If you're planning to have a nice dinner there - the tavern provides priority sitting for the guests of the Inn - so you'll get a table even if it's busy. Very friendly and helpful staff too. Perfect for a short stay."

"Really enjoyed my first stay. Staff were very pleasent. Breakfast was pleantiful and well presented. You must have your own transport as there were no buses. There's too much of a long walk into Alnwick by the A1 mortorway. That's not very pleasent or safe. The only issue I had was with the awlful television (It certainly needs updating) in the Cart Shed accommodation. The hand controller was useless."

"We were given a warm welcome and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was large with a comfortable bed. The pillows could have been better though. The shower was powerful. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. All the food was excellent and freshly cooked. We would stay here again. Thank you."

"As a regular traveller and user of many types of hotel and / or hotel / BnB I must say that The standard of decor and cleanliness was the worst I have encountered. Wallpaper was hanging off /  earth wires in the bathroom were exposed. Towels were dirty with rust on them. All the walls were marked / dirty or chipped. The bedroom carpet in room 30 was SO dirty we could smell the dust. Bedroom lights did not work. Halls and stairs were dirty with wallpaper hanging loose and dirty. Stair carpets were so dirty they smelt. Stud walls were hanging loose. All ceilings had dirty marks… I could go on and on and only hope that this review initiates  improvements or prevents others from booking. We did not eat here due to the poor first impressions however the staff seemed happy and  welcoming."

Η τιμή είναι πολύ λογική, και το προσωπικό είναι απίστευτα φιλικό και χρήσιμο. Οι εγκαταστάσεις είναι καλά συντηρημένες και παρέχουν ό,τι χρειάζεστε για μια άνετη διαμονή. Ενώ το ίδιο το ξενοδοχείο είναι σπουδαίο, παρακαλούμε να γνωρίζετε ότι η τοποθεσία απαιτεί κάποιο σχεδιασμό. Είναι λίγο μακριά από το σιδηροδρομικό σταθμό Alnmouth και το κάστρο Alnwick. Οι δημόσιες μεταφορές (λεωφορεία) σε αυτόν τον τομέα είναι πολύ περιορισμένες και σπάνιες. Συστήνω ιδιαίτερα να ελέγξετε τα χρονοδιαγράμματα εκ των προτέρων και να αφήσετε αρκετό χρόνο ρυθμιστή για να διασφαλίσετε ότι δεν θα χάσετε τις συνδέσεις σας."
