The whole of our stay was of a very good standard. The hotel is in the heart of the old town and at a perfect distance from places to visit. The staff is charming entirely at your service and even makes as much effort as they can in your native language to satisfy you. The notoriety of the establishment is not usurped, and we enjoyed a moment of comfort and service up to our expectations.... But.... Two things urgently deserve to be improved: the menu of the restaurant is not worthy of a 4 star: food too greasy, too ordinnaire ... And the lack of soundproofing of the sea view windows is bad for a perfect night. I would allow myself a secondary remark, from a decorative point of view, the atmosphere of the place sometimes lacks coherence ... But this hotel is a pleasure for good holidays in this beautiful city.

The hotel is very advantageous, located in the city center square, and it is very convenient for eating and shopping. It is close to the Quebei Fort, the Alexandria Library, Pompeii, and the catacombs. The station is 2 kilometers, and downstairs is the agency of WEST Coach. The decoration is simple and elegant, and the room is relatively large.

Great hotel, that serves a light dinner and breakfast included. People are so nice. Youra gave us a tour of the luxury suites and the whole hotel, and everyone including the policeman on the front door were great. I will probably come back and recommend this hotel for whoever is visiting Alexandria.

I was so pleasantly surprised staying here, after the terrible Happi Hotel in Aswan beforehand. The room had very good Wifi, the heating worked very well and the hotel itself was quiet. Also outlets by the bed yay! The reception promised a” quiet” room in 806 which, LOL, I don’t think Egyptians have any concept of the word. Traffic noise could clearly be heard and the muezzin is LOUD at daybreak prayers. Still wearing earplugs and putting a pillow over my head worked to get a fairly decent sleep. Oddly there is no Wifi in reception. The on-site restaurant has decent breakfast but like everywhere in Egypt it seems ZERO customer service granted; wait times for food seem to be, literally hours. Staff English is nonexistent.

Staff of 10. Comments said that the hotel was dirty, so beforehand we asked to see rooms and they were all very clean. They helped us with local rest and transportation. I would come back. Although it was cold in the room (February was to be expected) we asked for more blankets and they gave them to us. It needs a hand of paint to improve appearance.

We arrived at 1 pm and found everything so ready for us,we had a rest and went out to enjoy the downtown ,I like the hotel location because it's in downtown everything around you.food was tasty also you ask if you like something different they make it for you but you need to tell them in advance.

Location is too far from attractions like Stanley Bridge & montazah palace. But near to railway station if you are travelling by train! Overall it is more like a house for a big family.

Great hotel, that serves a light dinner and breakfast included. People are so nice. It was wonderful. I highly recommend it. At the beginning we had a room with city view, which we did not like. We wanted to see the sea. After consultation with the front desk and a higher price we got another room with sea view. The breakfast buffet was delicious. There is everything that *** can imagine. *** finds something for everyone. Service was also very good. The water in the bathroom did not want to be warmer and a staff came very fast and has everything for us great set and solved the problem. The hotel is very clean and all staff are very friendly. There is a bus that runs every hour for free to the beach. The hotel has a private beach which is only for the visitors and is very clean. There is also an internal pool. We will be back definitely!

Breakfast is served in the style of a local hotel, and you can think of it as a 3.5-star rather than an old 4-star. Cigarettes are required in the lobby hahaha But I don't want to go there again next time. Perhaps all the rooms have a sea view, but it would be better to get a room with a balcony, which has the greatest strength.
