Without a doubt the best hotel we have ever stayed in! We stayed at Legado Oromana Hotel as it is not too far from Seville. María, the lovely hotel receptionist that checked us in, was incredibly helpful and provided us with guidance on getting to Seville via public transport. María also provided us with maps of Alcalá de Guadaíra and Seville. This made our lives so much easier and saved us lots of time and money! The hotel itself is lovely, with stunning views of the village. The rooms are well kept, have good amenities, and were regularly cleaned. There is also an on sight restaurant that does breakfast buffets. The staff are super friendly and the food was great. You can also really easily arrange taxis by asking at reception which we found really useful. My wife secretly mentioned my birthday while we were over there and arranged with the staff to bring a little treat to our room as a surprise for me - this was so sweet and again, the staff were incredible in this gesture. We also received recommendations for great places to visit and eat locally (thank you Franc!)The staff were very accommodating and hospitable, and were happy to attend to our requests. Despite our basic Spanish, the staff were also very patient and understanding. As our first proper holiday, the staff at Legado Oromana Hotel made it a very special one. We were really sad to leave, but look forward to coming back. A special thank you to María, Franc, and Julio for your incredible service and hospitality. Hotel parking is convenient. Suitable for family outings. But there are no commercial supermarkets around, far from the main city of Seville. Suitable for families traveling by car. Air-conditioned accommodation is ok.

We stayed one night having flown in from France before driving to Portugal for 6 days holiday. We enjoyed a glass of wine before retiring for the night, good taste at a good price. Breakfast was self service with plenty of choice and plenty of everything, tables well spaced in line with suggested Covid regulations. Car park below the hotel cost also included in nightly charge.

In the more peripheral areas of the town, it is convenient to go to Seville. The parking garage is very good. You can temporarily stop it when you have time on the side. After you check in, you can brush the room card into the basement and go directly to the room floor. The breakfast was good, but there was no egg service, and there was a lack of fresh tomatoes and ham and other meats, but the fruit was very rich.

We went to a couple to disconnect. Small hotel, dormitory type, but in modern times, part of the pool is very beautiful, there is more flirtatious atmosphere from 5:00 pm, because they can enter the pool people who do not stay in the hotel, if you are looking for that Kind of good atmosphere. There is no restaurant in the hotel, the one next to the swimming pool is Asian cuisine, which is a bit expensive for me, and the food is delicious. The breakfast is buffet style in the lower room and lacks variety. The experience is not bad, but we will not repeat it because it is not a little bit of the environment we are looking for.

I am wrong in trip.com when choosing room because I wanted it double and I chose it individually and I immediately contact the hotel to get a solution and obviously they say I have to contact the page I did the reservation. I call the customer attention from trip.com and after 40 mnts waiting for me to collect a folder for the call, I call the hotel again to demand a solution of which I had already commented from the beginning that I could not solve ... Sorry, but I have 2 children one 9 months and another 9 years old We sleep together in a big bed is possible a supplement even if I have to pay for the supplement? The girl tells me, because it would have saved me 40 mnts of call in time and pocket and if they were picking me, having cancelled(I think). For a room with two beds together 20 euros more. We go into everything very clean but a warmth unsustainable. We call and they tell me they'll go up to see it as soon as they can. Thank you!! While we are in the pool!! A very small but very clean pool full of awnings we couldn't take advantage of any of them because everything was complete and in the pool was not suitable (and I came to take the heat to my children ....) We go up and still do a terrible heat, bath my baby I sleep we make some refreshing myself and my girl and it is that it couldn't be anymore ... I'm sorry to bother you, but you can't be warm in this room, and the receptionist answers that I have to change to another. I pick up all charges of the baby sleeping in the arms of the macutas ... No excuse ... OK, thank you very much!! This room is much smaller, it has no bathroom as my daughter loves, there are furniture and the bed is much smaller than the extra bed for which I was paid EUR 20 . Well, we got everything off again and decided to go back to the pool after the big time losses, in which it still doesn't fit any paddle but still we're sticking as we can and the children get refreshing. Suddenly, screams between two girls, insults and just a little to get out of her hair, the jealousy, anger and toxicity of these girls in front of older people, small children and all of us at the time, was shameful. I finally go back to the room and here if it cools the air .

On the edge of the city of Seville, but there are 27 and 28 roads, the traffic is still convenient, the earliest class is 6 o'clock, if you catch the early flight is not recommended. The hotel is very comfortable, the room is large, similar to the suite, it is the quilt. Recommended to stay.
