arrived at the hotel very late and completely exhausted. From the moment we walked in, the experience turned around thanks to the amazing staff. I especially want to recognize Mona, who was absolutely incredible. She immediately made my family feel welcome and taken care of, even though it was late and we were clearly worn out from the day. Mona was kind, patient, and genuinely helpful, making sure we had everything we needed to get settled quickly and comfortably. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed after such a long day of travel and exploring. But it was Mona’s level of service that really stood out. People like her make a huge difference and are the reason we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you again, Mona, for taking such great care of my family—it meant a lot after such a long day!"

"The young woman who checked me in was very kind and professional, my room smelled very musty it wasn’t pleasant I had to spray my body spray everywhere. I do think I was the only person on the 3rd floor it was very uncomfortable considering there was not many people there, the area the hotel is has closed buildings with graffiti all over them and I was told to park where I could see my car from my room which if I had would have been the only car there, overall the bed was comfortable but I’m unsure if I would stay again not sure if it’s worth the cost. Almost forgot what little breakfast there was me and others had to wait on because there was no one checking to see if it was out"

"So close to the terminal, just follow the signs once you exit the terminal, cross a couple of roads and you're in the property parking lot. It's clean and although an old hotel it's kept clean and updated here and there. For example beds have seen better times, but washroom was looking good. Staff was great, food was fine and served fast. On the down side one two items: 1 only decaf coffee in the room, odd eh 2 the shower drain wasn't great and will not drain fast enough"

"I really appreciated the staff , real problem solvers and genuinely nice people. One even helped me find a less expensive place to stay to fit my budget. Complimentary coffee ( varied options) , water dispenser in lobby, and a fantastic very large tv in the bedroom were some draw cards. I could use my Netflix membership easily . I didn’t get the included breakfast as I booked through a third party so explore booking direct . The breakfast sounded good:) . It certainly offers a far nicer ambience than the less expensive place I relocated to . Their Nice carefully picked staff make a big difference. They should all be complimented ! :)"

"The Hotel Zazz is my destination stop in ABQ. They treat you like VIP. The speakeasy was lit and the vibes were superb. My first drink was free. The hydration station offers free popsicles to cool off. The room was clean and comfy. Excellent service 💯."
