Double Decker Boathouse

"Made us wait including my dad who is a cancer patient for 1 hour to get an auto so they could take us to boat• We booked a deluxe room and the description didn't match room - There was no wifi, no toiletries, no TV in room, the room was full of dust, no shampoo, no hand soap!! the food is like a cheap PG food- not even salad or a dessert, terrible just terrible• refunded me 2500 INR on a booking made with 15000 INR but honestly this doesn't justifys• I live in Europe and I wish I had made booking through hotels.se because they would have refunded my full money. "

Asthamaya Beach

"Πολύ άνετη διαμονή σε άδειο και ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο - ένας υπέροχος οικοδεσπότης που έδωσε μεγάλη συμβουλή για τις δραστηριότητες και τα τρόφιμα στην περιοχή! Θα μείνει σίγουρα και πάλι :) Το νερό από το ψυγείο στο υποδοχείο ήταν συμπληρωματικό και άμεση πρόσβαση στην παραλία."

Sterling Luxury Houseboat, Alleppey

"The worst holiday experience I have ever had I had booked a luxury houseboat through from 24th Dec- 25th Dec 2024, but upon arrival, I was informed that the houseboat I reserved was a bigger boat and that we will be provided with a 2 bedroom boat. Instead, the manager arranged for us to board a local, regular boat, which was vastly different from the one I had booked. This situation was completely unacceptable, had I wanted a regular boat, I would have made a much cheaper booking. The disparity between the boat I had paid for and the boat I received was significant, and I feel I was misled about the quality of the experience I was purchasing. Additionally, the boat we were given lacked many basic amenities that were promised as part of the booking, such as toothpaste and other essential items. This lack of basic facilities further added to the disappointment. To make matters worse, the manager was unclear and unprofessional in his communication. Initially, he asked us to pay for a gala dinner and told us that the boat would dock at the property. However, after boarding the boat, the situation completely changed, and we were informed of a different arrangement altogether. This lack of transparency and inconsistency in communication was frustrating and unprofessional. I trusted Sterling brand for a luxurious and hassle-free experience, but instead, I was given a substandard boat with no facilities, poor communication, and a complete disregard for the quality I paid for. To add to it after making several complaints to their customer care and written complaint at the property there has been no response at all. Worst experience,I would never book their properties again and would recommend same to others."

Raheem Heritage Beach Resort since 1868

"Good food and large rooms but need to be maintained and added fresh components. The antique look and feel is good but cleaner upholstery and drapes would be well appreciated. There’s a beautiful pool that even little kids can enjoy. Good and tasty food, we loved the beef and parottas. "

Cosy Houseboats

"Worst experience of my life. Entire boat house feels very shady. It felt like a scam. It is entirely different what is it showing in the images. Food is very bad. Serving used water bottle. The drive is very less and stop at some place where the view is not appealing at all. The washroom was smelling awful l. Slippers are not allowed inside the boathouse but they didn't provide any replacement for that nor the floor was clean to walk on. The common sitting area is dirty. Lots of lizard and spiders all over. Food is tasteless and unhygienic. Mattress was dirty. Staff and captain behavior seems too rude."

Upper Deck Houseboats

"Had many insects at night esp in Room n dining area. Not much amenties. Bathroom had sewage smell very disturbing and not pleasant. Food prepared was basic. Unless u buy and ask them to cook the fish."

Rain Homestay

"Η κατοικία ήταν τέλεια με κάθε τρόπο, οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν υπερφιλικοί, τα δωμάτια ήταν απίστευτα καθαρά, και υπήρχε μια ιδιαίτερη έκπληξη από τους οικοδεσπότες που αύξησε εντελώς την εμπειρία μας από την παραμονή. 10/10 θα συστήσει. Απίστευτη παραμονή 🔥"
